And KAR ENTERPRISE LTD IS ONE OF THE CAR PARKS, had to get my own way home from airport with a toddler !!!! Made us pay 30 pound when we picked car up from some car park called FALCON CAR PARK THE NEXT DAY probably will get more fines , which they said they owned the car park yeah right !!! Dodgy website, no responsibility
Under any circumstance PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T use Compare The Parking website. Like other reviews, they don't answer phone calls, emails, etc. We booked through comparetheparking website last Jan 2025, with good ratings at the time. The car park provider, Park at Airport Ltd, were appalling when we arrived to drop our car off - shoddy operation with an illegal use of land that was poorly lit and unmarked, and everything run out of the boot of a car. We were reluctant to leave the car and key, but thankfully our car was relatively OK when we returned a month later on 26th Nov 2025, but at a different location. We had a PCN letter for £100 when we got home. Comparetheparking seemingly don't 'vet' those that use the website to offer long term parking for Heathrow airport - including sham/dodgy operations. They need to weed out these operations. There will undoubtedly be a standard reply to this bad review saying that 'comparetheparking are not responsible for those using the website for airport parking (probably see below). NOT good enough.

I booked a prepaid Meet & Greet service at Stansted and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I followed every instruction, called 40 minutes before arrival, and was told to park in Orange Short Stay, Row H. After parking, I rang repeatedly for the driver to collect my car — nobody answered for nearly an hour.
No driver ever showed up.
I had to leave with my keys or miss my flight. Because they failed to attend, my car stayed in the airport’s short-stay car park and I was hit with a £201 charge, on top of what I had already paid this company.
When I did manage to speak to their operator, he was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me. He took no responsibility for the fact that their non-attendance caused the entire problem.
I’ve now emailed this company four times with no response whatsoever — completely ignoring all communication. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
I also contacted Stansted Airport about this, who confirmed they are aware of many complaints involving operators like this. Even they strongly advised not to use them.
Terrible service, no accountability, no communication.
Do NOT use this company — it will cost you stress, time, and a lot of money. Book with an official provider instead.

I would not recommend booking through…
I would not recommend booking through CompareTheParking. I raised a serious complaint after the parking company they listed (iPark) returned my car damaged. Despite emailing them and asking for support, they have not responded at all.
As the booking agent, they took my money and arranged the service, yet when something goes wrong, they offer no help, no communication, and no customer service whatsoever. I’ve been left chasing an unresponsive parking operator on my own.
A booking platform should take responsibility for the companies they advertise, but in my experience, CompareTheParking simply disappear when there’s a problem. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

They are careless.i gave a clean car GOD knows where they parking them after handing it over .when back from our holiday my car was full of leaves and droppings from the tress which was really difficult to clean.my car was really in mass.i call tge reciptionest to come and have a look he said write a complaint.won’t use them again

Misleading and Unsafe – Avoid
I booked “Bristol Park and Ride,” but the confirmation email revealed it was actually at a farm with very poor reviews. I contacted the company asking to cancel due to safety concerns, especially as I am travelling alone, but they confirmed it was a non-refundable booking and offered no real help.
This parking is misleading, unsafe, and not suitable for solo travellers. I strongly advise checking the actual address and reviews before booking.
I would not trust this website to book any parking if you don’t want to risk losing your money, I honestly feel scammed.

Please avoid this company. Theres only a few drivers that move about 100 cars a day on average. They’ve been absolutely dreadful. Report your complaints to Trading Standards; the police can’t intervene as it’s a civil matter. If enough complaints are made they’ll be removed from the airports.

