Collar of Sweden Avaliações

I visited the store in Stockholm today and it was just amazing! I loved all of the products (very hard to choose) as all of them are great! The design, how it’s made, just amazing. I can easily recommend to visit the store as they will take care of you, advise and show you also other options. Hope to visit the store again soon!

Aangekregen wat ik besteld heb. Goede track and trace. Via de Bpost uiteindelijk geleverd. Zeer tevreden. Zal er zeker nog shoppen.

I am thoroughly impressed with these collars—I’ve already purchased several in different colors. The leather is of outstanding quality: exceptionally soft, yet remarkably durable. The design exudes luxury and chic sophistication, making it a perfect fit for my Italian Greyhound.

I also had a special request regarding my order, and the brand responded with remarkable efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. Their customer service exceeded all expectations.

I wholeheartedly recommend this brand—not only for the superior craftsmanship of their products, but also for the integrity and care they demonstrate in every aspect of their business.

beautiful leashes and collars! unfortunately we had problems with the delivery by ups, but collar of sweden did their best to help us as best as possible and responded very quickly to our emails.

I bought a necklace and was delighted with the quality — it's beautiful! I live in Spain and the shipping was super fast. They were also very kind and quick to answer all my questions. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely buy again without a doubt.

I purchased two collars for my dogs and I’m truly impressed! The collars are beautiful, made with high-quality materials, and crafted with great attention to detail. They’re clearly designed to last and, most importantly, to be comfortable for our four-legged friends.

A special thanks also goes to the seller, who was incredibly kind and helpful: since the postal service didn’t deliver my package, they immediately offered to resend it without any issues. Truly excellent customer service—hard to find these days!

I always shop on this site and have never been disappointed. The products and customer care are consistently outstanding.

I highly recommend these collars (and this seller!) to anyone looking for stylish, functional products and top-notch support.

Really happy with my cap! Great service and really quick delivery.

Collier non reçu une première fois mais service client très réactif , ils m'ont renvoyé un produit et il était parfait !!

I got a martingale collar for my dog on the website it says the collar is adjustable from 38cm to 45cm. I assumed it wouldn’t go any bigger than 45 cm. My dog has a 38 cm neck. The collar arrived very quick and it’s beautiful, however, when the collar is fully relaxed, it goes up to 60 cm large. I had my dog on lead and she stopped to sniff grass so the lead was relaxed when the collar slipped off her head straight onto the ground. I contacted customer service to enquire if I was sent the right size. I was told that the collar should be tensioned by the lead at all times otherwise it would slip off. I asked if I could either send it back or exchange it I was told no because it was a sale item. I was told that I would be offered a ‘great’ deal so I could get another collar. The great deal was like less 20% off plus postage. Again, the collar is great but the information on the website is not accurate. I would not have got a collar that it’s nearly twice the size of my dogs neck. Very disappointing and I feel mislead. The collar is not safe to use as I will not keep the leash tensioned at all times for the collar not to slip. I’ve owned martingale collars from different brands and never had this issue. I know they are suppose to tighten when tensioned but they should not slip off when relaxed.

Customer service is unreal in this company. If I could rate them higher, I would! So responsive and if there are any issues they sort it immediately with great communication. My order got lost which was no ones fault and I had it within a few days after contacting them. I adore the products and will 100% be buying again! Amazing quality, amazing company!
