On Wednesday went into flight centre to book a flight to Melbourne and had a lovely young lady Sarah Churches who was extremely helpful friendly and had great PR skills. She made the whole process of booking very easy.

Sally Ann is a great listener , knowledgeable regarding the details and very accomodating.
We specifically chose Sally Ann as she has been such a great support to us in the past and we trust her.

The travel consultant was pretty helpful with organising the flight and giving me options but I rang and left an important message for the travel consultant which was not passed on and that was disappointing, not wanting this to be a blame thing but maybe a message board either physical or digital would be a good idea here.
