Great customer service, easy to change plans after I was informed that my current plan wasn't the best for me. Highly recommend.

Ive had a bit of a problem with United Energy but covau started to sort out what united stuffed up. Im feeling much better about this case already! Great job guys!

COVAU helped me to organise the power, as the power went off & when I rang COVAU, they immediately organised and helped me to fix it. Oso far) nce we ascertained what the problem was, the covau operator was patient and helpful (as they have always been, ever since I have been with covau. I have only been with one other electricity company and I can't remember whom they were, and covau is the other electricity company I've given the opportunity to use & I have no complaints or anything else negative to say about them). I appreciate COVAU for being patient most of all, because I'm not computer smart & the operator still was insightful, helpful & useful with there assistance. I give them 99.9% out of a hundred with all the information & assistance they've provided, thankyou!!!...

I just spoke with Grace few minutes ago. She was very professional and she had good knowledge of plans, Very good language skills and the way of talking, she was helping me out to correct and change my plan. That was Highly recommended.

Recently requested to change plans to CovaU and spoke with Yan who was very helpful with explaining the plan and change over process. Yan helped change the plan and commence the changeover process. Yan was very polite and professional in her dealings with me and l hope to be able to deal with her again in the future. Excellent service was provided. I hope to benefit from this change of service provider.

Grace was extremely helpful - She went over the plan details and resolved questions I had cheerfully. She gave me the confidence to go ahead and sign up for the plan. Grace was knowledgeable and checked out all queries I had regarding the plan. It was a great customer experience.

Just changed energy plans with CovaU and spoke with Grace who was ever spot helpful and clear with her language skills.
Changed plans easily and is now more cost efficient.
They have a good app as well.

Ash was very helpful in changing my plan to a cheaper one. However I would appreciate it more of CovaU would automatically change my plans to cheaper plans when they became available

They answered my phone and handled my request for urgent connection, on Sunday. I called other energy companies too but no one responded on Sunday afternoon.

Grace was extremely helpful and patient with me, as she helped me to set up my online password. I am not very good with technology. Thank you Grace.
