My order never arrived, and the customer service team is not taking any responsibility or actions to solve the problem. It’s been 1.5 months now and their solution is to “wait and see”. They are not offering a refund nor to contact their shipping partner to resolve the issue. What a shame.

I bought a silver reflective bag and am so pleased with it. Just exactly what I needed and absolutely gorgeous quality. I ordered on Sunday night and it arrived 4 days later which is brilliant from overseas. Excellent customer service too.

Ringde för att be om råd då den sele jag beställt var för trång över halsen.Övriga remmar satt perfekt.Fick tipset att byta till en storlek större och även tips om hur man kunde spänna åt remmarna mer vid behov.Bytet gick smidigt, de skickade ut en ny och en retursedel.Sen behövde jag bara betala mellanskillnaden istället för att krångla med dubbla betalningar.Var det så att den större inte heller satt bra så kunde jag returnera båda i samma.Otroligt bra kundbemötande och kunnighet.Med dom små tipsen så sitter selen perfekt.Den har dessutom två ställen man kan fästa kopplet i.Min hund får inte samma dragkraft och den är rymningssäker.Så nöjd!

I absolutely love Collar of Sweden! Their harnesses are not only beautiful and stylish, but also incredibly well made.

What makes them truly special for me, though, is how gentle they are on my Italian Greyhound Nala’s delicate skin. Iggies can be so sensitive, and finding a harness that is comfortable, soft, and fits her properly hasn’t always been easy.

Since we got her Collar of Sweden harness, it’s the only one she wants to wear — and honestly, that says it all. ❤️

We’ve ordered several times and have always been impressed. The quality is excellent, and the designs are perfect for my Italian Greyhounds. Shipping is fast, and the overall experience has been amazing—honestly nothing negative to say!

The worst quality collars - and horrible customer service. Rude, unreasonable, unprofessional. Collars are unsafe to use, broke after minimal use. We used one for two years, bought a new one after it broke, the second one broke after two months and then a replacement broke after three months.

Beställde ett halsband till min whippet som helt gick av bara på en månad. Mailade till Collar of Sweden och fick supersnabba svar och de skickade direkt ett nytt halsband till mig som fungerar perfekt! Verkar bara ha fått ett dåligt exemplar första gången. Väldigt nöjd med allt.

Always my favourite brand of collar for my furkids.. Collected tone of colors for matchy and the quality of collar is extremely good and comfortable to wear. Highly recommended to get one as gift as well.

Collar of Sweden has the most beautiful dog collars & leads. Highest quality in lovely colours. Fast delivery & comes in a beautiful bag. Great communication & customer service. I’m a repeat customer as you will not find a better product elsewhere.

Somehow, they have managed to convince consumers that they sell leather products because they don't.

None of the products are leather. They have no proof of it. It's all plastic that had a really strong off-gas plastic smell.

AVOID

Ordered mirtangle collar, black with glitter. It’s been used for About 7 months, however the collar looks as if it has been used for at least 10 years. The material isn’t of high quality. The top “glittery” layer started peeling off even in places without any pressure/friction. The part where we attach the leash is completely damaged from all the friction and I expect it to tear apart soon, because the material is so damaged.

Overall, it’s definitely a nice collar to look at, but if you have more active (or crazy) dog, maybe find something more durable.
