Just as liable for poor service…
They say in their emails that they are just brokers, but they actively promote cowboy companies with horrific ratings on trustworthy review sites, so in my eyes they are just as liable. For reference, ipark was the particular bunch of clowns this site gave good ratings to, but on trustworthy review sites and in my experience they are borderline criminals. I will be avoiding using either of these sites in future.

Awful. We called at 6.45pm for our collection. It took then a whole hour to get our car to us. AVOID THESE CARPARKS at all costs. Chaotic, dishonest and cannot in any shape or form be recommended

The basic expectation with a car parking valet service is simple: drop the car off and get it back with minimal delay. Instead, I had to wait 70 minutes (over an hour) after calling them and arriving at the pickup point. That’s far beyond reasonable, think of the pain of waiting that ling with 2 kids. When asked on call, instead of being sorry the person made excuses saying there was a lot of rush , etc while there was none.
I’m giving 2 stars only because they at least answered the phone , otherwise the service itself was very very poor.

Booked a full Parking service through them, their service provider iPark then didn't pay the short term car park charge that was part of the service - Comparethe parking washed their hands of it and said we are not the service provider, I beg to differ, you took payment, American Express agreed with me and refunded me.
Terrible aftercare, they don't give a hoot.
Inaccurate cost
Booked through the website which quoted I thought was a set price. When I came to drop off the car I was then charged for the shuttle to the airport which increased my parking costs by 50%. This wasn't made clear on the website. Other people on the shuttle also had the same problem.

This company clearly just outsources to cheap third-party operators and then completely washes their hands of any responsibility when things go wrong. We ended up being passed to Parklane Meet and Greet, and the experience was an absolute disaster.
They LOST my car key. Not delayed, not misplaced temporarily — lost. For a company trusted with your vehicle, that is beyond unacceptable.
When we called, the staff were rude, dismissive and completely uninterested in helping. We were basically told to deal with it ourselves and pay for our own solution. We were left stranded and had to pay £200 for a taxi out of our own pocket.
No apology, no urgency, no accountability.
The next day they suddenly claimed they would sort a new key, but by then the damage was done. The stress, inconvenience and cost had already been pushed entirely onto us.
What’s even worse is that Compare the Parking have been just as useless. Despite taking the booking, they’ve made no real effort to help or take responsibility. They are happy to take your money, but disappear the moment there’s a problem.
This is not a professional service — it’s a middleman with zero accountability using unreliable subcontractors.
If you value your time, money, and your vehicle, stay well clear.
Just to add, update my situation, the key and car had been stolen, and the police have been notified.

Lack of contact
Sad to say I booked through them to parking gurus who actually let me down, however not being able to contact parking guru i have been in tough with Compare the parking on four occasions for help using their contact us system and they have failed to respond to any of them. Real poor show

