Booked with Dan, extremely happy with his expertise and he went through everything with us would highly recommend

I received a call back from James, he was very informative and helpful. Also he sent me a link to help with arranging transfers etc.

Dan was knowledgeable and answered my queries clearly and promptly providing the information I required, prior to booking my cruise.

i had a question on our upcoming travel and Annabelle was excellent in helping answer it and arranging the subsequent changes to flights.

James was very helpful and sent the information that we requested, having talked us through a few things. He then emailed the details we needed. Shortly after he telephoned to ensure we had received, were happy with and to confirm booking details we were unsure of. Above all he was very kind, courteous and helpful going the extra mile to make we had all information needed.

This was not the first time booking a cruise with Cruise Monks or with customer service representative Dan who remembered us from previous bookings.
Dan accessed our previous cruise requests and added them for this trip, by doing this, the booking experience was made more personal.
