The representative was very kind and patient with me while we went through all the steps to try and resolve the issue. Ultimately, when it appeared the machine was defective or faulty, she offered to replace the unit.

Very helpful in reconciling the issues I had (twice) with the same oven. She was patient and thorough. I do love my oven and was disappointed to have had mechanical issues. Hopefully resolved now.

My experience with breville customer service has exceed my expectations . Victor was very knowledgeable , and was able to pin point the issue quickly . He was very patient in guiding me through the steps , and had gone above and beyond stayed extra 30 mins after customer service hours , to get a resolution for me . I am so glad I have purchased breville , as my precious coffee machine (or any other kitchen appliance’s service has been a disappointment ) .
