Robert did very good job…highly recommend

Ordered through Chargepoint EV as i was messed around by Cord which is another story.

From start to finish they delivered as promised and installed my charger within 5 working days.

Would give 5 stars but when they let me down with a labourer who was meant to do some groundworks so i had to do this myself the night before which was frustrating. Also when the electrician turned up to do the install he said it was a two man job and couldn't complete the job, my wife in the end had to help with pulling the cable through the conduit to help him out! Not something we really wanted to do but it was urgent.

These are the reasons for 4 stars and not 5 stars, but they are fair priced and would recommend Charge point as a company were great with good communication and that is very important when trying to arrange something like this. I feel like they went above and beyond to deliver and meet my expectations where i was so badly let down by the other company.

Editing my review, they promised me a refund of £110 and now i have been sent an invoice for £160 extra saying they apparently used more cable so its a bigger charge and also they apparently needed to install a sub fuse board, they had a full video survey of the installation site BEFORE i paid. They also left me with a charger that did not work which meant i had to spend two hours on the phone to the charger manufacturer to get it working, Chargepoint were useless in helping getting this sorted.

Absolutley shocked after 3 weeks of chasing my refund they conviniently send me an invouce for these 'extras'.

I still had the electricians number so i called him and he confirmed that he used 10m of cable, i paid for 12m and Chargepoint have sent me an additional invoice for 16m of cable. Shows that they are absolute scammers, so convinient that when i am chasing a refund they send me an invoice with made up charges.
I am reporting them to trading standards.

They replied and said additional works were agreed at the time.
This is lies.
My wife was asked to sign to say installation was completed, not for additional work or charges.
I called their electrician who confirmed he was not aware of any additional charges at the time and that he agreed the office should have called me to confirm additional charges were needed.

Engineer, Robert did a seamless job.
No mess and all installed within a few hours. Highly recommend.

Charger point will always call you to make sure that you get what you need. Even when my wire was not the right one the still contact me to book another day without me calling.

Richard came to me on time , very professional. Explained everything . Done all my ev charger installation done in an hour time .

Richard & Harry fitted, great work . Overpaid because the website wasn't working and I tried numerous times to enter the discount code, once I eventually got it to work without the 10% discount. I was then promised the 10% back after installation but after numerous requests I still haven't received this.

Richard and Harry were professional and tidy and took the time to explain how the charger worked once they'd installed it. They fitted it in less than 2 hours with minimal mess and even chased the cable exactly how i asked so there was no wiring on show. 100% recommend this company
