A really enjoyable day
A great day, really enjoyable as strange as it sounds getting surgery. The entire team were fantastic and great to chat to. We incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were all incredibly personable too, putting me at ease and able to enjoy the day.

Excellent customer service
I ordered three bottles of the Minoxidil/Finasteride formula and unfortunately one of them had leaked in transit. I notified DrHair (Jenna) and within two days I'd received a replacement. Excellent customer service - thank you.
