It took a little too long to get the product shipped but when I got it, it was very good quality.

Great items, great quality, trustworthy company, quick delivery.

They had some delays to ship my order, but overall it was good and niceeee garments.

The shirt is overpriced for the quality of the fabric

I saw the brand heavily promoted on Instagram and really liked the designs. After reading reviews here I was a little skeptical, however they sent me a marketing email offering buy 2 get one free, with free shipping over a qualifying spend.

I ordered the 3 shirts and was given a turnaround time of 5-7 days.

Day 7 I still hadn’t heard anything, so emailed requesting the order be cancelled, as it’d taken too long. No response.

Day 9 I emailed again requesting the order cancelled and at the very least a response, as there had been no contact or update since placing the order. No response.

Day 10 I receive an email saying the order has now been dispatched. I then receive another email saying they cannot cancel the order as it has been dispatched… Bear in mind they’ve been aware I wanted to cancel the order for 3 days…

Day 11 I receive an email from Royal Mail stating the correct postage hasn’t been paid and that I will need to pay customs charges…

I’ve contacted Catharsis via email, who have gotten back to me within an hour, strangely this time. They told me that customs charges are nothing to do with them and just have to leave the parcel, wait for it to be returned and then I can request a refund.

This will take a good couple of weeks… To reiterate I qualified for free shipping…

It seems this may be a way of keeping cash flow running through the business, to help fulfil other orders.

I would be very wary ordering here and don’t expect any honest communication if you do.

It’s really unfortunate. As the posts I saw had the shirts looking good and the branding around supporting mental health is certainly the sort of business I want to support. This has been nothing but stressful and goes dead against what the apparent “brand values” are.

Update: As per the reply below. This was instructed by the company to pick up the shirts from Royal Mail and they would refund the entire order the exact sentence is “the total amount paid for your order”. Trusting what they’ve said, I went to Royal Mail and picked up the order. I then requested the refund and I was told I’d misunderstood and they were talking about the additional cost for customs.

I’ve reported this to my card issuer, who are happy to complete a charge back, based on the email chain evidence.

I would not recommend buying from this brand at all. Extremely poor communication, customer service and the product quality is also extremely poor and cheap. These are definitely £10 shirts, not £30 shirts. It’s a real shame as the idea of the products is great.

The designs are great, the shirts are smooth and confortable, you can tell it will last in the time and I love the messages that I can now share just wearing my clothes

The company is okay and responsive but the quality of the clothes is a big no. The white tees especially are almost see through. The cost of sending them back is the same as the clothes so it’s not worth it returning.

I like the items. But it took ages to come and after that I paid import taxes which were over the amount of the items ordered. So yes I like them alot, but wont be ordering again as it became so expensive.

The order was made 1.5months ago. Still didn’t receive. Customer support email doesn’t work already, also they do not respond in instagram, but the profile is very active (and they delete negative comments as well)
You have some many different positive message on your merch - therapy, social faking and blah blah, but seems like you need some kind of help that you are trying to spread for others :)

The delivery was punctual, just as announced. The t-shirts are of high quality, made of soft, comfortable, and breathable cotton. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience. Will order again!

The customer service is horrible. It’s like they lead you on on purpose. Very slow and they ask the same questions over and over again. Very frustrating.

I still haven’t received my order, and it’s been almost three weeks. First of all my package was already in Denmark where I ordered it but the sender made a mistake in my address so they returned my t-shirt. Luckily customer service was fast to respond me and now I’m waiting for my t-shirt again. And I have proved that my address was correct. I’m not gonna order from webpage again.