Don't use this company! I amended my booking on the day I booked as I selected the wrong date of return in error. I amended it that day and was charged for the amendment of return date. When I called to arrange the pick up of my car they told me It was not due for collection on that date. They asked for a screenshot of my amended booking only to then say they had not updated the change on their system so my car was not ready to be dropped off. Still waiting over an hour later.
Mis-sold Parking Booking at Gatwick
I booked airport parking at Gatwick for December, and the details provided in the confirmation email were both concerning and misleading.
The advert promised a shuttle service to and from the airport, but this was not the case. The email instructed us to call a number while travelling to the airport, before reaching the address provided, to arrange drop-off the car. Upon arrival, we are expected to be told to leave the car keys, and the vehicle would then be moved to an unknown location — and possibly moved multiple times. We would also need to call again upon our return for the car to be brought back to a meeting point, which would only be confirmed at that time.
This is not the type of shuttle service I expected or was led to believe I had booked. There were no details about who would be driving my car or what insurance coverage they have. My own insurance does not cover such arrangements, and if the vehicle were stolen or damaged, I would not be protected as I had handed over the keys.
After receiving the booking confirmation, I contacted the company through their website and raised my concerns via email. Their response was to ask me to call them, but when I did, they were rude and unhelpful, refusing to make any changes to the booking.
I have now lost £108 and have raised the matter with my credit card provider to dispute the transaction.
I would strongly advise others not to book with this company. If anyone has experienced a similar issue, please let me know what steps can be taken.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional and Stressful Experience
We arrived at London Heathrow Airport about 30 minutes behind schedule. We’d already called the company an hour before to let them know, and they reassured us that it was fine and to just call again when we were 20 minutes away.
When we arrived, we called to ask where the person collecting our car was. They said, “We’re on the way upstairs, just two minutes.” Five minutes later, we called again and got the same response — this happened four or five times until they eventually stopped answering the phone altogether. We started to panic, worrying we’d miss our flight.
When we finally got through, the man on the phone suddenly said the driver was stuck in traffic — after telling us repeatedly that he was already there. Completely unprofessional. We decided to check in our bags and come back to hand over the keys, only to be told that we now had to pay for the short-term parking because, according to their “manager,” they wouldn’t cover it.
We explained that we’d followed their policy by calling ahead, but the manager rudely said that since we were late, we were lucky they even came at all. We ended up paying nearly £20 for parking, just to avoid missing our flight. The man collecting the car was polite, so our issue isn’t with him — it’s the company’s attitude and total lack of professionalism.
When we returned from our holiday, a different man dropped off our car. He didn’t give us any time to inspect it, didn’t say a word, just handed us the keys and walked off. It felt rushed and careless.
Overall, this company completely ruined the start of our holiday. I’ve used many airport parking services before and have never experienced anything like this. They act like they’re doing you a favour rather than providing a service you’ve paid for.
💬 Avoid this company at all costs. They don’t care about their customers, they lie to cover their delays, and their communication is appalling. There are plenty of professional parking services at Heathrow — this is not one of them.

AVOID AVOID, they stole my car to transport drivers whilst on holiday
If I had the choice this would be a minus 10, drop off know problem, arrived after a 12 hour trip at 5;25am, baggage collected at 06:15,called number told 20 minutes,( maths not great but car should arrive worse case for 06:45, numerous calls my car arrived 08:25, however we have a tracker, every time told driver on their way, my tracker said parked.
Once I collected seating position changed, we could smell cigarettes smoke. Got home and checked my tracker, my car had been used not only on e, but over 15 times whilst we was away to transport drivers...inside footwells dirty both passenger and driver which made me check tracker, police informed as this is a TawOC

This was the website we used to book with Tidy Airport Parking at Heathrow….and they’ve done absolutely nothing to help resolve the issues below.
Tidy parking are utterly clueless, dishonest bunch of people, do not book with this company. Booked with them from Heathrow and arrived when we said we would. Then had to wait 45 minutes for someone to pick up the car when we dropped it off! That is not how meet and greet works I’m afraid.
When we came back, we rang through as instructed and then had to wait for over an hour and a half to receive delivery of my car so we could drive home. Yes, you read that right, over 90 minutes waiting at the pickup point. Even then, instead of being delivered to floor 4, it was taken to floor 3 instead!
We were promised a full refund of £74.89 from three of their employees for the two inconveniences….all of which was denied when I chased up.
When I washed the car a couple of days later, there was damage on the rear bumper which cost £250 to get put right….obviously this was denied by the as I expected, but I photographed the car before leaving it with them and there was no damage then.
Genuinely, an awful experience from a bunch of liars (3 people promising refunds the denying it), not delivering a car for over 95 minutes upon return and no desire to correct their dreadful service, other than to offer me a discount next time I use them. You’ve got to be joking lads, you couldn’t pay me enough to use your awful‘service’.
In the meantime, the guy at Compare the Parking (Harry is his name) has batted away my complaints and done nothing to resolve them.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR THE COMPANIES THEY ARE PUSHING….disgraceful, the lot of them
