Hope for no order issues
This has been my go to place for my juice, have been ordering for years and only had 1 order with an issue - which was quickly solved by the team at the time. However I’ve contacted them a few times by email and whatsapp over the past month with a couple of questions about my account but have had no reply, it doesn’t give me much hope if something was wrong with my order

The xros series coils are a sham they burn way too fast , I’m doing everything right but it won’t last more than 2 days wow I’m getting scammed everytime I buy them I want a refund on the Vaporesso xros 4 all together I’ll buy a better vape with actually standards.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Purchased from these for a while and they had a promotion with the new revol vapes. Vape snapped at the top after only a few days, customer service messaged on whatsapp and been a few days still no reply. I know its a promotion but i actually enjoy these flavours and was going to re order a load of the pods which go inside. Will be ordering from elsewhere as their customer service...well there isnt any.

Good company to do business with good customer service delivery was delay due to some misplacement i contacted them on was informed on the issue it was resolved on i was giving voucher . I order wrong coils informed them and got a refund 👌

I have used this site for a while now…
I have used this site for a while now and have always had a great experience and have found the customer service to be helpful. However, having placed my latest order, with next day delivery, the order has not been received by the courier in time for next day delivery to occur and having raised a complaint I was assured they would give me an update asap but I have received no communication in over 5 hours now despite the fact that they have opened a message I sent on Facebook messenger.

Awful Company!! Do not order from them,
Customer service is shocking, 2 orders and both have had issues. Customer service don’t even respond to emails anymore after telling me I would get a replacement order.
Would never recommend anyone to use this company!

Not good!!
Some of my order was missing.
Contact them via WhatsApp.sent them pics. Had someone apologise and said they would send the missing items. Never received them. Have had nothing. Have emailed. Tried calling. Have tried WhatsApp again, Nothing. So disappointing. Won't use again and certainly would not recommend.
Such a simple thing to fix but no, not interested.
