Missing a total order

Missing a total order. Being passed from pillar to post saying I am lying. They're confused and don't have a clue. I received a previous order in 2 separate deliveries and they marked my missing order as being one of these 2 separate deliveries. Then refuse everything saying its been sent. After spending thousands with these over the last few months I will not be using them again and I will be taking this matter to court.

Hi Luke - I am so sorry we have sent all the tracking info and sent images from DPD site to show the driver has delivered all the boxes. DPD are saying it has been delivered to the right address and drivers GPS signals also show it has been delivered to the right post code. Driver has also uploaded images as well which is on the DPD site

Do not trust them

Ordered some blank tshirts on december 24th. Friday they told me they would be shipped that day, today monday (jan 11) its still hasnt been shipped. Such bad costumer service. I cant believe I have to wait over 3 weeks for some blank tshitrs to get shipped. DONT shop here!!!
I have costumers waiting, I am SO mad.

Do not order from this company!

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly recommend against ordering from them unless you like someone holding on to your money for a number of weeks.

I ordered 2 personalised dressing gowns in November for Christmas presents. When I hadn’t had an update for a while, I checked my spam folder and found an email which had a tracking link in it. FYI - This doesn’t do anything it just takes you to a generic site, not linked to your actual parcel which is very strange and I’m not even sure why they send it. I emailed to ask about the status of my package and had a reply the next day (the only positive!) but they simply copied in their third party company who arrange courier delivery and left me to it trying to track down my parcel. The response times from the third party were terrible but I appreciate that I’m not their customer and it was a busy time of the year. Eventually, they came to the conclusion that my parcel was scanned as delivered but wasn’t and it was then left to me to contact EthicStar again regarding my order.

I was told that they would get the items ordered again and sent out although not before Christmas as by this point it has taken 10 days to get this far. I agreed to this, apologised to my family members but told them their gifts would arrive soon.

Over a week later, I got a call from EthicStar to confirm my refund which was very confusing as I was expecting a delivery imminently! When I explained this, I was told that they could then re-order if I wanted to but they couldn’t fulfil the order as requested. I said I’d rather have a refund at this point and was informed to await a call from the Accounts Team!

Truly shoddy service and communication throughout, I’m just grateful I paid on my credit card so I can raise a dispute in the coming days if needed!

Made an order mid November

Made an order mid November, to be told 1 week before Christmas my order is cancelled as I fails to reply to an email which I did and have offered a copy off! I was then promise a ca back yesterday or email- neither happened and I’m now with out time to arrange and alternative item else where!! Terrible customer service and I’m struggling to understand why this could not of been resolved ... called today no answer!! Reference 769863

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered two onesies for my nephew's birthday at the end of October and despite many attempts to chase, I have still not received the order (2 months on). At one point they said the order must be lost in post before then telling me that they are out of stock?!

They have not issued a refund despite multiple requests...

Bathrobe incorrect sleeves

The order 769292 was correct on the label the problem is with the sleeves, they measure for a youth medium 54cm and not 59cm as described on your measurement chart for a large youth as ordered.(as chart on you site) I am not happy that the product you supplied is correct to your specifications and so is not fit for purpouse . Your quality control must be very poor at your factory, not to pickup this simple assembly problem of a bathrobe with the incorrect sleeves attached (faulty) As a dissatisfied customer I will be posting a negative feedback and not purchasing any more items from your site in the future.

I placed an order of 60 items on 29 Oct. Chased the order and was told it would be with me on 14th Nov. Chased and chased, was told I would be called back once they'd spoken to the relevant dispatch warehouse three times. It's now 1st December and I'm trying various phone lines to speak to one of the (extremely unenthusiastic sounding) staff again. Having no luck. I'll be getting my £69 back even if it involves court.

BAD COMPANY I WILL BE GOING COURT IF NECCESARY

Ordered two hoodies and three white tees for my dad on 23/11/20. Still not received any of my order 28/11/20. No communication or updates on order sent. Last two emails have been ignored. Still no communication from them. Next step will have to be trading standards & possibly small claims court to get my money back. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

I would not give this company one star…

I would not give this company one star but I had to click the rating to proceed. I placed an order for a velour dressing gown with an embroidered initial, plus two embroidered face towels, which are actually face cloths. Firstly they say the robe is out of stock, then they have stock and send me a towelling (not velour) robe with the wrong embroidery. They have overcharged me double the price from my bank. They are saying they won't take the robe back as it's been embroidered...they are saying it is what was originally what I ordered, even though I have screenshots of what I ordered with prices.
DO NOT order from this company

Avoid this company!!

