Awful!

Our experience with Just Park & Ride/Park Pilot Ltd was absolutely dreadful. We ended up way out of Stansted parked in a muddy field (New Farm, Stansted Road) and reception was nothing more than a porta cabin with a laptop. The transport to and from the airport was shambolic, with it left to pure luck whether you managed to get on one of the crowded mini buses. We totally regret booking with this company and will never do so again. We will book official airport parking in future as it doesn't work out any more expensive after you've paid an additional £20 airport levy with this one.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Extremely disappointing and the exact same issue that everyone else faces- we had to wait 2hours before our car had arrived and after constant calling and questioning we finally had our car. We waited 30minutes after the planned arrival and we were told that it would be less than 4minutes, this resulted in another half an hour, to another and another. We had to call multiple people are were constantly lied to. As soon as the rider had arrived and we tried to complain- HE RAN and ignored us. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Had to pay a parking ticket, late pick up at arrival.

The the company we used from your site was Super Parking Ltd also known as ParkLane Meet & Greet.
We called as requested 30 mins before arriving at Terminal 2 Heathrow at 16:15. We waited 2 hours and a lot of phone calls before the driver arrived. During this period we were asked to go and park the car at the Hilton Hotel where we were staying and the driver would come and pick it up at 22:00 and we said no as that was not was agreed.
On returning 2 weeks later we called 30 minutes before, we were told to wait in the arrivals hall and the driver would call when he had parked the car. We waited over an hour and when calling to get an update no one would pick up.
We walked up to level 4 and the car was there with the keys on the front right hand tyre, no phone call.
A week later we received a parking ticket from Horizon parking for £60.00 as the car had been parked at the Thistle Hotel Car Park for the two weeks.
After emails, telephone calls no more replies and we had to pay the parking ticket by today 15-03-2026.
How the car was parked at the Thistle Hotel for 2 weeks with out being charged for two weeks is a miracle in itself. Never again will use meet and greet companies only companies with meet and greet offices on site and pay the extra.
When we did speak on the phone to Super parking it was all replies like "he is coming" in "10 minutes" and then the phone was put down, after several calls no pickup of the phone.
I gave it one star as we got our car back!

Legitimate Heathrow parking booking led to months of unnecessary dispute

I booked airport parking through Compare The Parking for Heathrow in May 2025 and paid in full in advance.

Despite having a confirmed and paid booking, I later received a Parking Charge Notice issued by ParkMaven which was subsequently escalated to debt collection via DCBL.

Throughout the process I repeatedly provided evidence that the parking had been legitimately booked through Compare The Parking. Unfortunately the matter was never proactively resolved by the booking platform, despite the fact that they were aware the booking existed.

Over several months I sent a large number of emails attempting to resolve the issue and eventually had to submit Subject Access Requests and complaints to the DVLA, the Information Commissioner’s Office and the British Parking Association.

The matter appears to have eventually been abandoned without explanation, but only after a considerable amount of time and effort was required to challenge a charge that should never have arisen in the first place.

My advice to other motorists would be to keep detailed records of bookings and correspondence if using third-party airport parking platforms.

Extremely concerning experience

Extremely concerning experience – avoid this service

I booked Prime Meet & Greet parking (Booking Ref: CTP-332XXX) expecting a professional front-of-terminal service. What I experienced instead was chaotic, unprofessional, and extremely concerning.

After landing I repeatedly called their office and received no answer. When I finally got through, I was told to wait at Zone D, but the driver never called to confirm arrival. Eventually I was forced to walk to Orange Car Park to collect my vehicle — despite paying extra for terminal drop-off.

During this process several staff members contacted me and the communication was rude and dismissive. One staff member even hung up on me mid-conversation.

The staff I was contacted by included:
• Bilal – +44 7877 926685
• MSZ – +44 7787 856292
• Azhar – +44 7943 443283

Customer service operators introduced themselves as “Jessica” (+44 117 990 4018) and a manager calling himself “Max William”, which appeared to be aliases.

The most serious issue concerns how my vehicle was handled while in their custody.
The car was returned with less fuel, increased mileage, and clear evidence it had been driven to locations unrelated to parking. I have dashcam recordings, audio recordings, and GPS tracking logs showing the vehicle being driven elsewhere and an attempt to interfere with the camera.

