Reached out to CovePure support about an issue, and I was well taken care of. The support rep. Kimmy was very helpful, and definitely went above and beyond. The product it self is amazing, and the design and function is impressive. Very good quality. They really payed attention to details. I love it.

Who knew that you could pay somebody for backwash. What I’m talking about is the design is truly flawed when the intake and the waste product are in the same tank. How can you tell this is happening? It’s that number on the right that shows you the quality of the water coming into the machine. When you first start with a fresh tank, it gets really low because the water in the tank isn’t saturated with negative minerals. As you start using the water and the tank gets lower, the excrement that they extract is put back in that tank, making the water even more imp-purified. When you get to almost empty, that number showing your water quality will jump up to 999. Then you’re told to dump the entire container. That’s because what’s in. There are all of the flushing from all of the previous sessions of water filtration.

I think that the water quality of my backwash might be a little bit better than what this machine produces. What they should’ve done has had a colostomy bag for all of the waste that they were sucking out and said empty this bag instead of putting it back in with the water that your filtering to drink.

We love our Cove Pure water filtration system! It’s easy to use and so handy! The pitcher is great when I fill my 40 oz Swig tumbler. We drink tea in the morning so you can get hot water from it. When we ordered it, we wanted a to have the spare back up filters on hand so I placed an order. I received an email from customer service explaining that the RO filter only has a 2 year shelf life and they didn’t recommend purchasing that one. But would adjust my order for 2 PCD filter as this filter is replaced more frequently. Now that’s great service!! Highly recommend!!

I ordered the cove pure and received it within just a couple of days. The unpacking and setup was seamless and straight forward. So far the water is excellent! So happy I made the purchase! I think this will becan excellent investment. No more bottled water!

Having received my CovePure machine in February, I now know I cannot live without its convenience. After 3 months of heavy use, I had a slight bit of trouble with the cooling fan not shutting down. After a brief email to the company, and an almost immediate response, I was able to follow their clear instructions to solve the issue. So now I am happily drinking my hot tea and cold-water beverages again, and will be recommending the CovePure machine to everyone who enters my home for a visit! Thank you team Cove Pure!

Contacted CovePure after an issue with the product after my warranty had run out. I spoke with Isabel, a CovePure customer service rep just to see if there was something I could do to fix the issue. It was determined by CovePure techs that the issue was unrepairable by me.
Isabel offered a light used replacement unit for no charge at all including the cost to ship the defective unit back to their facilities. That was very generous because my unit is out of warranty. Naturally it would have been preferable if the product remained working, however, this speaks volume about CovePure the company going beyond what was required and standing behind their product.

Machine had an issue, worked with the customer service to try to fix it but couldn't. They offered right away to replace the unit, and sent a return label to ship them mine so their engineers can diagnose it. The whole process was quick, friendly, and professional. Machine is amazing too, mine just had a weird issue after ~1yr.

I took my time and researched many water purifiers and finally settled on the Cove Pure CP - 16. It came fast, packed really well and was simple to set up. The tap water where I live is horrible but Cove Pure, in my opinion, has turned that awful water into what I consider as good if not better than the best of the best bottled waters. Now my drinking water is crystal clear and just wet. No before or after taste. The CP - 16 is one of the best investments I have ever made. I highly recommend Cove Pure!

I like the product a lot I would of given it 5 stars if they would have more than one option for purchasing filters this 1 filter limit is kind of annoying hopefully in the future you can add another supplier of them, especially since you have a pretty good product, also maybe a bigger water reserve or maybe even a copper or a stainless one as a upgrade since it would be anti bacterial but keep up the good work 👍

Our covepure is working well. We had filtered water in Costa Rica which wasn't very healthy. So we needed to refill on covepure water to get better. Thanks so much!

Not just great product, great after sale service too.
CP-16 is a great life saver for me, no more drive to fill up and carry my 5-gallon water jug anymore.

Customer service is also top notch, when I have encounter issue, they resolves it right away and resolve it as seamlessly with minimum impact to my usage of CP-16.

We were in love with the water from the get go. My sister is a water snob & says it’s the best she’s ever had. Our machine stopped putting out water, we contacted the company via email. They responded same day with quick tips to fix the issue. When that didn’t get resolved they sent us a replacement unit. Now we’re back to fantastic water. I highly recommend CovePure for fantastic water & excellent customer service

CovePure produces the best quality and tasting water. The ease of use is phenomenal. Having hot water for tea, or ice cold water at the tough of a button is wonderful. Customer service, namely Isabel, is also fantastic. They are quick to respond and always willing to help. Can’t recommend this product more!

So, if you’re a prepper ..or even a regular non prepper who isn’t comfortable not having extra water filters around be aware that cove pure doesn’t allow you to buy more than 1, 6 month filter . It’s bizzare. What if another covid happens and you can’t get more?

I was ordering the system , had my cart and decided to add 4 extra filters( PCB ) and one extra RO filter and I couldn’t.

They say only one type of filter per order ( it uses two types) then I said ok I’ll just order 4 extra filters for w year supply.

Nope. You’re allowed 1 filter, not one of each type you need but choose one, then that’s it.

So If an event occurs your very expensive water purifier is useless if you can’t get filters.

Then they try to say you have to subscribe to get extra filters and only then will you get one every 6 months.

Needless to say I cancelled the order and bought a second water drop NSA certified purifier and 5 extra years of filters.

It was easy to set up. The water tastes amazing too and I love the hot/cold options.
I'm glad I went with CP after doing much research.

After much research, we purchased our Cove Pure filter in August 2025. Our experience has been excellent. The setup instructions were well organized and easy to follow. The filters were extremely easy to install. There is a training video as well and that really helped us understand the overall product. We have had zero issues with the product since installation. The product quality is excellent and it looks great in our kitchen. After 6 months of usage, we highly recommend this product.

I bought my CovePure a few months ago after seeing it in my daughter's apartment in New York. I was amazed at how easy it was to set up and how good the water tasted but the real delight was the level of service I received when I had a question or when a code needed to be cleared. Kimmy was my online assistant and she was fabulous. There probably are a few of these types of machines on the market but knowing that you will talk to a real human being and have any issue resolved is HUGE!

If I could give this ZERO STARS I WOULD. I bought this filter from an ad I saw on one of my favorite podcasters. First mistake. I bought it for my hubs for his birthday. And I had to finance it because it’s pricey. Within the second week, it started leaking from the bottom. I contacted them at the number provided, which is a Nashville area code. They are not in Nashville. They’re in Connecticut or Delaware or somewhere up north. They did not address the problem. Insisted they asked that I send a video of it leaking. As if I have time to stand there and wait for it to leak. I have been emailing them back and forth trying to get this resolved. They have stopped responding. I want to return this piece of garbage and want my money back. They have done nothing to contact me after I sent them a video of the leak. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money. Then I find out a friend of mine has 2 of them at his job and they had to buy a deep tray to set theirs in because they leak so bad from the bottom. And they use a shop vac to get the leaked water up. As far as the features of the filter, you have to remove the back reservoir and dump the water left and refill it. Which I have to do in the bathtub, because it’s too big for the sink. It has hot and cold water settings. But neither of them make any difference to the temperature of the water. It’s all room temp. Why have a hot and cold setting if the water might differ 5 degrees? The replacement filters are $80!! And I don’t see this company being open in another 5 years. So, idk where you’d even be able to get the filters from. So disappointed. I just wanted to get a replacement machine. I thought maybe I got a lemon. But after talking to the friend with the two machines at his job, now I see this is part of the design and it’s terribly flawed. Buyer beware.
