Villa Riccione Marea , casa a ridosso della strada statale ad alta paercorrenza , molto trafficata , la zona piscina è completamente disturbata dal passaggio
Di auto e mezzi pesanti , nelle immediate vicinanze cantieri in costruzioni con mezzi pesanti a lavoro . Villa anche nelle pulizie e fornitura del materiale pessima . Gestione del problema da parte del personale totalmente inadeguato sia al momento della vacanza che successivamente . Personalmente per quanto venga fatto stra pagare il soggiorno , non ritengo di aver avuto un adeguato servizio .

We had a great week at a rented Emma Villa in Marche, Italy for 10 people. Booking, meet and greet and tips on where to go were super helpful. Any minor issues or questions were dealt with quickly. Overall a great experience!

Alles perfekt! Von der Reservierung über die Abwicklung bis hin zur Betreuung vor Ort! Simone war immer erreichbar und hat uns super Tipps für die Region gegeben! Die Villa war top! Wir werden Emma Villas sicher wieder in Anspruch nehmen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub!

The house is amasing(Bellisimo)me and my family were 9 in the house for a week and we all loved it. The surrounding was so amasing and beautiful

We have just returned from a holiday in Puglia at an Emma Villa . We had a lovely time at the villa, it was even better than the pictures. Big thank you to Antonella(owner) who did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The Villa was exactly as described on the brochure, pool area was just what we wanted with plenty of seating areas, a toilet & a fridge & was cleaned daily. The dining area is perfect for large groups with plenty of crockery & cutlery.
Was very impressed with the young lady who was managing our stay, had a few minor issues which were dealt with very quickly & effectively.
A few minor points (that didn’t really effect our experience)
Table tennis table bats were poor quality and need replacing
Fridge broke in the separate apartment
Had a few chilly nights and there weren’t any extra blankets, in our room anyway
The main lounge area would be better if the seating was set up for large groups, was a bit disjointed.
Otherwise we had a fantastic experience, thank you

We cannot thank Emma Villas and the wonderful host Rosy and her adorable daughter for an incredible stay at Dama Dei Ventie Villa. The photos really don’t do it justice-it’s much bigger than it looks outside and the cleanliness was 10/10.

The interior and exterior was all of very high quality and well equipped. It’s just a ten minute drive into Castadellamare Del Golfo where there are many beautiful restaurants. Everything about this beautiful villa screamed quality and Rosy and her daughter (who translated) were so very helpful and always there to help so promptly. We absolutely loved this hidden gem-thank you!

Het huis dat we voor een week in september hebben gehuurd met 10 volwassenen en 4 kleine kinderen in Siena was fantastisch. Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen en de locatie was top. Het enige wat minder was dat de elektriciteit afgerekend moest worden, dat was bekend maar niet dat het de elektriciteit van het hele complex was, ook waar we geen invloed op hadden.

Villa Rudi ci ha conquistato da subito facendo ingresso nel grande e rigoglioso giardino, con la sua piscina di tutto punto attrezzata e dagli arredi immacolati, al cui insieme fa da cornice un'alta e folta siepe a protezione della privacy. La Villa, di recente re-styling, presenta ambienti ampi e curati in ogni particolare, i momenti di convivialità soliti di quando si è in vacanza, qui possono trovare spazi adeguati, es. come il grande salone al piano terra. Le camere tutte dotate di bagno en suite e di TV, regalano il giusto comfort per un gradevole riposo. Super apprezzata la veranda vista giardino, ideale per colazioni/cene nonché l'angolo salottino dove trattenersi per una lettura. Nota di merito ai servizi di pulizia e riordino, ineccepibili in ogni ambiente interno ed esterno, giardino e piscina inclusi: complimentissimi! Ora i ringraziamenti: a Davide che con garbata esaustività ci ha accolto e fornito assistenza e utili suggerimenti, ed in ultimo ma non da ultimo, ad Emma Villas, per la serietà del suo staff e dei suoi servizi, per la disponibilità a noi dimostrata anche in un momento di difficoltà. Unser Aufenthalt mit Emma Villas endete leider enttäuschend. Bereits am ersten Tag gab es 11 Stunden massiven Baulärm an der gebuchten Villa. Anschließend wurden wir – nach aus unserer Sicht unpräzisen/irreführenden Informationen – in eine nicht gleichwertige Ersatzunterkunft verlegt, die deutlich schlechter gepflegt war und eher für Partygäste als für Ruhe suchende Paare geeignet schien.
Die Baumaßnahmen an der ursprünglichen Villa wirken langfristig – so etwas muss offen in der Objektbeschreibung stehen; es handelt sich nicht um eine kurzfristige Wartung.
In der Ersatzvilla fanden wir zudem einen verschmutzten Pool mit zahlreichen toten Insekten, was Zweifel an der Wartung weckt.
Unterm Strich fühlten wir uns enttäuscht und fehlgeleitet – unser Urlaub und Budget wurden aus unserer Sicht unangemessen belastet. Wir wünschen uns Transparenz, Qualitätskontrollen und faire Lösungen für Betroffene.

