All questions and queries replied promptly. Wendy is always very helpful, the same as her colleagues, so much so that my wife and I are recommending Cruise Monks to our friends. Whilst this is not our first cruise, this is the first that we booked with Cruise Monks and we are already planning to book a second.

I had booked my cruise few days back with Celebrity through Cruise Monks. Yesterday I managed to log on to Celebrity site with my criise reference no. Somehow today Iwas not able to with the same reference no. so I called Celebrity and I was told by their representative that my cruise had been cancelled. I had to call Dan at Cruise Monks and informed him of my dilemma. He managed to resolve the issue with Celebrity and gave me a call back.

Special praise goes to Dan and Lucy who truly went above and beyond through out the planning process when I changed my mind on certain issues, their willingness to adapt without hesitation turned what could have been a complex process into a seamless enjoyable experience-and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

James was able to change my booking efficiently and went above and beyond to help me with this request.

Can't recommend Cruise Monks enough. Dan is so knowledgeable about what to expect on the ships etc. Very honest with his expertise on what to do best especially to save money. We have had 2 wonderful cruises with them and another 3 booked all ready. Dan is certainly the man to go to 👌👍

Dan was amazing, so very helpful, explaining the fantastic holiday step by step, offering information on Visas & what to do in a lay off in Shanghai for 8 hours. Also secured extra speciality restaurants for our Wedding Anniversary! We had booked our previous cruise with Dan & he remembered us. Unfortunately that had to be cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. Got money back within a month of cancelling.

I spoke with Max, he was very experienced, listened to what I wanted, and checked with me that what he was going to book for me was exactly what I wanted. Before finalising the booking he went through all the details with me again, ensuring that I knew exactly what I was getting with my booking.
