Good price, good service, fast delivery,

After about 3 weeks i got side effects from the finasteride so I came off that. The minoxidil spray has been amazing i noticed a less shedding and more hairs along my hairline after about 6 weeks. I ran out about a month ago and have noticed my shedding has gone back to how it was before. So i will definitely be ordering more minoxidil, didnt get an ichy scalp or any side effects on just the minoxidil alone

The address added during checkout only included my door number '108' without the road name therefore bo delivery in almost a week. Once I emailed, I got a quick response and rescheduled delivery.

I gave some honest feedback on the quality of the bottle. It squirted if pressed really hard and dribbled if it wasn't. After letting support know, I received a patronising reply which I didn't appreciate.

On top of that, there were grammar errors in their automated emails and the writing on the bottle was pixelated, so much so in some areas that you couldn't even read what it said.

For me personally, these kind of things don't reflect well on a company, particularly when they're selling things directly related to your health.

HOWEVER, I received an email from Samuel who was not only very kind, but also fixed all the issues I had so you can't knock a company that wants to improve and make amends.

I had a bit of a delay with my order and late email responses which was frustrating. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the proactive response from Dr Hair. They offered me free bottles of finasteride and minoxidil as a goodwill gesture and processed a refund for the inconvenience caused. Although I wish my order had arrived sooner, their commitment to making things right has certainly impressed me. I understand that the delay was partly due to the festive holidays, which can often impact shipping times. Nonetheless, it's great to see a company prioritizing customer satisfaction. I appreciate their efforts in addressing the issue and look forward to my thick hair journey.