Per la nostra esperienza attuale le ville affittate con Emmavillas sono risultate sempre delle giuste scelte. Hanno rispecchiato le aspettative ed anche in quest'ultima occasione ciò è successo. La location scelta ci ha soddisfatto a pieno, gli spazi erano ben arredati e il parco esterno alla villa semplice stupendo. Piscina in ottima posizione per godere del sole dell'Umbria.

Grazie per avermi guidato a scegliere Villa Ipazia: un posto incantevole immerso in un’oasi di pace e relax, ospitalità ottima ed accogliente.
Da ritornarci sicuramente.

I was always very well looked after and always received friendly and quick answers to questions. This made our holiday perfect. The accommodation was absolutely brilliant and left nothing to be desired.

I worked with Alena at Emma Villas who patiently helped me sort through the many villa options to find the right fit for our party of 8 who wanted to be in the vicinity of Bologna.
Villa Laguna is an absolute delight for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty surrounded by orchards on all sides. The numerous outdoor lounging areas and gorgeous tranquil pool provide plenty of spots to take in the peaceful surroundings. A wonderful bonus is the onsite massage services, spa and hot tub.
Inside, the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped was ideal for our chef and cooking class. The only drawback is that the indoor seating for lounging could be more comfortable, which makes outdoor relaxation all the more inviting, weather permitting.
The owners were welcoming, accessible and very responsive to any of our needs.

We hebben Gli Spilocchi 10 gehuurd in september 2025. Helaas hebben we geen goede ervaring gehad. De villa is sterk verouderd, de meubels die in beide huizen( de oude en nieuwe villa) staan, zijn oud en vies; vlekken, vette armleuningen en aftands. Het servies hebben we de eerste dag eerst moeten afwassen,.. niet goed schoon. Deuren gaan niet goed open/ dicht. Douches in het oude huis geven alleen koud water en de douchekop op de eerste verdieping is stuk. De schemerlampen zijn oud en aantal lampen kappen hangen scheef omdat ze stuk zijn. Als keuken linnen vonden wij alleen een paar aftandse dweiltjes,.. Er is geen bezem, stoffer en blik of stofzuiger; als je een hele week in een huis verblijft met 6 personen wil je toch een keer een beetje schoonmaken. De ramen van de huizen zijn erg vies. Onder het nieuwe huis zit een kelder/ opslagruimte, die in directe verbinding staat met het huis wat je huurt. Deze ruimte wordt gebruikt door degene die het zwembad schoonmaakt en diegene zou dus zo via de trap in de woonkamer komen( er zit geen afgesloten deur tussen) Aan het oude huis zit nog een klein huisje vast ( ook te bereiken via een tussendeur, deze was op slot) maar de ramen kijken uit op het zwembad. Geen fijn gevoel. Het zwembad was eigenlijk het enige wat er goed bijlag en is ook op zondagochtend vroeg schoongemaakt .
