had ordered 2 separate orders heard nothing around 20 days texted asked where orders were was told both orders would ship next day got 1 pouch and have heard nothing sense have reached out to cancel and get money back no word no comment back both orders show fulfilled but i havent gotten but half a order wouldnt give this company to noone thumbs down bad bad experience

Placed 2 orders with them. First order took over a month to receive and when I did it was incomplete. Attempted to contact them to see what the hold up on the order was (before I got it) and attempted again to ask them if what I had received was the full order or not. Never got a reply.

Second order seemed like a deal that was too good to pass up. They offer a subscription fishing box service and you could get the first one for just $1. They said you could cancel any time, so I intended to check out the first box and (probably) cancel before they charged me for the next. Well, they never sent the first box and charged/shipped/delivered the next already. 6 attempts over 4 weeks to contact them about this and zero replies. The kicker is that you HAVE to email them to cancel a subscription. You can easily add on more boxes from their site, but of you want to remove them, you need to email them and they simply never reply.

This site doesn't send complete orders, charges more than they should, and customer service is literally non existent.
