I would recommend anyone to keep there receipt. Although my co unit was less than 2 years old and was manufactured in 2022 they would not honer the 5 year guarantee, the product could have only been a maximum 4 years old from manufacturing.

I would like to add that regards Fire Angles reply you can put up pre- printed replies, but where us the compromise and customer relations, as you know this product is within the 5 year guarantee, a good will gesture would have been nice to resolve the matter

I was assisted over the phone by Robbie. The Connected Pro Heat Alarm fault was diagnosed quickly and a warranty replacement was organised following a simple proof of purchase email exchange. Overall perfect response.

I spoke to Nikki on the phone this morning at 11.00 after a very short wait. I gave a few details about my faulty smoke alarm and was asked to email proof of purchase, which I did within ten minutes. At 12.30 I received an email advising me that a replacement alarm was on its way! I can't remember the last time (or any time, for that matter) I received such exemplary service from any other company. Thank you, FireAngel.

Heat alarm started false alarming, contacted Fireangel got excellent tech support, and a replacement unit was dispatched straight away. Excellent customer service.

Had an issue with a faulty product. They have replaced it without quibble.

I contacted Fire angle on Friday afternoon. The gentleman I spoke to listened to the fault I had and what I had tried to do to resolve the problem. He then told me to send my original receipt and he would deal with the matter. My email was sent over the weekend and by Tuesday, the following week, a replacement alarm was posted to me. First class service. Thank you.

Had an issue with the shelf-life of a fire alarm purchased within the past year as this expired much sooner than expected. From my first contact with Fire Angel to resolution of a query I had with a detector I have found the company's customer service team and particularly Madjid to be most helpful and professional.