One location the car was driven to was:
51.882758, 0.258953 (6 Coopers Villas, Coopers End Rd, Takeley, Bishop's Stortford CM22 6PT)

The vehicle also appears to have been stored in what looked like an unsafe parking area resembling a construction site around:

51.911595, 0.218962 (Known as New Farm Parking…) 


When the vehicle was returned it was dirty, muddy, and the left wing had been damaged.

It is also concerning that the website does not clearly display legally registered company information, which raises questions about accountability. The company name provided through the booking process appears to be SC Parking Limited (Company No. 15892056) with the listed director Aurangzaib Akbar Cheema.

I originally booked through a broker called ComparetheParking.co.uk, who then allocated the parking contract to this operator.

Based on my experience and the pattern of similar reports online, I would strongly advise anyone considering airport meet-and-greet parking services like this to do thorough research before handing over their vehicle.
Situations like this raise serious concerns about whether the service provided meets the standards expected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I hope sharing this experience helps others make an informed decision before using similar services.

The pricing draws you in, but unless you want to worry about your car whilst away do not use!

The pricing draws you in, but I will never use again. First off read their terms and conditions, secondly try and work out who is responsible for the safe keeping of your car whilst you are away. On our confirmation 2 companies are mentioned - Super Park and Ride and Super Parking Ltd. On arrival back at T3 Heathrow we were given the run-around on when the car would be with us. Second phone call chasing them 'your car has a slow puncture' we're looking at that now'. Complete lie, been back almost 3 weeks now and no signs of a slow puncture. Car delivered just under 3 hours after first call. It had 20 miles more on the clock from dropped off, yet the distance from where stored to T3 is 10 miles. Finally I doubt the mini-bus that took us the the terminal was roadworthy.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY .. paid for meet and greet. Followed all the guidelines when landing to contact them immediately to allow time for my car to get to the car park. What a waste of time. 2 hours after landing our car was eventually delivered. The MOST shambolic company that we’ve ever used. Even one star ⭐ is way too much for this most appalling company. And it wasn’t just us waiting. Every couple / family were completely let down by the most appalling company

I will never ever use this site again.
Do not use it. The company it recommended us to use for Bristol airport was shockingly appalling. Ive informed them but in short late for drop off and over an hour late for return of vehicle. My car was used for other purposes whilst with this,'meet and greet' company. We were with other car owners who were exploding re: missing flights etc. We've used other 'meet and greet' companies at Bristol regularly. We would never use the company coming up top of the Comparing Parking website ever again. It was a shockingly appalling service. It is called Stansted parking. DO NOT use this company or the Compare Parking site.

Don’t type anything on the page!!!

Do not even put your information in the website. They watched you as you type. The second I put my phone number in I was called by 2 different people. Now I have emails. I didn’t even confirm my information. This is highly unusual and unethical. Thankfully I stopped before I put my credit card in.

Complete cowboys

Complete cowboys. Do not use this company. We had to wait 30mins for collection of our car. On return after an hour of lying indicating the car was going to arrive at teminal 3, they admitted they had lost our car. We had to find our car. This was the second car lost that day. The management are lairs and are rude. The staff are embarrassed by the poor service.

This company is a scam and should be investigated. After leaving the car with them, I received a fine of £160 as they had parked illegally in a residential area. They just ignore my emails when asking them to pay. The London Borough of Hounslow should investigate this company and we will be taking action given all these other review.

Compare the Parking - significant delays and terrible customer service from SAT Meet and Greet

We used compare the parking to book what was sold as a meet and greet service by provider ‘SAT Meet and Greet’. A premium is paid for this service but we decided to take it due to a long onward drive after our flight. The reality was that we waited over an hour for our car - we would have been much quicker using cheaper airport shuttle services. When I queried calmly and politely what has caused the delay I was told ‘just leave’ - they were not interested in apologising or explaining. Having now read other reviews I can see this was not unusual and is simply how they do business. Compare the Parking claims no responsibility for providers like SAT however their website promises ‘fast, convenient and low cost’. The booking agency service which Compare the Parking provides clearly does not achieve this.

