This is the Second time used them, the first time the drop of was ok then waited over an hour to be picked up, then the second time which is now was a meet and greet service at Terminal 4, when dropping of 10 days ago that told us to ring 30 minutes before hand which I did, to be told to go to level 2 terminal four, when we was there we still had to wait for nearly 45minutes for them to arrive, just got back after travelling for twenty four hours to be told it’s going to be forty five to an hour even though they had our flight details, they use inadequate companies and the are just a front company with a good website, would have been nice if they had vetted there companies they recommend before hand, just editing this to say waited an hour and 15 before my vehicle finally arrived, very poor service use them at your peril.

If I could rate this a 0 stars I would. I don’t usually leave reviews but this has been awful. I am currently at the airport, still waiting on my car after having arrived 3.5 hours ago. They answered my call once and cut me off and then have not been answering . Very unhelpful and unreliable. Awful service.

Three bookings, three companies… same chaos

I’ve now used Compare the Parking three times, each time with a supposedly different parking company.

The first time was fine.
The second time had a few issues, but the driver was genuinely helpful and went out of his way to make things work, which just about saved it.

The third time, however, was an absolute farce.

I may be wrong but something doesn't feel right with the site, responses here say "we're only a comparison site", but I don't think they're being upfront. Despite booking three different operators through Compare the Parking, the experiences were almost identical each time, same style of operation, same chaos, (was it even the same phone number??) . It doesn’t feel like a genuine comparison site at all. Just the same under-resourced operation representing itself as different companies.

Poor communication, not answering phones, and not enough drivers to cope. We're sat in the arrivals hall right now after a 13 hour flight to be told by an abrupt driver our car will be 1.5 hours till it's here!! This company might just about work if nothing goes wrong but the minute it does your on your own.

I’ve learned my lesson.
Shan't use them again.

Please avoid this company. They will book you somewhere remote and those people will never pick up your phone you will WAIT WAIT WAIT. They are dishonest as well, you will find half of your petrol gone when you come back. It seems operators using your petrol to run their pick up and drop off service. There are no shuttles, just cab drivers operating.

Recently I used EXPRESS parking company via their website to park in Bristol and have a pathetic experience. They booked us somewhere in a farm so far from the airport.

You might say you are just helping to book, but you are giving leads to the crooks to rip the customer off. You are liable for all the hassle and losses customer face for using your comparison site.

Very poor experience. The parking van was broken down, which caused major inconvenience. We were told a refund would be given, but this never happened. Communication was poor and promises were not kept. I would not recommend using this service.

Worst company ever . Avoid!!!!
Booking going through to them but you haven’t received any confirmation.
So had to make a new booking.
Jonathan costumer support was not helpful at all.

Website is full of fake reviews of each 'company' that they compare. Search each company individually to see reviews similar to here. The company I booked with named themselves to be difficult to find online.
The services are unofficial and operate illegally in the terminals. We were waved down by a man with a full packed lunch that rushed us to go and pay the ticket so we didn't take photos and drove off. I received 3 more calls asking where I was, leaving me panicked that I'd handed my car over to someone else.

This websites terms of service (please read them) are blatantly there to get out of the way that you will be treated by the companies that they represent.

We were lucky with no damage but the service we received and stress after realising what we had done ruined the holiday.
Book with a reputable website
This is not 1 of them.

Found the best deals

Dont use. There scamers. Same guys used to run another car parking firm that got shut down.
The reviews are fake on this site also.

I wish i had checked Trustpilot before using the service!! lesson learned.
They were
1. Very rude,
2. made me pay for extra costs of parking,
3. returned my vehicle with mud all over the rear footwells.
4. used it for unauthorised journey (shown on my car GPS tracker).
5 ignored my complaints/fobbed me off.
please please please don't use them.

Terrible service and communication with Ninja Parking who I booked through Compare The Parking. It is not a Meet and Greet service more like a Wait and Wait service. They do not have a desk at Terminal 5 and I was kept waiting 20 minutes for my car to be collected from Level 4. I had to pay additional Parking charges. It took 30 minutes for my car to be delivered on arrival back at Terminsl 5. The worst experience I have ever had and do not use this service!

Easy directions to parking and quick service

Nobody turned up for the meet and greet. Had to park in Shortstay carpark and nearly missed my flight. Contacted company for refund and received no reply. Scammers

Do not use this company, they are atrocious.
I booked a parking spot with them and then my son showed me their reviews which were diabolical so I immediately called them to cancel.
They tried every trick in the book to fob me off. Eventually they said they would refund my money and someone would call me. Nobody ever called! I didn’t get my refund. Extremely rude staff who couldn’t care less about their customers let alone our cars which they use for themselves while we are on holiday. Use them at your peril.
Seriously, we should all get together to bring a class action against this company who have no right being in business. I’m shocked Gatwick airport hasn’t done anything about these cowboys.

The car parking company used did not meet expectation on our return journey.
Failed to offer any assistance with bags in contravention of its own company policy(notice displayed in reception area). Rude and unhelpful driver - formal complaint made on the day.

Left a review about the parking company and this ridiculous excuse of a comparison site, they come back with 'we are a comparison site' if you point out that the company you used damaged your car after picking a company off their site!!

Shocking from start to finish

We used this service and booked to park for Heathrow. We turned up to this very dodgy looking bit of waste ground. No office to be seen! They wanted another £14 in cash to take us to the airport. We refused to pay as we had paid in full when booked. I felt very intimidated, luckily my husband was with me. We reluctantly handed our keys over then they dropped us to the wrong terminal!!!! It cost us £14.50 to get to the correct terminal. We waited over an hour for them to collect us on our return. Horrendous service! Never will use again.

ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS. Did 350 miles in my car while I was away. Car came back filthy , food inside , all diesel used and the smell of marijuana was unbelievable. No answer when we rang company . DO NOT USE

Do not use this company COMPARE THE PARKING , WAS SENT TWO EMAILS BY THEM WITH THEM USING two dodgy car parks! There number went to user busy all day! And KAR ENTERPRISE LTD IS ONE OF THE CAR PARKS, had to get my own way home from airport with a toddler !!!! Made us pay 30 pound when we picked car up from some car park called FALCON CAR PARK THE NEXT DAY probably will get more fines , which they said they owned the car park yeah right !!! It’s a public car park ! they are all in it together COMPARE THE PARKING IS IN WITH ALL THE OTHER COMPANYS ON THERE WEBSITE!!!! It’s scam!!!!! Police are made aware!
