Excellent Service
The vast majority of our shipments go out without incident, and when we've had an issue customer service is excellent - very responsive and gets the problem resolved promptly. Thanks Pamela!
Great experience
I had a great experience with Henry because my inquiry was only related to tracking whether an item returned to sender had been received back at Deliverr however the rep went the extra step to help resolve my claim dispute and provide a credit for us right on the spot. So helpful!
Fast and professional as usual
Quick Resolution and Very Easy to Deal With
We were tying to find out the BBD of a specific SKU after we received a report that customers are receiving close to expiry products. I appreciate how Henry laid out his resolution for me step-by-step. They were not overwhelming at all.
Good people, terrible support and billing systems, variable inventory management
We've been a Deliverr customer for over a year now.
We moved to them for 3PL services for our website fulfilment. All went well to begin with, they had nice systems and integrations. They weren't the cheapest, but the overall systems and service were good.
Then things started to go wrong. They stared charging long term storage fees at a truly eye watering rate. I understand they’re not a long term storage facility but these charges were truly gouging. Several months later they sent us an email telling us they were going to credit these charges back to us and that their LTSF price had been changed from a per unit minimum of 0.15c to 0.005c (bit of a difference!).
Then in November they billed us $9,334.74 for services that they should have billed at $2,250 for and we are still trying to get credit notes correctly applied to this invoice 2 months later. Let’s just say their credit note system does not meet good accounting practice. That long term storage fee credit I mentioned above, they decided to apply it to this incorrect invoice and then took the balance out of our bank account automatically – all while we were in active discussions with them about this overcharge.
In the last two weeks all the inventory we have in their Reserve Storage warehouses has disappeared from the system. We can't restock our other channels; we can't raise any outbound shipments. We have 32,000 units of inventory that has just GONE. Our logistics manager has spent hours chatting, raising tickets, calling and we still have no resolution and no pathway to resolution. I stepped in today to try and escalate it and I got told that "the inventory team is finalizing the next steps". Not really comforting after two weeks. We think it is to do with automating their Reserve Storage inventory management, but no one can tell us if this is correct. We’re just scrambling around in the dark.
The thing with Deliverr is you get a very siloed and structured support system where they raise a ticket, and they think the job is done. It will often get “handed off” to the team specialising in this area but moving the problem is not solving the problem and you the customer have no escalation pathway.
The only way you can track your tickets is through your email - you can't log in anywhere to see the history and status of your tickets. The tickets also have auto responders so every time you update them, they send you another email confirming that they have received your request and that someone will get back to you shortly. Your email inbox quickly becomes a self-replicating army of Mr Smith Deliverr email tickets that are impossible to navigate and track.
Accountability is lacking in this business. Finding a human who will take ownership is like finding a unicorn. I’ve literally been on a chat with a first line “merchant enablement” person for the last hour or so trying to request a meeting with someone to tell me where our 32,000 units of inventory has gone. They told me they actually cannot call phone numbers directly and have promised me a google meet with a supervisor when they can find one.
This is the experience we’ve had in recent months across three issues, long term storage fees, over billing and inventory mismanagement. We work with five other 3PL companies around the world. We know that issues happen. How they are resolved is a measure of the quality of the company you’re dealing with.
All of these issues could have been resolved smoothly if their support teams were more empowered to resolve issues, if they have escalation paths that work, and their support systems were more customer friendly.
I shouldn’t have to sit on a chat and refuse to go away to get these issues resolved.
Update 27 Jan 2023 - I did get to meet online yesterday with someone in the inventory team and the reason our inventory has been missing for two weeks is because it is being moved to a new warehouse and there has been a delay. I have asked for details of the new facility as our insurance cover is invalidated if we don't add this to our policy. I think Deliverr should have told all the impacted clients that the bulk warehouse is being closed and the inventory is being moved and provide details in advance so customers can update their insurance cover.
Update 3 February 2023
Still no solution on the billing and credit note mess. Jumped on a call today with a guy who had promised me in late Dec he would "do everything possible to win your trust back" and would "personally audit every Reserve Storage charge on your invoice for January" - turns out he hasn't done anything and that detailed email I sent him Jan 5th - he just needs a minute to read it and see what can be done and it looks like he needs to get input from - you guessed it - the correct team - to get this solved.

Sent in a large shipment to their fulfillment center that was split into 3 different warehouses, the one on PA received only 1/5 even though tracking numbers have resulted in being delivered.
Loss of $1000s, delays and discrepancies in inventory is really turning me off to this company as this is the first time using Deliverr as a 3PL. Currently trying to figure this issue out and will edit this post with any results.
Updated, they were able to locate the goods, although was quite frustrated by the lost of goods and the time it took to relocate them. Their service was speedy and quick!

