We booked our first cruise with Dan at Cruise Monks in January 2023 to Caribbean. It was an amazing experience. Dan was very friendly and helpful. This time we booked our cruise to Mediterranean and are very much looking forward to it. As before we spoke with Dan at Cruise Monks and as always he was very professional and helpful. He explained the route, expenses, and all the details. It’s a great service that you can actually talk to him rather than talking to a robot.

James called me a few hours after I emailed asking about a flight change we had received. The new flight wasn't particularly good as we had an 8 hour layover. James managed to switch things around for us and put us back on to a schedule similar to our original. Thanks for your efforts and for letting me know so quickly.

I had to make final payment and I wanted to check the account details over the phone. I couldn’t get through but they did call me back after I left a message, and were very helpful in assuring me round the security of my payment.
