I actually adore their Jeeps and have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER for nearly 7 years. However, I have experienced the worse customer service ever‼️ I recently found out (obtaining the buyout price) that somehow my bank defaulted on a payment in AUGUST OF 2021 and I have been accruing a late fee each month SINCE. Everything is electronic so I wasn’t checking my statements. I find it OVERKILL that a “REPUTABLE ” company would sit back and allow a customer to accrue over 50 late payments without a courtesy call or email notification or something. In today’s world where they want everything automatic and electronic for convenience how could they allow this to just build up for 3 years without contacting me? More importantly, prior to that, my account ALWAYS remained in GREAT standing! I am a single mother of an Autistic child, on a fixed income. I contacted customer service numerous times and no one saw fit to help me rectify this matter. It’s the end of my lease agreement and I wouldn’t think about renewing with a company that would take advantage of their LOYAL CUSTOMERS! It’s sick and disheartening to know that there are companies preying on people like this! If I were a millionaire they would never handle me in this manner! So I’m convinced they’re just preying on the less fortunate!

Horrible company to work with. When you make a principal reduction payment after you make your regular monthly payment, they still take interest out of your principal reduction payment. That is against the law. I will be reporting them to the Consumer Protection Agency as they are breaking the law. Just because it is a simple interest loan, does not mean that you can take interest out when the 2 payments we made for principal reduction ONLY we paid, means just that, principal reduction only. We made these after we made our regular payment.

One of the worst companies you can finance with. The worst customer support you can receive. False information given by agents every time I called. Leased a car through them attempted to buy it out at the end. Spent 3 months jumping through hoops paying imaginary charges and fees only to be told they couldn't help me after all and need to refund a bunch of payments to me. Impossible to believe this company hates money as much as it does

Called multiple times about how to end lease correctly with no fees. We paid everything on time and brought back the Cherokee in perfect condition. They told us there was no disposition fee and that we just had to drop it off. After 4 calls to confirm because their system showed us oweing money. We called a month later and they told us we had to pay it. The customer service is unorganised and poorly trained. On top of that we put in a dispute with one manager who said it should be waived because what the staff did was wrong and call back in 48 hours. We called back and we got an extremely rude and inappropriate manager who made us wait an hour and had no idea who we were after being on hold for so long. Then she said she will transfer us to someone higher and no one answered. This is extremely disappointing since we have been leasing for 8 years and never missed a payment or had to use the customer service line.

Horrible.. company I work for has 15 cars with ford 1 jag a Porsche and 3 other luxury cars.. Chrysler credit said no no.. you don't qualify.. What a joke..I wanted a gladiator.. next day I drove off with an f150 in less than an hour..

I can't believe how horrible a big company can be so greedy and nasty! I have been a loyal customer with them for 3 1/2 years never missed a payment until just recently. My kid's started getting really sick and myself and we couldn't figure it out for awhile. I ended up finding out my house I was renting was covered in black mold and causing my kids to be sick and bad headaches I also found out I was pregnant and put on bed rest for 6 months. On top of all that we had to move because our house would take almost a year to repair. So that lead kids and myself to move which I updated everything in the Chrysler capital website and I called as well. But anyways I have had a crazy year but I never missed a payment even my car insurance as well. They are both taken out of my bank account. I never had to worry about being late as well. Then one day I received a call saying I needed to upload my bank card that I couldn't just use my bank? Which blow my mind. I did and went about my life about to have a C-section I then get home from the hospital and my car is on a tow truck???? I didn't get mad because in my mind I am thinking I didn't do anything wrong this will be fixed in the morning! Well I was wrong I am still trying to get my car back to this day I have until the 21st and Chrysler capital won't restate my account! Yeah which I don't understand because I haven't skipped and I have never been repo before I have been a loyal customer and they spit in my face. They want me to pay more then my balance and I only have a few days to do so oh wait the lady told me I could reference my car... Really if I had 17,000 I would have bought my car out right. Then she asked why didn't you call and updated your information and then said you had time with being in the hospital but also congratulations on the new baby. Wow I did call and went on the website and she even said at the beginning I see your information was changed. Well duh. But thank you Chrysler capital for taking all my money my car and my kids stuff and siffing me to try to get 17,000 with a new baby or letting you sell my car for 2x the money. This company don't care .