Our experience with Just Park & Ride/Park Pilot Ltd was absolutely dreadful. We ended up way out of Stansted parked in a muddy field (New Farm, Stansted Road) and reception was nothing more than a porta cabin with a laptop. The transport to and from the airport was shambolic, with it left to pure luck whether you managed to get on one of the crowded mini buses. We totally regret booking with this company and will never do so again. We will book official airport parking in future as it doesn't work out any more expensive after you've paid an additional £20 airport levy with this one.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Extremely disappointing and the exact same issue that everyone else faces- we had to wait 2hours before our car had arrived and after constant calling and questioning we finally had our car. We waited 30minutes after the planned arrival and we were told that it would be less than 4minutes, this resulted in another half an hour, to another and another. We had to call multiple people are were constantly lied to. As soon as the rider had arrived and we tried to complain- HE RAN and ignored us. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Had to pay a parking ticket, late pick up at arrival.
The the company we used from your site was Super Parking Ltd also known as ParkLane Meet & Greet.
We called as requested 30 mins before arriving at Terminal 2 Heathrow at 16:15. We waited 2 hours and a lot of phone calls before the driver arrived. During this period we were asked to go and park the car at the Hilton Hotel where we were staying and the driver would come and pick it up at 22:00 and we said no as that was not was agreed.
On returning 2 weeks later we called 30 minutes before, we were told to wait in the arrivals hall and the driver would call when he had parked the car. We waited over an hour and when calling to get an update no one would pick up.
We walked up to level 4 and the car was there with the keys on the front right hand tyre, no phone call.
A week later we received a parking ticket from Horizon parking for £60.00 as the car had been parked at the Thistle Hotel Car Park for the two weeks.
After emails, telephone calls no more replies and we had to pay the parking ticket by today 15-03-2026.
How the car was parked at the Thistle Hotel for 2 weeks with out being charged for two weeks is a miracle in itself. Never again will use meet and greet companies only companies with meet and greet offices on site and pay the extra.
When we did speak on the phone to Super parking it was all replies like "he is coming" in "10 minutes" and then the phone was put down, after several calls no pickup of the phone.
I gave it one star as we got our car back!
Legitimate Heathrow parking booking led to months of unnecessary dispute
I booked airport parking through Compare The Parking for Heathrow in May 2025 and paid in full in advance.
Despite having a confirmed and paid booking, I later received a Parking Charge Notice issued by ParkMaven which was subsequently escalated to debt collection via DCBL.
Throughout the process I repeatedly provided evidence that the parking had been legitimately booked through Compare The Parking. Unfortunately the matter was never proactively resolved by the booking platform, despite the fact that they were aware the booking existed.
Over several months I sent a large number of emails attempting to resolve the issue and eventually had to submit Subject Access Requests and complaints to the DVLA, the Information Commissioner’s Office and the British Parking Association.
The matter appears to have eventually been abandoned without explanation, but only after a considerable amount of time and effort was required to challenge a charge that should never have arisen in the first place.
My advice to other motorists would be to keep detailed records of bookings and correspondence if using third-party airport parking platforms.
Extremely concerning experience
Extremely concerning experience – avoid this service
I booked Prime Meet & Greet parking (Booking Ref: CTP-332XXX) expecting a professional front-of-terminal service. What I experienced instead was chaotic, unprofessional, and extremely concerning.
After landing I repeatedly called their office and received no answer. When I finally got through, I was told to wait at Zone D, but the driver never called to confirm arrival. Eventually I was forced to walk to Orange Car Park to collect my vehicle — despite paying extra for terminal drop-off.
During this process several staff members contacted me and the communication was rude and dismissive. One staff member even hung up on me mid-conversation.
The staff I was contacted by included:

Customer service operators introduced themselves as “Jessica” (+44 117 990 4018) and a manager calling himself “Max William”, which appeared to be aliases.
The most serious issue concerns how my vehicle was handled while in their custody.
The car was returned with less fuel, increased mileage, and clear evidence it had been driven to locations unrelated to parking. I have dashcam recordings, audio recordings, and GPS tracking logs showing the vehicle being driven elsewhere and an attempt to interfere with the camera.
One location the car was driven to was:

The vehicle also appears to have been stored in what looked like an unsafe parking area resembling a construction site around:

It is also concerning that the website does not clearly display legally registered company information, which raises questions about accountability. The company name provided through the booking process appears to be SC Parking Limited (Company No. 15892056) with the listed director Aurangzaib Akbar Cheema.
I originally booked through a broker called ComparetheParking.co.uk, who then allocated the parking contract to this operator.
Based on my experience and the pattern of similar reports online, I would strongly advise anyone considering airport meet-and-greet parking services like this to do thorough research before handing over their vehicle.
Situations like this raise serious concerns about whether the service provided meets the standards expected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The pricing draws you in, but unless you want to worry about your car whilst away do not use!
The pricing draws you in, but I will never use again. First off read their terms and conditions, secondly try and work out who is responsible for the safe keeping of your car whilst you are away. On our confirmation 2 companies are mentioned - Super Park and Ride and Super Parking Ltd. On arrival back at T3 Heathrow we were given the run-around on when the car would be with us. Second phone call chasing them 'your car has a slow puncture' we're looking at that now'. Complete lie, been back almost 3 weeks now and no signs of a slow puncture. Car delivered just under 3 hours after first call. It had 20 miles more on the clock from dropped off, yet the distance from where stored to T3 is 10 miles. Finally I doubt the mini-bus that took us the the terminal was roadworthy.

Do not use it. The company it recommended us to use for Bristol airport was shockingly appalling. Ive informed them but in short late for drop off and over an hour late for return of vehicle. My car was used for other purposes whilst with this,'meet and greet' company. We were with other car owners who were exploding re: missing flights etc. We've used other 'meet and greet' companies at Bristol regularly. We would never use the company coming up top of the Comparing Parking website ever again. It was a shockingly appalling service. It is called Stansted parking. DO NOT use this company or the Compare Parking site.
