Great experience with BigMoto. Very easy to sell to and did everything when they said they would. Payment went straight in the bank as promised before they even loaded the bike.

Fantastic experience. Everything was very straightforward and a very good price was offered for my bike. The collection was also straightforward and the money was paid straight into my account before the driver left. Superb service and I cannot recommend enough, 10 out of 10.

The process was straightforward and they were very helpful explaining how they arrived at a price for my bike. They were honest and very professional. The payment was made directly into my bank account as soon as the collection agent had inspected my bike and confirmed it was as I had described it.

Great service, initially I spoke to Katie on the phone who was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed about the bike I was looking at, I then viewed the bike at Bigmoto's Yarmouth shop, I saw John who was very helpful showing me the bike, we made a deal there and then pat axing my bike, this was Wednesday, the bike was delivered to me first thing Friday - great service all round.

All day long its an easy 4k bike .
Im having my doubts about the glowing reviews unless all those people have absolutely no idea what their bike are worth, just look on bike trader.
If i had the space I'd leave my phone number here and everyone could call me and ill pay £500 more than these jokers and still sell them on for a profit. Maybe new business venture?

Says they buy ANY bike regardless of age, make, condition, but wouldn't even provide a quote for my 2006 Harley Electraglide, which runs and is in reasonable condition with a relatively low mileage for ages.

I got a reasonable offer for my bike. The whole process was fast and smooth. At collection time no bargaining and the price paid was what as expected. Very recommended!

I recently part-exchanged my motorbike with BigMoto and, prior to completing the transaction, I specifically requested over the phone that my tracking device be removed and posted back to me. I was told that this would be arranged.
Unfortunately, this request was not passed on to the sales team before I collected my new bike. I was told it would be looked into, but after several days without any update, I had to contact them again. I was then told I would receive an update within three days. A further week passed with no response, despite the bike having since been advertised for sale with my tracking device still installed and active.
After around two weeks, I contacted head office, only to be told that no agreement to remove the tracker had been made. Despite several emails and my concerns that I could still track the motorcycle — potentially creating privacy and security concerns for whoever purchased it — I was initially given no meaningful resolution.
BigMoto subsequently provided me with the relevant call transcripts. Ironically, the transcript they supplied themselves included their sales assistant discussing the possibility of posting the tracker back to me, directly contradicting their previous position.
Following this, BigMoto eventually agreed to remove the tracker and return it to me. However, when I received it, the cabling had been cut rather than properly removed, rendering the tracker unusable. I am now required to purchase a replacement cable from the tracking company in order to use a device that should have simply been removed intact.
I do want to acknowledge that every sales assistant I dealt with, both over the phone and on the day of collection, was polite, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly once the sale had been completed. I was repeatedly told that the matter would be looked into, but had to continually chase for updates, while the head office "Customer Experience" team appeared unwilling to take ownership or find a practical resolution.
Overall, the way this issue was handled was extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward request became a prolonged and frustrating process, and the eventual solution left me with additional expense to restore the tracker to working order.

As with any company, they give you less than you would get with a private sell, but it ids worth it in this case. You get a quote, someone comes and has a look at your bike, confirms the condition and lets them know and the money is transferred and he takes the bike.
Easy, the whole process was less than 48 hours so I can’t complain at all. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent professional customer service. Easy to do business with. They arrived at the agreed date and time. With in 20 minutes the deal was done at the agreed price and was in my bank within 10 minutes.

Took aporox 1 hour to evaluate the bike, they use a seperate firm (SOS). it is very thorough, so you need to be honest when filling in online form. Payment took approx 3 minutes to reach my account. Would use again. FYI i asked 4 companies to make an offer, 2 replied both had the same offer price
Only these people paib right away.

Confused I was offered 3300 for my honda. I accepted the offer they came out Checked bike over,nothing wrong with bike. Then they said its not for them,no explanation why ?

All the marketing states very clearly ‘we buy ANY bike’… put my bike details in, only to get a message saying ‘We’re not looking to purchase your bike at this time’. So which is it? Rubbish.

From the start the sale was fast and painless bigmoto and the sos driver were outstanding I got two valuations from different companies and their quotes were pathetic tried big moto and what a difference. If selling your bike id definitely recommend bigmoto
