Great customer service
I bought my AirShot Pro with bonus Volumisers at a great price. After checking out, I realised I’d forgotten to add the code to receive some free Magical Quick Dry Potion. I contacted Cloud Nine and they sent me a second parcel with the spray. Both parcels arrived quickly, I ordered on a Monday and received it on the Friday and I’m very happy with it.

I found the Company excellent to deal…
I found the Company excellent to deal with. I had originally purchased the Slim Iron, but found this iron not suitable for my needs. The Company allowed me to return the Slim Iron for a refund. I was then able to purchase another model that suited my needs better.

Hairdresser demo
My hairdresser showed me how to curl my hair using the Cloud Nine brand thin iron. Never heard of the brand before she mentioned it. I’m enjoying finding nimble ways to use this device.

I used my daughter‘s six year-old cloud nine straightener when I visited her in Queensland and it was amazing so I just had to buy one. It just does the job so much quicker which means less damage to my hair. Absolutely love it.

I’m on Cloud Nine!
Very happy with my purchase. I had a twenty year old straightener which did the job however I loved the idea of being able to control the heat settings and eliminate the harsh burning of my ends.
I’ve also realised that my hair doesn’t have to be ‘perfectly straight’
Just lightly ironing out the wrinkles is all I need!

Amazing straightener with incredible technology. I bought the wide iron straightener and I would recommend it to anyone. It was recommended to me by a friend who has been using theirs religiously for 4 years now and I’m so glad I listened. No friction and adjustable heat settings is incredible. While using it with the magic potion my hair has never looked better. It was delivered super quickly with great communication.
