It is EXTREMELY difficult to get information from your call center let alone to get someone who clearly speaks. I've been trying to get information on my payoff - they have tried 3X to send info to email address they have on file - I was requesting another email that the one service person said he would so that I can reset my sign on without calling this call center. For the record, my account is current, I have a 800+ credit and can't get basic information. My recommendation besides such a horrible experience that I had - ALL MANAGEMENT MUST BE MADE TO ORDER THEIR GROCERIES through this call center. Pathic that the Chrysler Name has been so downgraded.

Chrysler Capital is the worst financial loan company in the business. There staff are unprofessional, rude and cannot speak or understand English. They out right lie!!!! I am refinancing my truck and because of this. I would advise anyone looking to buy a vehicle not to let any dealership to push you into a loan through them. If you can, pay cash or extra cash and get a better company. I've never dealt with a crooked financial company like Chrysler Capital. Maybe if they moved their service representatives to the USA and can be held accountable they would get a much better reputation. The federal government needs to ban them from doing business in this country. And they need to ban all car dealerships from using this company. I will be asking my elected representatives to introduce legislation to ban Chrysler Capital from operating/ doing business in this country or territories. Buyers Beware!!!!!

Traded in a lease vehicle end of Dec. They claim to not have received payment from dealership even though I have given them proof of receipt and deposit via tracking number and copy of deposited check. They continue to call, text, and email harrassing us for payment. Customer service refuses to transfer you to someone who can help.

I refinanced my Auto loan with Chrysler Capital through another lender to get out of the astronomical payments on my vehicle after waiting a month after the company sent the payoff check, Chrysler still claims to have never received it. It has been an awful experience of being bounced around on phone calls by representatives who speak horribly broken English and can be very hard to understand and I have yet to resolve my issue. Im now currently paying two companies for the same stupid car so as not to ruin my credit or get it repossessed and I'm beyond devastated. If your Dealership suggest this piss poor finance company just say NO THANKS! Save yourself the headache

Updated to three stars from one.Chrysler Capital did reach, out to me and take extra steps to resolve the payoff issue and while the whole experience was extremely frustrating. Credit must be given where it is due. The problem was resolved alin a timely manner since the representative reached out to me.

I feel that Chrysler Capital’s payment system is extremely frustrating and costly for customers. I already pay $613 every month, yet additional fees are added on top of that just to submit my payment. Each month, I’m charged an extra $4 to pay using a debit card or Apple Pay, and $6 if I use PayPal, simply because I don’t live near one of their physical locations.

When I attempted to pay directly from my checking account to avoid these fees, I was told it wasn’t possible. After calling for assistance, I was informed that my bank account number was incorrect even though I was reading it directly from my bank’s website.

On a previous occasion, they waived a late fee when I was only one day late. However, this time they are refusing to work with me on a similar situation and have charged me an additional $18 late fee. I wish Chrysler Capital showed more consideration for their customers instead of making payments unnecessarily expensive and difficult. I only chose them because they were the first lender willing to finance my vehicle.

Chrysler capital is a horrible lender for car loans my girlfriend has been under doctors care for 2 months. she had to have back surgery chrysler capital has refused to work with her at all her payments got behind cause she dont have an income right now. but she has a return to work date and all the documentation proving what is going on they refuse to work with her at all to help her keep her car this bank is a predatory bank beware dont do buisness with this bank. they are not for the blue collar working person everwise bank is awesome though they allow you to skip a pay twice a year if you need to just cost 25 dollars chrylser capital could learn something. PLEASE BE AWARE-This is the worst car finance company in the history of American financing. They’re a set of thieves. Their APR is higher than Mount Everest for used vehicles and every payment you make, they put it to the interest instead of the principal. Recently had a promise to pay setup and there were issues with their website. I was alerted that despite they’re updating their website, I could still go ahead and make payments. I tried to make a partial payment of my total balance and instead it took the initial monthly payment. I’ve reached out through their online chat and was given the instructions, but that wasn’t an option on the app.
I went ahead and tried making another payment using another account. It was out of normal business hours I’ve made the payment, so I had to wait for a business day to call and make a cancellation because two payments were made. I called to make a cancellation and was told that the payment cannot be cancelled or else my account is going to be labeled a delinquent. I’ve asked to speak to the manager and the customer service representative denied me that request, telling me that the manager is not going to cancel the payment or make any adjustments on my account. Despite requesting to speak to the manager multiple times, I was denied access. I’ve recalled to speak with another representative but instead of assisting me, she hung up. Reached out a third time, someone answered, then afterwards no response. This company needs to be investigated and held accountable for their actions and they should feel the full extent of the law because they’re taking disadvantages of people. This in no way should be tolerated.

