Late delivery no correspondence. Lorry driver very pleasant

Although there were some issues with delivery, (none of which were Evesons fault), they were communicative, helpful and understanding with the problems that arose.

Easy to order on line. Delivery well in time of date given.

Delivery arrived within time frame stated

The initial confirmation of the order and delivery was great. Placing the order online was easy However, prior to delivery there was no correspondence to say the delivery was on it's way, whilst I appreciate not every company does this, it certaintly improves the whole experience. Early afternoon I called the company to enquire about the expected time of delivery as time was passing quickly and it was already 2pm. I was politely told it would be with me in approx 1 hour ( the approx time one would expect from the depot to my home ). I suspect I had been forgotten, but can't prove this. The delivery was made promptly, and all staff were polite and helpful.

Excellent service. Very helpful driver. Many thanks.

Ordered online and fuel was delivered quickly.

Overall good experience, never had any issues. Easy and straightforward.
