Fantastic experience with Bass at Southall grove

I Went to look at some apartments in the Southall site and had a really positive experience. I believe it was Reece was super friendly and welcoming, and Suzy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They worked really well together and made the visit feel easy and informative.

I have been looking for a property in Barnet, and I come across Fairview New Homes. Monica and her team are very knowledgeable. They made the atmosphere friendly and accommodating . It was a pleasure to deal with them. Their customer service skills are 5* .

Reece went above and beyond to help the needs of me and my brothers first buying experience making it feel natural and fluid. From answering all questions to aiding us in viewing every apartment and we really wanted to see different floors so Reece went out of his way to get more keys to help us view everything.

Very upbeat, friendly and enthusiastic about his job. I'd say Reece is a great asset and genuinely hard working individual with amazing potential while being very dynamic with his approach.

Very enjoyable experience from start to finish, clear with lots precious information. And helpful but also asking about our lives, jobs and hobbies adding a very friendly experience to the process, so Reece really did an amazing job.

Reece at Southall Grove was absolutely amazing, right through from the initial telephone call to signing off and subsequent paperwork. He was patient and treated me like I 'was his Mum'!
