I ordered a few things from them on FEB 3 2020 and still haven't received anything yet. i did get a few messages from them but they said my stuff was getting mailed tmrw Lies all lies Guess I got SCAMMED also!!!

Don’t buy from these people it is a rip off they have cheated me out of 174.80 I supposed to receive three rods and two reals they don’t return emails they won’t give a me refund or anything. It’s the worst scam I have ever fell for. Jeff

Well if your here ,your like the rest of us . You got scammed, as we did . Special place in hell for these folks ! They have my 125 dollars and I have nothing. Maybe if everyone called the fbi it would help ? These ppl should be put in jail .

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! Ordered a reel a month ago , never could get an answer on where it was or what the hold up was. I come to my home today and there is a f’n rod from fishing care package. A reel was ordered not a damn rod!! This company is total garbage and I’ll continue to rant and degrade this business and try to keep as many as I can from ordering from them. They rarely answer emails, which is the only was to contact them. Stay away from these scam artists!!

The worst company.Should be no stars.I ordered reels 4 weeks ago and nothing.I sent emails with no replies back.Do not buy anything from this company.They are a bunch of scammers.

Rating should be zero or negative stars. I need to know if we can all combine together to sue or file a class action lawsuit! They scammed me out of nearly $100. This is unreal. I will not stop til these people are put away in prison forever! This fraud must be in the hundreds of thousands if not more. They will spend the rest of their lives in prison! Why is their website still up? Contacting the BBB, Florida attorney general and FTC. Also going to look into filing a lawsuit against. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Same story as the other 280+ recent reviews that I've found. They did ship out the Mystery $0.99 soft plastics that I ordered but still have NOT shipped the KVD Rod and Reel Combo 23+ days later.
There is no phone # to be able to contact them and they haven't responded once to many emails.
Update: Fishing Care Package lied to me on Facebook messenger then blocked me for telling them that I don't like being lied to & that is the Only active place where they might answer you but this is going on to waaaay too many people. We need to put an end to this company since they want to rob us!!!

I was told not to deal with these folks but I thought I would try and see what happened. Orders take weeks to fill and both orders had items missing. I was assured I would receive the missing items but never saw them again. I have $40 worth of merchandise missing from my orders. I will never purchase from them again. Incomplete orders seems to be part of their scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Wish I had read up on this company "Fishing Care Package".. the only thing they seem to care about is getting your money and scamming you!!!! I also had a 2 part order for whatever reason and never received my 2nd part and have emailed them multiple times about it. They never got it resolved or sent out my 2nd package. You learn from your mistakes and this was one of them! Don't waste your time with Fishing Care Package they are a rip off!!!

Would not have written this review except I received another email from them advertising a Flash Sale. Then I remembered that I ordered 6/2/2018 ORDER #19124. NEVER RECEIVED and Credit Card WAS CHARGED!!! By the time I realized that I never received anything, it was too late for the CC Company to crawl back my $49.99. After repeated attempts to contact the company directly I gave up.

I do not usually review, but this company is terrible. I purchased directly through their website but I am reviewing here because they delete bad reviews. The lures were very cheap and the company will throw in incentives such as “free hooks if you buy now using the code hooks”, but they will never come. I talked to a salesman via chat and he responded instantly before I bought the product. However, when I asked where my missing items where after purchasing I never received another response. If you watch their social media accounts they also delete comments about their many flaws instantly. The company is ran terribly.

Well, I got screwed! I took the bait & they hooked this sucker! I ordered 4 things, I actually got 1, but not the other 3!! Now their site is down & my $$$ is gone!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Run from them!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! EVER!!!!

Ok UPDATE DECEMBER 25 2019 they are a SCAM I've ordered something from them they took my money but never did ship it so I tried to contact them and now there website is down They tell me it happened because of the holidays the only way that you might get a hold of is by Facebook messenger but that is a bot. SO BEWARE!!!

This is the worst and most disrespectful company I have ever purchased from. They will not send your order or respond to your emails and refund requests. The only way to get them to respond is calling their company 20+ times, and even then they will repeatedly lie and not send your refund or your order. If you have already ordered from them, good luck, if you haven’t DO NOT.

I ordered a small package at the beginning of May. It is July and they have told me multiple times that my order has shipped, blocked me from commenting on Instagram because I was asking where my stuff was, and they have been incredibly rude throughout the whole process. Screw this company. Do not EVER order so much as a glass of water from this group of babbling fools.

Thank you fishing care package for robbing me of my money I thought I was buying a good product but didn't realize that this was a scam 3 months I was waiting for something to come in the mail. I have the receipt in my email that I paid for this item scam scam scam!!

I ordered $100 worth of tackle and they took over 40 days just to ship. Took almost a month for them to respond to me and they lied about when it would ship multiple times even told me someone else with my name ordered on the same day so that's why it go messed up. Baits are okay. Just not worth dealing with the company. They delete bad Instagram comments all the time. Sketchy company will never deal with again.

Scam artists! Everything is well and good until you try to cancel. There is no option to just cancel you have to send an email and then they will charge your card anyways and when you ask for a refund they will say it’s on the way. It’s been over a month since they said it would be here and they’ve stop responding to my emails and I’ve yet to receive a refund! Stick to mystery tackle box that know what they are doing!
