This is my second P- line electric edition Brompton bike .
Since my retirement last year I finally persuaded my wife that a second electric Brompton was the way forward!
I ordered a refurbished P-line which undergoes a Brompton check , so it feels reassuring that when the bike arrives it’s good to go !
It arrived promptly ( 2 days I think ) and was a doddle to put together .
If you’re in the market for a folding bike- my advice is - go electric, go Brompton.

Bike arrived on time well packed however rear mud guard was adrift from mounting rivets, and the peddles were a screwed in hand tight…. all fixed pre first ride by me.
Having said that this G-line bike s great ride and very enjoyable to ride

Got the g line tool kit and it does not fit got in in touch with customer services to return this product and they told me it would fit and it doesn’t fit and I wasn’t allowed to return it not very good for a Big company. Let me down.

I was provided great service, speedy resolve to my issues and everything turned out a-okay

Brilliant service, I was adjusting the gear cable tension and lost the tiny metal clamp that clamps the cable to the rear gears. Completely my fault. Brompton sent a new part FOC and included a cool Brompton pen. Very happy.

I was having trouble registering my bike online. I sent an email to the Brompton office and received a prompt, courteous, and helpful response. There is not a bike shop near me that offers the Brompton bicycle so getting remote assistance is a great benefit.

Delivered correct parts ordered on time.
If you have a Brompton, and need spare parts why look anywhere else than Brompton.
Ordered a chain tensioner which disappointedly broke when dropped on the floor whilst cleaning. removal required as part of rear wheel removal for puncture. New part ordered, and delivered within 2 days. Good price, so no requirement to search the internet for cheaper, (although I did, just in case).

Beautifully engineered bit of machinery. A treat to get on each time. The back rack with wheels improved its flexibility.
The upgrade of handlebar grips improved the quality of ride especially when dealing with potholes.
One reservation was that the YouTube tutorial commentary for the installation of the rack was rushed.

Birthday present for someone, who is a Brompton fan, which was gratefully accepted.

The service for replacing a faulty tyre (not Brompton's fault) was second to none. Was connected by phone very quickly. Registering the issue was quick and turnaround to shipping of the replacement was within 24 hours

The bag isnt 'Large' .. I threw my packaging away... cant return. Very disappointed

11 days since my order and I've had no updates.
I've contacted the team via live chat multiple times only to be told I'll get an update that day, I haven't. When you're paying a premium price for a product you'd at least expect a half decent customer services department that update you. All I want to know is when the product I've paid for is arriving as online it states 2-3 days yet 11 days later and silence.

My front light stopped working. It was a gift from my mum and I dealt with getting a replacement. The Brompton customer services team were great and I had a replacement within a week!