Resposta da Deliverr
Honest Review From a Current User. Three HORRIBLE experiences. Lost $16,000 of Inventory From Our Small Business. No Quality Support Available or Accountability (Resolved)
This review is relating to our brand, Hystar Products. Before you use this company please read my review in full. We've shipped 3,000 orders with Deliverr.
First, If we were to leave a review a month ago, it would have been a fairly positive one. Now we are forced to leave a negative review because of Deliverr's partner support. To put our experience into perspective, we are involved in a huge community of small businesses. Over the past year we've been constantly pitching Deliverr as a viable 3PL with great customer service. Those recommendations stop today until this is made right.
We've used Deliverr to split 3 of our inbound shipments over the past year. Despite following their process, they have messed up all 3 shipments. They updated the way they process split inbound shipments. This has caused our inbounds to have delayed, missing, and improperly checked-in units.
Our Experience:
The first shipment had lost inventory, but was eventually reimbursed after lengthy communication.
The second shipment was a Express Air Shipment that we spent over $11k to ship and split it evenly between Deliverr and Amazon. They took it upon themselves to check the entire shipment into Deliverr and CHARGE US FOR THIS ERROR! After a extremely long communication we were reimbursed for their mistake.
Now, the third shipment. The reason for this review. We shipped Deliverr an entire 20ft container (FCL). This container was loaded completely with our product only and sealed with the manufacture. We have over 16 documents that we have submitted to Deliverr confirming our container was loaded in full. We have irrefutable evidence that Deliverr received our entire shipment. This was shipped before the new process for split inbounds. This is most likely the cause for the missing cartons.
From the container, Deliverr received all of the boxes designated for their warehouse. At this point, we noticed none of our boxes going to Amazon were given to UPS yet. It has been over a month and not a single box has been delivered to Amazon.
Now, we notified our account rep. It doesn't take an entire month to hand over a package. After our rep dug into this, it turns out our product was just sitting in the cross dock warehouse with no clear direction. Proving lack of organization from the operations team. After this shocking news, our inventory was handed to UPS immediately, and we began to receive updates on our tracking. This was October. Over 45 days later, and we noticed not ALL the boxes have been given to UPS. We alert our rep about this and after a long and exhausting search they came up empty-handed.
So as it stands, there are 48 boxes missing. A total of $13,542 in inventory costs, $1,987 in Freight Costs, $413.99 in UPS labels.
So our rep starts the reimbursement process with support. After a long waiting period, the response is "After an extensive and exhaustive investigation, we have concluded that the packages that were not received by Amazon did not arrive with the container that got delivered to our cross dock. We came to this conclusion based on 48 packages having no tracking information available (shipping labels were never scanned) and Amazon's claim to have only received 109 packages out of a total of 157."
Tell me how you can conclude packages were not in our SEALED 20ft container based on if YOU handed them to UPS. UPS cannot scan a box they have not been given.
In conclusion, we shipped them a SEALED container filled with only our product. They received their half of the shipment. It took over a month of investigating to simply hand the remaining boxes off to UPS after sitting in a corner. Now, 2 months later, 48 boxes have no updates and still have not been handed to UPS. We started another investigation that ended empty-handed. Denied reimbursement for no good reason. Now we are forced to criticize and most likely result to litigation to get our reimbursement.
I would like to note, our rep has been amazing throughout this whole experience. He helped us in everyway he possibly could and if there were more employees like him, Deliverr would be doing great things.
Any competent person can understand we are due a reimbursement for Deliverr's operational error. Have some accountability.
Update 1/11/23: Received a reply back to my appeal and they have decided to once again deny the claim based on their opinion. When I asked for proof that supported their conclusion they were unable to provide it. Now we have to resort to litigation unless someone steps in soon.
Updated 1/18/23: Had a nice conversation with a Rep. She heard out our side of the situation. Still no reimbursement or any type of compensation for lost inventory. So, still extremely dissatisfied with the support.
Update 1/23/23: They have found our inventory and reimbursed us properly.
Delieverr has been incredible for us
Delieverr has been incredible with their customer service. They are so much easier to deal with than Amazon or Shopify Fulfillment.

New product with multiple locations
Excellent customer service solve issue to have products on line with deliver and at multiple locations. When it got really technical with two guides the representative suggested a call where i shared screen and got it all done!
wow thank you!
Competent Support Reps
Deliverr's support rep was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She immediately identified the cause of the problem we encountered and helped resolve it. In a world where competent company support is rare, this was a pleasure.
Great Support
The customer support team is excellent. Shipping is just the most frustrating experience all around, though. Whether it's customers lying, warehouses being behind, shipping company delays, mistakes when shipping, or all the hoops you have to jump through to make a claim on something you have no control over, it's rough.
Despite that, Deliverr does a great job of answering questions and being transparent. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful the support team is.
We love working with Deliverr!
We love working with Deliverr as our 3PL partner! Their customer service is great too. Very responsive and helpful.
The support is very helpful

Relabel Issue, Problem solved!
Rosie, I wanted to let you know I really appreciate how you helped me solve the issue. You really did a great job! You're so professional and sometimes I feel like leaving Deliverr because of the issues that I'm encountering but with the excellent customer service that you're providing to us, I would love to stay with you as long as my business is going well. Thank you so much! I hope you get an around of applause with this commendation. Stay safe always! :)
Great Service
It's rare to have someone you don't know exceed expectations and put all worries at ease. Fatima did just that. Absolutely 5 Stars! She is incredible.
