Quality Products and Excellent Support!
I had a small problem with a product I purchased from them and their support staff quickly responded to the issue and sent me out a replacement product without the hassle of returning the defective one. I just tossed it out. Top notch support and quality products will definitely create return customers!

The Customer Support rep Paris was super helpful and responsive. Only a small part was broken, but they sent me an entirely new product replacement.

Great Customer Service
When my Fleshy Pro broke due to a malfunction, Paris R gave great customer service and was quick and polite! 5 stars for her and 5 stars for the Fleshy Pro. The item works well and I have a few sleeves for it and it definitely feels great. 👍🏻

Great Customer Service
My item had a short in it, and customer service was quick to respond giving directions on how to make the return. Paris, in customer service, followed thru with the return and the refund. The customer service has been as good as any company I've ever dealt with.

Doesn't finish the job.
It looked really promising but there just isn't enough stimulation. I've tried it 5 times and it's never done it's job if you know what I mean. So now it's used. Is there a warranty or guarantee so I can get my money back?
Additionally, there really weren't any detailed instructions on how to use it. Maybe I'm not using it correctly. Is there a link to more detailed instructions?

Great customer service!
I purchased two products from Fleshy. Both stopped functioning during use, and I contacted customer service. Paris R. immediately sent out two replacements, once I showed some photos documenting the failed parts. These were not inexpensive, and I truly appreciate the fact that this company was so quick to ensure that I was satisfied. That is, unfortunately, rare these days. I'll be a repeat customer.

Just plain boring
Item is very slow with movements. Did read the size requirements. Even so def doesnt accomidate anything past 5 inches. Wouldnt recommend this. Definately not a stroker. Design definately can be improved pretty easily. Your better off to just take matters into your own hands. Wont be any orgasms with this unless your a premature kinda guy. Cant even use it as a fk toy. Went in trash

As stated in many other posts, you will not orgasim, it feels good if you just want a massage, but other than that exceedingly disappointing. Its too slow, suction is mediocre and the modes, you can tell the difference when you 1st press it but after that, its all the same. Vibration is eeehhh...would be better if faster, girlfriend tried playing with it on me and she had to keep getting me erected over and over, finallybwe just stopped using it. Not really worth the money at all. Very disappointed and since its used...cant return, however i think that policy is in place due to how many would be returned. Cleaning is a bit of a chore. Have not had electrical issues, but only used it 1x.

JUST DIDN'T WORK
I took it out of the box charged it up and it just does not work.
I contacted the merchant to return it due to it not working. I received an email asking what's the problem. I responded to them and haven't heard from them since.
I had to enter a credit card charge dispute.

Customer service is great!
I haven't had this good customer service for so long. I was very upset with how my Fleshy Pro worked and emailed customer service. They responded very fast and sent me a new unit for free! All I did was to prove that my unit is broken. I hope all company is like this! Keep it up Fleshy!
