Vi beklager virkelig forsinkelsen af din forsendelse, men vi kan bekræfte, at den er blevet afsendt og er hos postvæsenet.
Desværre oplever vi nogle betydelige forsinkelser som følge af strejke fra postarbejdere og store mængder pakker i netværket. Som et resultat er sporingsoplysningerne ikke altid nøjagtige, og vi ser, at pakker uden bevægelse pludselig bliver leveret.

Everything arrived promptly.
Ordered from the site late on a Friday evening, then looked at the reviews (probably should have looked first) then immediately panicked. However, everything I ordered arrived today (Tuesday), exactly as ordered, packaged up fine with no problems. Phew! Feel really sorry for the retailer because I would never have ordered from them if I’d seen the reviews first.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I think they should claim the review profile and respond to criticism. I really thought it was going to end up being a scam and this must be costing them a lot of business.

Stay Away From This Company
I placed an order with them and contacted them within 20 minutes to see if I could amend my order. I had no response from them via email so I tried Facebook and even called the number on their website. I was given an automated response. I said I would contact my credit card company and take the matter further, only then did someone reply. However, rather than giving me a refund for the correct amount they only refunded me less than a third of the amount. No explanation, no further details as to when I will get the rest of my refund or when the rest of my order will be shipped. I will not recommend this company to anyone !
