Took to long for delivery

Absolute shite item not compatible for uk use
Useless messaging service
Expect a disabled person to print return label and take to parcel shop
All other messages ignored
No option for no stars
Do not purchase from these jokers

Bought two bags of carp bait then realised they had put the wrong postcode on the parcel. Tried to sort it with DPD told to contact seller. Only way to contact Fishdeal was through an email form which I filled in. No reply. Tried DPD again totally useless. Emailed fishdeal again still no reply. Parcel Tried to be delivered to wrong address. Tried DPD again but still useless. Next day spent an hour sitting at wrong postcode area when I saw a white van with the driver looking at his phone go past. As he came back down the road I waved him down and luckily it was a driver for DPD and he had my parcel. It is ridiculous the address was right just wrong postcode which is what the driver looked at. I only live 5 minutes away had he read the address. I have not heard anything from fishdeal customer service, so as far as I am concerned I would not recommend them or be using again.

Ordered three bite alarms, two of them were constantly ringing without a reason.
Contacted customer service and had no response from them.
Don’t believe the reviews on their website a gave a bad review for these bite alarms but they didn’t put my review on their website.

The item a daiwa rx rod bag arrived but it took an extra ordinary long delivery time plus I thought I was ordering from the united kingdom but it came from nederlands and took forever to arrive

Ok where do I start!!! This is my second review.
I received the product which didn’t work. I sent this back and I have heard nothing since. I have emailed three times and the only response I have received is we are looking at it. No timescales.

I still dont know if they have agreed to fix, replace or return my money. Meanwhile the season is passing and I dont have an outboard.

I am so fed up with the lack of any response from this company.

Bought a rod that had an issue, Fishdeal were contacted within 24 hours a new rod was organised and shipped no questions asked! Perfect customer service.

Items still not delivered as they were lost. Continually had the chase for updates, no proactive customer service. Claims process archaic and still waiting.

A disappointing and painful unresolved experience.

Great service BUT a little miffed that the price has dropped by nearly £100 in just over a week since my purchase! Boat and outboard are superb mind, so it’s a bittersweet review👍🏻

Ordered the sonik tek bank bivvy 2 man. Went to set it up and had already been used. The peak pole was broken and had bird poo on bivvy. Sent emails to fishdeal with no replies. I would suggest buying from a UK supplier and stay clear of fishdeal as they are based in Netherlands.