Chrysler capital bank is a joke in a scam they also their predatory economy when I got a vehicle and a car lot in Lexington Kentucky. The car lot knew I didn’t have license or a permit and they put me in a 2019 Dodge Durango and they charge me a month was $1149 a month. I contacted the bank to see what I can do and they said I could take the vehicle back if I can’t afford it and I try that in 30 days and they refuse to take the vehicle back and then they reload my vehicle. Also the vehicle in the option three different times and repo three different times and it also had a knife for sale sticker on the vehicle before purchasing. I have all the paperwork to prove that. My credit for what they close the account and it was charged off and then they reopened it and they want me to pay the remaining balance of the truck, but the trouble is in negative equity every line I went to say they cannot trade the truck was flipped up side down and the truck was used for bait and the bank knew that

I haven’t been able to access my account online for over 6 months. I’m completely paperless. Every time I call they say the same things, and say I should be able to login in 7-10 business days. Here it is the end of November and I still cannot login.

This is causing multiple late payments and finance charges, and I’m sure reports to the credit bureaus. There is no process in place to get this resolved. I don’t even think they track their support problems. I will never finance another vehicle through this company again.

Every time I try to call and pay my payment, they will not take payment. They are so unprofessional and read. Please pull all the calls and listen to them.

I was never notified that they were switching to paynearme and I have had multiple issues with logging into my account. I feel as a customer this is bad service. I have had my identity stolen multiple times and now I’m not even sure this is a secure service.

This company is a complete SCAM! 99.9% of my payments went to interest this past year. Loan for 15k, the past year ive paid almost 8k and not even $400 of that went to the car, it went to their pockets. I got to the point I slept in my car while I was pregnant to make sure I paid the bill and they took everything? How the hell does this owner sleep at night?! Disgusting.

I would like to give 0 stars but can't. I finance my vehicle thru Chrysler Capital and wrecked my car 12/2023. I've never been late on payment even while I was waiting on my insurance to decide to fix or total out. Well they totaled out in January. I had GAP insurance to cover what my insurance didn't. CHRYSLER CAPITAL gave GAP company payoff in March is what Chrysler claims. GAP sent them more than the what they were claiming by $100 or so. Well Chrysler received their check and July and now Chrysler says I owe them over $455 due to the interest that accumulated while waiting on check from Gap company. That's the 3rd excuse and having to wait over 20 minutes while she spoke with the "team" trying to figure out a way to make it look legit. At first as she was trying to tell me late fees added and even then she said "oh it doesn't calculate correctly. Let me try to figure out why you do owe this large amount" The 1st rep said the GAP company didnt pay what was owed. So I called the gap company and that was a lie. The 2nd report went to look into it and eventually disconnected me. The 3rd time they picked up but wouldn't say anything. Then the 4th time is when she told me they charging me $455 interest on the $4700 vexause the GAP company hadn't sent their check in yet. I other words, 2 insurance companies paid my car off and they still want almost $500 just because they can. I was NEVER late in 1 payment. HUGE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! AND RUN If you can go thru another bank.

I had damages to my truck July 2025. My insurance company provided an estimate for repairs. It was also explained to my insurance company that my husband would make repairs to my truck according to the estimate. Check for the amount of repairs was received a week later. The check was addressed to me and Chrysler Capital. I called Chrysler Capital and they explained I needed to endorse the check and send it to them and they would cut me a check when check was received. I sent the endorsed check, priority mail, and they received the check six days later. I called and was told I should receive the check in 7 to 10 business days. I waited 10 business days and then called back. I was told that it’s not in their notes that I was told that. I need to send a W9, final invoice, and the insurance company estimate. All 3 requested documents were sent Sept 2, documents were received on the 3rd. I was told to wait 72 hours for them to process the documents and then they’ll send the check. I waited 72 hours and called back and was told they never received confirmation of address for the body shop and also did not receive confirmation of job completed. I explained the final invoice is confirmation of job completion and the address is on the final invoice. Ok, job and address is confirmed now, please wait 24 to 48 hours and check will be sent. This morning, September 12th, makes 48 hours later. Today I am told I need to send receipts of materials and they will cut a check for that, but the remaining balance will go towards the principle of my truck. They will not pay for labor. Are you serious???

You will be making all the payments on time and they won’t increase 1 point of credit. One late payment they hit -70

They should make zero star for this kind of awful service, thieves, and disgusting bank and the customer service it is the worst I never seen in my life. They’re awful, awful awful.

I have been having issues since the account opened. The payment system has caused me to be late at least 8 times, even though I have never been late before. I have bank statements to prove it. And then there is the new system, which takes almost a week to present payment to my bank. This is ridiculous
