Warning! The clothes are crap and the service is a joke! This company is a sham!

I would give a rating of less than 1 for this company.

Firstly, I paid extra for express delivery which was supposed to arrive in maximum 5 working days. This didnt happen and the package arrived around 2 weeks later.

Secondly, the items which did arrive looked nothing like what is advertised on the website. Totally different quality- they looked like a cheap, badly made knock off of what i actually wanted.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I order from several online stores and have NEVER been as disappointed with any of them, to even close to the same degree as I have been with chicboho. When you look at the clothing and shoes on their website they are gorgeous but in reality they are absolute garbage. The quality is so poor that I wouldn't be caught dead in any of the 4 items I purchased. When I contacted them, their "solution" was to refund a fraction of what I paid for the order or I had to send the order back at MY expense. I live in Canada and the return address is in Asia. They even warned me about the high shipping cost back to them. So I am stuck with these 4 pieces of garbage and a refund of a fraction of what I paid for them. As far as I am concerned they stole my money. I will not even consider giving them a second chance. Don't waste your money, as tempted as you might be to order from them. The pictures of the items look nothing like the real thing. SO disappointed, frustrated and angry!

I havent ordered anything from them because I always look at the reviews after I go to the website. ☆☆☆KEY PIECE OF ADVICE☆☆☆: If a company like this is on the internet, you've never heard of them before & yoi found them somewhere like an ad on facebook, Instagram etc ALWAYS pay attention to the pictures!!! The bogus ones always have pictures that look nothing really like the next & some are still semi legit meaning they are copying someone else's clothing & it will be a cheaper material (like wish) which is why you always follow up by checking reviews before you buy specially if it seems to good to be true like how beautiful something is in comparison to the price. The pictures should all look like they came from the same place unless it's something like poshmark where it's used things. SHEIN is a great example I did find them the same way I found other sites through an ad and the prices are awesome but all the pictures are clearly from the same place but I still looked up reviews (ALWAYS DO THAT FOR ANYTHING YOU ARE UNSURE FROM MORE THAN ONE WEBSITE SOURCE). I've found other legit smaller business sites too like Free birds Shoes ( small, unknown & expensive) & Spirit Hoods (also small, I know & expensive). The pictures & the prices give it away from the beginning. So pay attention to that stuff up front. Just use your gut & dont be swept away with how beautiful something is. I actually like to take pictures of these bogus sites things I like just so I can try to find some sort of trusted Tailor that can make make it for me. (Because the items are so awesome.) I actually think those bogus sites steal pictures from the small, unknown, expensive sites because it's hard for anyone to find right away. Hope this helps!

Chicboho is a complete fraud!! Any ‘positive’ reviews on sites, are by the scammers themselves (which means they didn’t even tell the truth when it came to the terms of posting their bogus reviews on these sites!!!...just read and be the judge!!! The items that I finally received were NOTHING like what was advertised!! Trying to return my $349 worth of crap was a complete nightmare!!! They advertise free shipping over a certain amount, but trust me, you’re actually the one paying for it. It would’ve cost me an additional $150-$200 just to return items!!! SERIUOSLY??? Makes sense now since what I received was probably only worth no more than $40-$50!!! I had been going back and forth with them, then with PayPal, then my bank finally just reimbursed my money. The sad part is, they are scamming so many out of their money, and operating under MULTIPLE names on FB and Instagram, so it’s difficult to catch them. The actual company name (for now) is Infinite International Limited...Chicboho is just one of the many front/cover/dummy names that they use. I have had conversations with many other customers who have also been scammed, they must be stopped somehow!!!

Use the big companies like credit card companies and delivery service companies to help you out w/ stuff like this.

I found out that Chic Boho had bad reviews AFTER I placed an order and got a confirmation email. They would not respond to my emails asking for shipment confirmation. I contacted PayPal to cancel the order and they put it in dispute. They sent me an email w/ instructions and that they will give the merchant 10 days to respond (October 11).

12 days after the order was purchased DHL, not the merchant, sent me a text w/ tracking information. I could see that it was coming from Singapore and knew that this was the package from Chic Boho. I went online to refuse the shipment from the vendor on DHL’s website. I saved the confirmations from DHL showing my request for signature release as “REFUSE”. Instructions to DHL included:

REFUSE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – RETURN TO SENDER. The shipper is a fraudulent company. I’ve reported this to PayPal and they said to refuse shipment, which I am doing right now.

PayPal still shows the status as “awaiting seller’s response”.
Save all documentation to cover yourself.
Waiting for PayPal to give me further instructions.

I had the worst experience ordering clothes from this website . first! i ordered and the website claimed that i will receive it within 7/10 days , i waited for 25 days and then contacted them via email about not receiving or having any sort of shipment or tracking address. I did not get any reply for the first attempt of the email so i sent it again. I finally got an rmail and a tracking number for the shipment . Then i received all the items , at least they sent me all the items ," but the items" they were not good ,at all , is all i have to say :/ . very disappointed with the advertisements, the service and the clothes.

Die Schuhe die ich geschickt bekam waren keine Lederschuhe sondern grauslig häßliche Plastikstiefel .
Da bleibt nur die Tonne. Absolutes China Billigprodukt.
Zurück schicken kann ich mir bei diesen Kommentaren dann wohl auch sparen. Nie wieder!!!

WARNING!!!! I would give a negative 5 if I could. This clothing is so cheaply made and the sizes are not true to anything. They look home made and are shoddy. They are not what is pictured by any sense of the word. I am asking to return this nasty merchandise. Unbelievable what they are claiming to sell. It took over a month to arrive, and it said express shipping. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY OR THE OTHERS THEY CHANGE THEIR NAME TO: Chicboho

Quality is terrible nothing like the pictures.

The clothing is shabby and not well made. Cheap quality fabric and boot material. The shipping is very long and there is no point on returning the item since the shipping cost to China is high so at best you'd get a third money back. Needless to say, the clothing and shoes don't look like in the pictures.

I ordered a necklace which is very nice. I received it with only few days delay and it is in great condition considering also the cost. I would recommend it.

I ordered shoes and a blouse I got a large blouse (womens) that might fit an 9 year old and the shoes were nothing at all like the picture. It took 2 1/2 months to get them and they look like they were made with the cheapest material out there. SHOPPER BEWARE!!! from Denver, Colorado
The good reviews you see HAVE to be from CHICBOHO employees because the merchandise I received was total CRAP and so was the customer service. All I ever got was a automatic reply with the same message!!! I got ripped off!
They also use companies under these names, they are all china companies selling extremely low quality material

They use other boho fashion companies pictures to promote their brand. They change their name constantly. And all their product comes from China. Terrible quality and takes well over a month to receive.

Der Rückversand kostete mich etwa 20€ und jetzt steckt das Paket wohl in China beim Zoll fest. Werde mein Geld wohl nie wieder zurück bekommen.

I bought a pair of sandals. They arrived after one month and a half from China. They were more than bad quality products (poor design and different from the one seen on the website, smell of petrol, defective with missing parts and irregular sole, impossible to wear). I had to throw them away. Their policy for defective products is ridiculous (if you want to send them back, you have to pay a higher amount than the one spent for the product itself). The negative comments on Facebook (i.e. all the comments) are immediately deleted by Chicboho staff. The positive comments are fake. Please cooperate to stop this. Report on Facebook by clicking on "Report", then "It's a scam" and finally mark it as a scam. I've filed a complaint before the Italian Postal Police. Inform the competent authorities of your country.
