I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Coppenwall Estate Agents both as a buyer and as a landlord, and they’ve been consistently impressive on every front.

As a buyer, the whole process felt smooth and well-supported. The team were proactive with updates, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful rather than pushy. They kept things moving and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel straightforward. It was clear they knew the local market inside out, and that gave me a lot of confidence through the purchase.

On the other side, I now use Coppenwall to manage my rental property, and the service continues to be spot on. They’re responsive, organised, and take all the hassle out of being a landlord. Tenant issues are dealt with quickly, communication is clear, and they’re great at keeping me in the loop without dumping problems on me. Having being a renter for a number of years ( having owned) it was a little nerve racking going back into property purchasing arena again! We found a property after only two viewings both with coppenwall.
