Customer Service
When I first placed my order, I decided afterwards that I wanted the frames. I sent an email and Jamie helped me correct it. Then a day or so later, I realized that I had the wrong years for two people. I sent another email and James helped me with that. The customer service is AWESOME!! I’m so very pleased with my purchase and I will and already have referred them to family and friends. Thank you guys so much for your kindness during my madness!

Couples frame is horrible
I ordered 5 frames and the simplest one with only 2 names was horrible. The couples frame allows 15 letters and our names are nowhere near that and the last letter of one name is cut off. They offered first a 20% discount then a 40% discount on next order. But I can’t hang it on the wall for all to see when the last letter of my wife’s name is cut off. Have to throw it away and a birthday gift ruined instead of sentimental. Very unhappy and spent over $500 on 5 frames but the most important one is ruined.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to leave a review for our canvas that came. It's so beautiful and perfect for a little tiny home. My husband is going through stage 4 brain cancer and the Lord is providing everything and I believe He is you and my husband.
The reason I believe this is because He healed me, I was in a severe car accident and I went through the windshield of a car and I was in a coma for 2 weeks. I learned how to walk and talk again and I suffered from a diffuse axonal brain injury. So I believe and have faith that my husband is going to pull through. He got exposed to some radiation in the Navy. And the Navy did nothing about it and just said it was extra nerve tissue until it grew and got out of hand. So we're here and this canvas is pretty much established our new tiny home and are very thankful for it. Thank you and God bless you guys!
