So dissatisfied with Briville customer support. Ordered machine, noticed they were sending to wrong address. Called told them they apologized, said they are requesting UPS to return, machine. And I can re-order. Just got update from UPS machine is on way back….but customer support won’t refund my money until they get machine….. machine was never delivered to me or anyone else…why should I have to wait for refund? They are holding over 2k of mine. Yes will call cc and have them get money

I had a great experience with the customer service team. While it took a bit of back-and-forth initially—mostly because describing specific sounds and tactile issues can be tricky—the agents were incredibly patient. They actually took the time to call me personally to listen to my concerns and understand exactly what was wrong with my machine.
Once we identified the issue, the replacement was approved quickly. I especially appreciated the "advanced replacement" option; by placing a temporary deposit, they sent my new unit before I even had to ship the old one back. This meant zero downtime for me. As soon as they received my original machine, the hold on my card was released immediately. Overall, the process was seamless, and I’m grateful for a warranty that truly stands behind its product.
You sell me a dangerous product
You sell me a dangerous product, glass breakage into food with heat rods, then make me pay for a replacement with a discount no more than a sale price. Unreal.

From start to finish all Breville, representatives were very kind and patient with my concerns; Beginning with sending in my 13 yr. Old Breville Barista Express for diagnostic assessments ,and possible repair ;to readjusting of the controls for my new Breville Barista Express, purchased on 4/15/2026. .The rep was quite helpful and we managed to get the perfect expresso.!!Thank you for your constant communication and help!

Breville is always my go to products
Breville is always my go to products. The toaster is going to be replaced and I am happy about that. I’m not so happy that the toaster oven is beyond warranty and won’t be replaced, but only will be repaired at my expense. Nevertheless, your customer service agent was very kind and polite. As expected.

Deux erreurs du passé corrigées
Au moment de remplacer une cuisinière chez un marchand de meubles en octobre 2022, le commerçant offre des grille-pain Breville en solde. Le mien (Breville) est excellent mais probablement en fin de vie. J'en achète un deuxième en réserve. Mon
grille-pain ne meurt qu'en avril 2026 et le remplaçant qui n'a jamais servi ne fonctionne pas du tout. La garantie était bonne pour un an. Mon seul espoir pour trouver une solution c'est le service à la clientèle de Breville. Ils m'offrent un rabais de 40% sur l'achat du même modèle en remplacement. Solution imparfaite mais solution dont je suis satisfait!

Rotate Remind feature needs improvement
Michelle Robinson explained that Rotate Remind is not meant to sound right at halfway through the cook. It is simply meant to remind you to rotate the food during the cook. When it sounds will depend upon which cooking function is being used, what food is being cooked and the temperature at which it's being cooked.
It think that Rotate Remind should sound halfway through the cook. Other much less expensive air fryers alert you halfway so you can flip filets or toss french fries. I am forced to use timer in order to move food that is cooking halfway through the process.
My juicer has a filtration problem
My juicer has a filtration problem. They asked me to send a photo of the filter, and I did. Then Breville said they will ship to me a new filter. What can I say? I've never heard of a company doing this!

Fantastic experience with Breville…
Fantastic experience with Breville customer service! Their representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the issue with my grinder’s burrs. They confirmed the correct burr type with me and promptly ordered the replacement. The part arrived within 3–4 days, and after swapping it in the grinder performs even better than when it was new — grinding perfectly in about 13 seconds and delivering the right 15 g dose every time. We love our Breville and are thrilled with the fast, responsive support. You guys rock — keep up the amazing work!

I appreciated the speed with which everything was resolved.
Even after I had the repaired appliance back with me I had a concern and they addressed it quickly and effectively.
