Spectacular Views
The Villa is very spacious & comfortable with incredible views. The Bedrooms are comfortable & the bathrooms are decently stocked with towels & toiletries. The location is perfect. You are literally steps away from Bars Restaurants & Shopping. Nicolo was great to deal with, very responsive & helpful. The laundry facilities also came in very handy. Would definitely recommend this to groups or families. Typical of homes in Italian towns there are lots of steps, which really just adds to the charm.

Le Querce dei Medici highly recommended
Le Querce dei Medici is a gorgeous villa in San Piero a Sieve, Tuscany.
We had a fantastic stay at the villa! The house was equipped with every comfort you could wish for, and the kitchen was perfectly outfitted for cooking. One of the highlights was the garden, with meters and meters of fresh herbs that we were free to use – a real treat. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more relaxing.
The owner lives in the guesthouse on the estate, but this was never an issue; in fact, it added to the feeling of being well looked after.
Special thanks to Alice from Emma Villas, who was extremely helpful and made everything smooth from start to finish.
Highly recommended!

Casa Pippin near Cortona
Casa Pippin
A well equipped villa with plenty of room ,good outdoor seating and dining areas,a nice pool and fantastic views of Cortona. By car Arezzo and Cortona are within easy reach , and Siena, Perugia,Assisi and Montepulciano about an hour away. There are direct trains to Florence from Camucia station. Supermarkets are about 10 minutes drive away. Cortona is walkable but it is about 2.5 miles on rough road/track which is unlit.
Beds were not terribly comfortable,and although very efficient,the air con in the bedrooms was noisy.
No issues with booking process and helpful video from Stefano before we arrived regarding access to the villa which would have been tricky to find otherwise.
A file with general information about the house would be a useful addition, as would a visitors book so tips/ recommendations for where to eat etc. could be shared.

A bit of heaven
We had the most wonderful family holiday in this little Tuscan town (Palazzone) where Casa Elia is located. Life there feels beautifully simple, yet so rich, you can easily imagine staying forever. The scenery is breathtaking, with rolling hills, charming stone houses, and skies that turn from bright sunny mornings to magical starry nights.
The house itself was perfect, well equipped with everything we needed, and the pool was our daily delight. We enjoyed it every single day! The food, the sun, and the peaceful rhythm of life made everything feel so relaxing and restorative.
The company managing the property (Emma Villas) was also excellent, always helpful and ready to assist whenever needed, which made our stay even more carefree.

The property was absolutely breathtaking. Great Pool, amazing views it was everything the picture and the company promised.
There are many local beaches nearby if you are looking for a beach. The towns were fabulous