AVOID using ParkLane meet and greet & compare the parking

We booked ParkLane meet and greet through Compare the parking. Booking was easy and a smooth drop off. However, the pickup was the worst we have ever experienced. We followed the documented process and were told to wait in the terminal building (Heathrow) for 45 to 50 mins until we got a call that the car was on its way. 45 mins arrived, so I called the number several times, no answer (leave a message). Then we get a call after 1 hour to say the driver is waiting with the car at the car park. We rushed up, no driver but car left with the keys and ticket.....anyone could have taken the car! Rubbish was also found in the car, but thankfully no damage. Summary - DO NOT USE them.

Disgraceful

Disgraceful! booking a Car park provider through this website for Gatwick north terminal we get a link with NO NAME of the company providing us the service just a personal mobile phone number. They arrived a hour and a half later after our arrival call. They tell us to park on level 5 but it was full. then level 4…. That was full, no allocated bays just going in circles until a space became available and just hand over the key, making us late….fast forward 7 days was the return from hell. they arrived 45 minutes late handed us the key and left immediately. Both our driver and passenger seat were rearranged and my air bag light was lite on the dash which we found very odd. We drove half way out the car park and our CAR BREAKS DOWN! does not start! We had to push it through the barrier to avoid extra airport charges waiting on the side of Gatwick barriers with two young children. Airport security and police nearby kindly supporting us trying to get the car started but failed. 6 hours waiting for RAC recovery with no luck of starting it. another 7 hours waiting for a recovery truck. The parking provider said they are not liable for the car! Yet it was in perfect condition prior. why had the car been tampered with in the first place! I am now left with no form of transportation for my family and hugely out of pocket towing my car out of Gatwick airport with no one to hold accountable. Compare the parking will say it’s nothing to do with them but it is! they are letting these COWBOYS Run dodgy businesses through them!!

AVOID Compare The Airport Parkin!!

AVOID Compare The Airport Parking / Just Park & Ride Stansted at all costs – outright deceptive pricing and shameless refusal to refund!
I was completely misled and ripped off by this company. Their website advertised the parking at £52.99 as the total price – that’s exactly what was displayed and charged during the entire booking process. Nowhere was it made clear that there were mandatory extra charges of £10 for drop-off and another £10 for pick-up tacked on afterwards. These weren’t optional extras; they were compulsory fees that should have been fully included and transparently shown in the headline price before I paid a penny.
This is classic bait-and-switch tactics and a blatant breach of UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, businesses must present the total, all-inclusive price upfront – no hidden mandatory fees revealed only after you’ve handed over your money. I spotted the issue within 5 minutes of booking, contacted them immediately, and was explicitly assured over the phone that they would cancel and issue a full refund without any hassle.
They lied.
Despite that verbal promise, they then flatly refused to refund, hiding behind their so-called “non-refundable” policy. A dodgy small-print clause does not override your legal obligation to display accurate, all-in pricing at the point of sale. You cannot trap customers into a non-refundable booking through misleading information and then claim the policy protects you – that’s not how consumer protection works.
This is unacceptable, dishonest business practice. I’ve had no choice but to escalate by opening a formal dispute with my bank (under Section 75 where applicable or chargeback) and reporting them directly to Trading Standards for investigation into misleading pricing and failure to honour their own refund promise.
Do not book with Compare The Airport Parking or their Just Park & Ride Stansted service. They use deceptive tactics to inflate the real cost by 38% after you’ve committed, then refuse reasonable refund requests when caught out. Check every single detail, screenshot everything during booking, and be prepared for post-purchase surprises and stonewalling customer service.
This company does not deserve your money. Steer well clear and use a more transparent, reputable provider instead. Disgraceful way to treat customers.
Feel free to copy-paste or tweak any parts. This version hits harder on the deception, legal angle, and warning to others while staying factual. Good luck with your dispute – many people win these when the pricing wasn’t transparent.

Probably needed to call sooner as we waited 30 minutes for car to arrive, although due to some parking bays being closed, it did not help with vehicles unable to find parking spaces which caused delays. All in all it went ok.
