I had a really unsettling experience. I called about my prescription from them, and they had no idea who I was. It was quite frightening.
Excellent communication and product availability. Prices are a bit high though (in my opinion). Everything I ordered came carefully packed.

No customer service
It’s hard to navigate the website and customer support doesn’t answer you. I can find no information about my subscription that I signed up for and it was not clear you signed up for 6 months when I started.
TO BE CLEAR, I have no problem signing up that long (since I signed the documents) but I want to delay shipments as I am not consuming as fast as they are sending and they just straight up ignore you.

Well worth it!!
I have had such an amazing experience with concierge MD. I honestly was a little skeptical at first but I am feeling so much better. They treat the root cause not just the symptom.