My daughter got approved for her vehicle loan on Feb 12. She was 2 days shy of the 20 day "spot on delivery" deadline when they called the dealership and said they couldn't finance her. Devestated her, they told her she was going to have to return her car. This is no way to do to business.

If I could leave a negative ten (-10) I would. I will never lease from this company again!! Worst customer service I have ever talked to. I leased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee with them when I returned it about a month ago in perfect condition they sent me a bill for wear in tear for tires $350 and a disposition fee for $395, which when I leased the vehicle I specifically asked if they had a disposition fee and I was told no.. Surprise!!! They apparently do. I had the Jeep for 3 years and only put 21,000 miles on the car. When I called after waiting on hold, I was explaining my dispute and was “accidentally” hung up on. Then when I was finally able to talk to someone the female customer service representative was able to email me my final report. That final report should have been attached to my $795 bill. When I asked how to dispute my bill no information was given to me, the representative kept on saying, you have to call us back. Why call you back when I am on the phone with you now. They would not tell me how to dispute my bill and said once you get an attorney you can call us back with your attorneys name. When they took the picture of the tires that supposedly needed replaced with the tread gauge in it, the tire had already been removed from the vehicle. How can anyone know what car that tire went too? Like I said worst leasing company I have ever used and I been leasing for a long time and this was by far the worst experience I ever had.

Worst company ever. WE leased a car with them in 2019, paid it off in 2021 and title was lost in the mail coming to us. We did not realize it until this month when we tried to sell the car. They say it takes 6 weeks to get a duplicate title but won't provide any proof the title has been ordered. NCDMV says they have no request for the title order. NCDMV also says they are still showing a lien against the car and Chrysler won't remove it even though they don't own the car. STEP into the 21st century Chrysler and learn how to not only be more automated but train your customer service reps to not yell and be condescending (SHARON, Anna, Olivia = the manager). If you get one of them, I'm sorry. Otis was the only nice one.

financed or leased six cars from Chrysler Capital over the last eight years. This company does not care about providing customer service. I currently have a 2022 Ram Laramie financed through them. I moved from South Carolina to Tennessee at the end of June 2022. At that time, Tennessee mailed a request for the South Carolina title. Fast forward to June of 2023. I go to renew my tags. They were going to refuse me the ability to renew my tags because they had never received the title from Chrysler Capital. Luckily, I live in a small town, so the lady there went ahead and renewed them anyway. I contacted CC, and they apologized and said it would be taken care of. I waited a few months then contacted the state. They said they still hadn't received it. So I called CC, and they said it would be taken care of. This went on for about five months. I decided to try to trade my truck in January this year, 2024. Lo and behold, not only is my truck flagged due to Tennessee never receiving the title, but it is also flagged with incorrect mileage on the title. This is because Tennessee has never issued a title with mileage. I am now very angry. I contacted the title department for CC. Now they are saying that the title request needs to be faxed or sent by email and not mailed. How is anyone, including a state, supposed to know that? After multiple phone calls over several months, we were never told this. So, I get the process started the correct way. I was told that once the request is sent to South Carolina, it will take three to four weeks to get the title. Once the title is received, it will be overnighted to Tennessee. This was on 1/5/24. I called back today, 1/25/24. I am now told they received the title on 1/23 and it will now take an additional seven to ten days for the title to be sent to Tennessee. Every time you speak to these people, you get different timelines. To make matters worse, everyone you speak to gives you responses off a piece of paper rather than speaking to you as a person. Every step of the way, they say they will not call the customer with updates. The customer has to take the time to call them and play games. This company has given up on customer service. They also make you feel like you are working for them, rather than them working for you. I am in my thirteenth vehicle purchase or lease in nine years. I will never deal with this company again. And I suggest that if you want to be treated as a customer, stay away. Anytime I ask for someone to complain to about this, I am given an address to mail a complaint to—as if that will ever be seen.

