We have experienced multiple issues with our CovePure, however, when our water unit starting making an awful noise, I video taped it and sent it to their company. They sent us a replacement unit at no cost to us. We do enjoy the taste of the water, but when we started having issues with our unit, trying to actually talk with someone was quite difficult, so sending emails was what we have had to do.

This was one of the best decisions I ever made. I love having pure water available to me at all times it may be room temperature but that’s OK. I got ice. I took my first drink of the cold water that comes out of the dispenser and it was probably the best water I’ve ever drank in my entire life so cold so crisp so fresh.
This product was made known to be by watching a TikTok probably I know it was a real of some kind and it caught my attention and I looked it up. It’s a heavy price to begin with, but can you put a price on your house? I even purchased one for my son and daughter-in-law because they’re about to have a baby and I wanted the baby to be able to have this pure clean water. Highly recommend worth every penny.

Along with providing healthy water that tastes great. CovePure makes water convenient for many varying temperatures. It also has a large container to keep the water flowing, for all needs. CovePure makes drinking water, you can trust again.

I bought a unit for my condo in Hawaii and sent it to my daughter at the incorrect address. It was very easy to correct and my daughter received it with no issue. I finally was able to try it in August, and I loved it so much that I bought one for my condo in Galveston. It’s very easy to use and the water tastes great! The control panel is very clear. It dispenses both hot and cold water at your choice, making it easy to make hot tea or coffee, or soup. The cold water is great for iced tea or just delicious cold water!

We have had our Cove Pure for just over a year and absolutely love it!! It is so easy to use, filter life is amazing and the water is fantastic. We just bought a second one for our daughter. Highly recommend.

The customer service is some of the best quality experience I have ever had, Isabel was very helpful in correcting my issue with the covepure .it started making noise and when I contacted customer service she was very helpful, I had a new machine within a week. I will recommend them to my friend and family

We ordered our Covepur and absolutely loved it, however the pitcher that came with it was faulty and leaking everywhere. Not only did customer service replace our filter, they replaced our entire system so that we could start fresh. The entire team at Covepur was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to help us out. I’d absolutely recommend Covepur to anyone looking to improve their water at home. 5/5 stars!

This product is an absolute game changer. The way we consume water is forever changed. The taste and mouthfeel of our water is wonderful and our consumption has increased exponentially! The unit is ready right out of the box with easy instructions that take less than 5 minutes. A gorgeous addition to the countertop as well.
Full disclosure, however...We did experience an issue with the unit within the initial 30 day period. The customer service department was contacted and within 48 hours, after having completed all of the trouble shooting they requested, their staff made arrangements to replace the unit and provided a return authorization via email so that the original unit could be sent back.
Customer service was friendly and very professional.

Be careful before ordering. They cannot fulfill their filter refill orders. They charge and weeks pass. Only when contacting them do you find out they have none in stock, but you are charged to hold your place in line. It sounds like customers have to fund Cove Pure's inventory. I wanted to be a customer of theirs, not their investor. Request refund, and vague response. Have to dispute with CC company now.

The CovePure product is wonderful. It functions as well as it looks. Customer service is Top Tier and its like having your family as representatives. Quality and refinement are key to the CovePure success.

My CovePure CP-16 has exceeded any immediate expectations. I have had it for approximately 6 months, and this unit has excelled at every level. My water goes in to the unit @ 24 TDS (parts per million), and consistently provides a clean, tasty @ 2 TDS (parts per million). Tje filters remain at 4 bars even with consistent daily use. The included room temp filtered pitcher is a nice addition as I use only CovePure water in my cooking, and pet drinking water. I have been very please and would recommend the unit for it's quality, and ease of use. Thank you CovePure for putting this unit on the market.

We signed up for there filter service plan, but they only sent 1 of 3 filters we were supposed to get. I've tried contacting them by phone, email, website and Facebook, but they didn't respond. I'll update this review if things change.

I have been using my CovePure water filter unit for the last few months and I can hands down say it is the best purchase I have ever made for my RV. Health for myself and my two standard poodles is one of my top priorities and this device makes it so easy to have the peace of mind that we are all drinking healthy water! I use the hot water feature for my morning coffee and the cold water feature when the weather warms up outside for cool, healthy, refreshing water. It’s so simple to use and has operated flawlessly since the first day I started using it. I use the handy water pitcher in the morning and effortlessly add purified water to my mixing cup to make my morning smoothie. I live and camp in Iowa and we have some of the most polluted drinking water in the nation and your device filters out all of the harmful substances that modern agriculture pollutes our water with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I have the CovePure CP-16 since September 2025 and it has been amazing! We use it daily for both regular+cold drinking water as well as hot water for tea and cooking.
The water tastes great and everything is working perfectly. Just ordered the first replacement filters which is great run - almost a year of daily use and just the PCB is due for replacement, the RO still has plenty of life in it.

The customer service we experienced from CovePure was top tier.
Our CP-16, which was used heavily by our family of 4, stopped producing water suddenly. The response time was excellent and within hours of my email requesting help. The service rep guided me through troubleshooting and instructed me exactly what to video so that the engineers could help diagnose the issue with our unit.
Although it was confirmed that we were contributing to extra scaling to build up in the unit, the company was generous and sent us a replacement unit.
Our family of 4 are extremely grateful for CovePure's customer service.

I love my Cove Pure water filter so much. As a cancer patient, I have found that many chemicals in the tap water make it taste terrible - and many of them are still present with a traditional water filter. With my Cove Pure, the water tastes cleaner than any water I have ever had - which helps me to drink more water and feel better. The customer service from Cove Pure is amazing - I had a small problem with my system and they were so amazingly helpful and kept in touch with me until the problem was solved. It's now working even better than ever. I have recommended it to everyone I know, and will continue to do so.

Had my Cove Pure countertop for 1.5 yrs without trouble. Then water stopped filtering. I contacted support and they were quick responding and troubleshooting. Problem resolved. My mistake was not emptying the tank before refilling - don't skip this step! Missed my morning coffee with filtered water. That first cuppa was awesome.

Absolutely love the CovePure CP-16! I researched all the reverse osmosis models for AGES and CovePure stood out. Not only does the CP-16 remove 99.9% of contaminants it’s one of the few models that also adds healthy minerals - like magnesium and calcium- back in to the purified water.
I read that the water taste was excellent, and I would call it outstanding. I’ve used Pur pitchers for years and there is simply no comparison.
You actually receive real-time readings on the contaminates being removed, and I love the water temperature options. At the risk of sounding like a commercial (!) it looks so elegant on the countertop!
Some people argue reverse osmosis machines waste water and that doesn’t need to be true: I throw the waste water onto plants to ensure all water is used.
The customer service is incredibly responsive and truly care about their product and customers.
Yes, it’s an investment. You’ll need to put some money out for this, but there are few things more vital to our wellbeing than water. I’m drinking way more these days and feeling the difference. Don’t hesitate on this purchase.