Ordered different sized bath robes for my new business 28/09/20. Still not received any of my order 05/11/20. They've tried to fob me off twice with an unsuitable alternative. No communication or updates on order sent. Last three emails have been ignored. Still no communication from them. Next step will have to be trading standards & possibly small claims court to get my money back. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

This is the most Awful company! I have no idea how they are trading.

I have been using them for a while and every single time I order there is a problem.
Firstly, there are only two postage options on the site which are expensive. I always chose the option of a fast delivery which is meant to be a couple of days. I have never received an order within 4 weeks? It literally takes 4-6 weeks for 6 face masks to be delivered. My last order arrived and half of it was missing, I have emailed sent pictures, phoned numerous times and nothing? Still no delivery of missing items. No return phone call and no email!
I have reported them to trading standards now as they have taken my money and failed to send the goods. Appalling customer service, absolutely useless.
Will never use them again. I work in the design industry and have also spread the word about their terrible service.
They need to be closed down.

No customer service at all

If I could give this company a zero star I would. Recieved my order and contacted the company immediately as all the tshirts were either stained or had holes in them. I have emailed multiple times phoned multiple times and still my issue is completely ignored. I ha e even sent In photos. No reply at all and when I phone I'm told someone will get back to me immediately...did that ever happen ...NO....honestly can say its the worst company I have ever dealt with..I'm now sitting with a box of tshirts full of holes. Its been a month now of constantly contacting them and nothing not even reply. They are quick to send out delivery but should anything be wrong with your order don't expect it ever to be sorted out. Honestly ridiculous

Poor Customer Service

Received the wrong order (understand mistakes happen),but the service has been appalling. Slow to respond, then to return the items they lied and refused to collect the items on Saturday (they use DPD who do collect on Saturday) and expected me to take time off work for them to collect but wouldn't provide a time of pick up until the day the collection was due. They wouldn't send my items until I returned what I had.

I've asked for a refund 3 times but they have still sent my original order anyway in an attempt to pressure me into accepting the order. They really do not prioritise the customer and I'm still waiting for the refund!

This is the worst site to make orders they are fraud customer services its a joke they delivered my parcel to different address and they try to convince me it was delivered correctly I paid nearly 200 £ but some one else receive my order I will make a cl;aim full refund thru paypal . warning avoid this company,

Do not order! Avoid

Ordered a few different items from them, delivery had a little delay. The items came in a postage bag, all unwrapped from warehouse so the items were dirty, it didn’t match description (ribbon bag, came withcord string not ribbon) the dimensions were incorrect, items were smaller.
Getting through to the team was just as awful, no one answers the phone or emails, when they do they say they are investigating it and then don’t call back.its been 4 weeks until they finally offered a replacements when I return, but they wanted me to pay for return, but items weren’t as described. Eventually it took 6 weeks to resolve and they just refunded, didn’t get my replacements. Awful surface. No communication, no customer service. Disappointed is an understatement!

Faulty t-shirts

Received a faulty batch of plain white t -shirts that came apart at the seems on first wash .
Like many others I sell individual customised t-Shirts so only became aware as the complaints came back to me .
The company have twice said they will replace the faulty batch , after more chasing I finally get a phone call insisting they need every faulty t-shirt returned .... really ... how is this possible when I am only aware after it’s been washed ! They expect me to now retrieve every t -shirt From every customer, of course it’s not a financially viable option , it would cost more than the original cost of the order .
I am a small business and will write off the cost of 50 t-shirts , I would prefer my customers stay happy with my products and service .
I will continue to replace faulty t-shirts as soon as I am aware , that is the best I can do for my customers .
This does not look good for a small business and is probably quite damaging As not all customers will report a fault , they will assume we sell absolute crap !
Overall terrible customer service and not worth your business reputation being ruined.
