I purchased one for my family last year around the first of it. We as a family we love it is the best water bar none.
Live in a city where they use chlorine and others I don’t know about.
We quit buying pop right away. Drink water all the time. Use Yeti when going in car. We use an ice maker next the dispenser. Water and ice are RO. Makes the best coffee. Grind beans myself. The coffee is so smooth. Use Jose’s gourmet coffee Colombian Coffee. It doesn’t get any better than that!
Great customer service. Keep the beans in a planetary designs kilo for no air in the storage Holds 2.5lbs. Try some you will love it.

I just LOVE my CovePure!! I've had this machine for 6 months and it still amazes me. It not only makes water taste great, but it has soooo many features that I love. My favorite feature is the instant hot water, no more boiling water on the stove to get hot water. Get this machine, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner!!!!

I have enjoyed this water filtering sysem immensely! The water tastes clean, it's operational instantly without soaking or priming filters (a huge plus for me). I also like getting hot water for a quick coffee or cup of tea! Customer service is very responsive to the few questions I have had with great resolution. I think it's a trustworthy and reliable product and company.

We took our CovePure on an extended road trip across the US and it was invaluable. We didn't have to worry about finding quality water, plus there was always hot and cold water when we needed it. I bought two different products at the beginning and I ended up returning the other brand because I have two homes and the Cove pure one was the best one out of the two. It was very easy to use, the tank gives you a lot of water to draw from so overall love the taste and the way that it functions most of all.

I purchased my CovePure CP-16 water filter unit in November 2025, as recommended by a couple of YouTubers I trust. I've been using the unit every day for approximately 7 months at the time of writing.

I REALLY wanted something to properly purify my city water - it's truly disgraceful that we live in the "modern age" yet don't have properly purified water on tap... smh.

Once I unboxed the unit and installed the provided filters (super easy installation), I flushed the system a few times as recommended for first-time use. After that, I was off to the races! This unit is extremely reliable and easy to use. I genuinely get a lot of satisfaction from knowing my drinking water is properly purified, and the overall cost is truly affordable. It's actually driven me to drink more water during the day than I normally would, which is obviously beneficial for my health.

I recently ordered a couple of replacement filters but soon discovered I was a bit early based on my usage. Kimmy at customer support emailed me to let me know I likely wouldn't need a replacement RO filter for quite some time. Given their limited shelf life (2 years), it's best not to stockpile them since they'll expire if not used in time.

She outlined all the relevant details about both filters (PCB & RO) and even reduced my order from two filters down to one (PCB only) after confirming with me that it was the best solution for my needs.

I'll likely take advantage of their filter subscription in the future, but wanted to confirm my initial usage after one year before jumping in. Kimmy says they'll personally consult with me when I'm ready to ensure the delivery frequency meets my individual needs.

Overall, I'm highly impressed with both the device itself (CP-16) AND CovePure's customer service. They didn't have to go out of their way to correct my "user error," but they did, and I'm grateful for it.

I just received mine yesterday. So here is a review that is one day old. The box was in perfect condition when I received it, very well packaged. I put it together in 20 sec, plugged it in and it did everything the instructions said that it would do. I am very happy with the taste of the water. The cold function works great. It’s replacing my water cooler machine, saving me a lot of kitchen space. The pitcher is always refilled when used, which was a great idea, comes in very handy for Immediate clean water. I will have to see how hard it is to get new filters when that time comes! But so far I am very happy.

Our experience with CovePure has been nothing short of par-excellence. We experienced a malfunction with the machine because I had overlooked an important step in the proper use of it. Even though it was my fault for the malfunction, CovePure replaced the it with a new machine within a couple of weeks. This time included shipping time. They were quick responses to emails and even quicker response for replacement. One important note to make additionally, They sent me a new machine and advised to keep the old and not have to return it. There are a few interchangeable parts that could be replaced if necessary. Although, they are very well made and not likely. The point is, I didnt have to return the old one in order to obtain the new one at no additional cost.

I received the CovePure well packaged and in perfect shape. The instructions for set up was easy to follow making set up a breeze. So far, I am thrilled with my purchase..I am drinking so much more water now..I love everything about it..

The machine does not cycle past the filtering cycle. It throws a P1 code. 14 months old and nothing but issues. Bought to help my husband who has liver illness. We are senior and this is not worth our time and we saved along time for this machine.