We have been an excellent Chrysler Capital Customer with two vehicles now. The most recent vehicle experience with Chrysler Capital has been truly painful. I will never understand why you treat a client that pays their payments as agreed or before they are agreed so poorly. All we did was move to a new state and that is when all of the letters started regarding insurance, then when I call the company that they contract with I am told all is ok. This is after 2-3 letters per month for the last year. Then came lease termination, that is when we truly learned how little we meant to Chrysler. The way we have been treated by the lease end company has been absolutely uncalled for. When speaking to us on the phone they act as if we have done something wrong by wanting to have our vehicle inspected for end of lease inspection. The reality is that we would even have a lease end inspection if you all had treated us better. Telling us that the car "better be clean" at the time of inspection and that "all mats must be present". It was the manner in which we were spoken to, much less about what was said. And at no point has anyone reached out to ask why we'd be turning the car in and not starting a new lease. It is a shame that anyone would treat a customer like this, especially a good customer. And by all means, contact me for my account number, I would be happy to have you look up my account to see what type of customers we are.

If I could leave a zero (or negative) star review, I would. After the end of the lease I purchased the car. Chrysler Capital did not send the required documents to retitle the car. After countless calls, I received an incomplete set of documents. Numerous calls and three failed attempts of receiving the document required by the DMV later and still nothing. After more than one year I still don't have the form and the late fees to the DMV continue to increase. All it requires is their signature and a notary, everything else is ready to be handed in.

If I could leave a 0 star review I will! This is the worst company I ever went through and they did me so nasty. I had my car for 3 years and were never late. I ended up not working while I was pregnant due to medical reasons and they closed my account before getting my car and still took my payment. I never had a repo in my name not did I ever have this happen to me and they want the full amount of the car to get it back rather than the past due. It’s crazy that I owe more on the car than it’s worth and to take my car after I mentioned to several representatives why I was behind on my payment and I was trying to catch up and they still didn’t help out much.

I have attempted to deal with them multiple times over the phone and had horrible experiences. They have passed the buck and basically blown me off, at one point putting me on hold and forgetting about me. I don't recall ever having this much trouble trying to get any customer service to do anything, ever. I needed a lien release letter and they seemed to try to dodge that as much as possible.

Zero stars. Repugnant. Last payment has to be a check not auto pay. Thanks for telling me. I called to know the buyout, bought the truck based on the number I was given over the phone, then got a 70 point hit on my credit for a late lease payment. 2 years later they won’t help me, credit is still below 700, and they treat me like a jerk when I call. I leased from you for 3 years then bought the car. You NEVER told me the last payment was a check. I had it on automatic pay. Then I called , got a number and bought the truck. When I called no one said I had a missing payment. Check the Vin and you will see my account. You docked my credit score 70 points.
Here to update. Since posting this, I have been contacted by Chrysler Capital. I’ve been playing phone tag with someone from their social media team. In the meantime, the gentleman I speak to when I call back makes me feel like I’m taking crazy pills. My late payment was reported to the credit agencies March 13. I had already bought the truck and owned it for 3 weeks at that point. I went to the dealer, signed the papers and drove away. The check from the dealer did not clear for weeks. Therefore I got dinged for late payment. I OWNED THE TRUCK. Isn’t this between Chrysler and the dealer at this point? Or say “ hey Paul, a bit of confusion we see you owned the truck by now and the dealer sent us the check late sorry for the mix up and ruining your credit for 7 years.” All you have to do is contact the credit agency and say it was a mistake but I think you enjoy doing this. Every website reviewing your company has hundreds of stories like this. I will post on every page and site until you make this right. I have uploaded the notice from my credit agency. 3 full weeks after I owned the truck.
