Be very careful booking with this property. I was charged twice for one booking and now have no way of getting my money back. The property tells me to talk to the booking platform and they tell me to talk to the property. It’s not good enough, there is no customer service, and only AI responses.

God beliggenhed og lydhør kundeservice, men produktet lever ikke op til prisen

Jeg har netop afsluttet et 6-måneders ophold i ejendommens største værelse (17 m2). Selvom opholdet endte på et acceptabelt niveau, var startfasen præget af store mangler og en standard, der slet ikke stemte overens med det, der blev lovet på hjemmesiden.

Køkken og faciliteter:
Ved ankomst var køkkenet i en kritisabel stand. Kun én ud af to ovne virkede, og det generelle udstyr var så mangelfuldt, at madlavning reelt ikke var muligt. Efter dialog med support blev begge ovne samt gryder, pander og service udskiftet, hvilket var nødvendigt for at gøre boligen beboelig.

Fællesområder og rengøring:
Rengøringen i fællesarealerne var ved indflytning ikke-eksisterende. Desuden var stuen reelt overtaget af en anden beboer, der brugte fællesarealet som privat soveværelse og kontor – en situation, der angiveligt havde stået på i et halvt år. Det krævede min personlige indgriben at få vedkommende til at respektere de fælles rammer. Selvom rengøringen senere kom op på et fint niveau, er arealerne efter min mening for små til +10 personer.

Kundeservice og økonomi:
Kundeservice skal have ros for at reagere på mine henvendelser og udbedre de fysiske mangler. Jeg bemærkede dog, at andre beboere ikke oplevede samme respons. Prisniveauet (mellem 10.000 og 14.000 kr.) er meget højt i forhold til den kvalitet, man modtager. Jeg fik forhandlet en lavere pris, men selv efter afslaget føles forholdet mellem pris og kvalitet skævt.

Konklusion:
Beliggenheden er fantastisk og central, og værelset i sig selv fungerede fint. Men de massive opstartsproblemer og det faktum, at man selv skal drive udbedringerne igennem, gør, at jeg sidder tilbage med en skuffet følelse. Det er et sted med potentiale, men administrationen mangler i den grad styr på det løbende vedligehold og opsyn.

Forenom entered our apartment without permission

If 0 would be an option I would have chosen that.
Where to start. Forenom entered the apartment without any notice and left cigarettes and cans. Confronted they just said that it was not them, but who can enter a locked apartment then.
Even with picture documentation they still did not take any responsibility.
I will not recommend anybody using them, service is awful…

Entered my room without notice – poor handling of complaints

I stayed at Forenom (Kutojantie, Espoo) for a fixed three-month period. During my stay, my room was accessed without any prior notice while I was away. There was no emergency. The door is purely code-based, with no internal lock, which made this especially uncomfortable.

When I raised the issue, the company justified the entry as a “goodwill gesture” to deliver items and apologised only for how the situation felt, not for the action itself. Procedures were only changed after I complained.

In addition to this, the overall stay included several ongoing issues: shared facilities not working properly, inconsistent cleaning, and service descriptions online not matching reality. Despite the length and number of problems, the proposed compensation was minimal.

The most disappointing part was not a single mistake, but how the situation was handled: concerns were downplayed, responsibility was deflected, and the discussion was closed without a fair resolution.

I would not recommend Forenom if privacy, clear communication, and proper customer care matter to you.

I did not get any booking information and bad customer service

I did not get any booking information to my e-mail so I called the customer service. The women on the phone told me that since I booked from the site ”Booking”, I need to contact them. Instead of trying to solve the problem, she just wanted the call to be over it felt like. Very bad customer service and she had no sympathy when I said that we were outside waiting in the cold. Then I got a micro room even though I paid for a bigger room. I do not recommend this place because if something goes wrong or the site is delayed, they dont want/care enough to help. Stay away.

Wohnun in Espoo Matinkylä

Das Problem eine möblierte Wohnung von Forenom im Internet zu reservieren liegt darin, dass man den Dreck in der Wohnung erst dann sieht wenn man schon in der Wohnung drin ist. Und wir waren einen Monat drin. Forenom hat keine Interesse gezeit, die Mängel zu beheben. Finger weg von so einem Anbieter.

Jag bodde på Forenom Long Stay Alvik (Voltagatan) och upplevelsen var långt ifrån acceptabel.
Rummet var smutsigt när jag fick tillträde till den.Sängen var fläckig, taket och väggarna var smutsiga och det låg damm under både byrån och sängen, fläckar överallt, golvet urgammalt, trasig och gammal inredning vilket tydligt visar också att städningen inte sköts ordentligt.Tvättmaskin och torktumlare urgamla och tvättar dåligt och torkar med svårighet. Väggarna som gjorda av papper gjorde att allt hördes och man blir väckt mitt i natten. När städerskan städar i rummet ovanför eller brevid dig upplevs det fruktansvärt jobbigt när dom släpar på möbler.
Internet fungerade dåligt, TV:n krånglade och kopplade ur hela tiden och badrummet var kallt, smutsiga rullgardiner vilket gjorde vistelsen obekväm.
Det allvarligaste var dock att personalen öppnade dörren och gick in i lägenheten utan att meddela sig, trots att jag hade satt upp skylten för ”Stör ej”. Detta är ett stort intrång i privatlivet och kändes både otryggt och oprofessionellt. Dessvärre blev jag också bestulen på kläder i tvättstugan. Dom har inte ens intresse att undersöka vem det är som snor kundernas saker. Dålig service och kommunikation, oförskämd personal.
Jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta boende till någon som förväntar sig grundläggande hygien, respekt för gästers integritet och fungerande bekvämligheter.Det enda jag tycker var bra att det fanns bra med bussförbindelser och tåg i närheten Och mycket nära City..

I must say the service at the reception…

I must say the service at the reception and throughout the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions or fulfill any request. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, my stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Not recommended

The apartment I was given was not at all what was shown in the online pictures. The photos suggested a bright and standard apartment, but what I walked into was dark, dusty, and extremely simple. The stovetop fan was broken, even though there was a sign telling me I needed to use it to avoid smoke, which meant I couldn’t cook any food. The whole place felt far more basic than I expected.

When I arrived, the apartment was freezing cold. There is a fan in the bathroom that runs constantly and cannot be turned off, which was both annoying and disruptive. The apartment was also very poorly soundproofed. I barely slept because I could hear my neighbor watching TV and moving around during the night — not their fault, but it made it impossible to rest.

The worst part of my stay was that someone unlocked and entered my apartment without warning. This made me feel unsafe, and it is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this place.

Ekstra omkostninger kan i visse tilfælde forekomme, eksempelvis hvis vi ikke har modtaget den nødvendige dokumentation, eller hvis en lejlighed afleveres i væsentligt dårligere stand end ved indflytning.

Olen käyttänyt Forenomin palveluita…

Olen käyttänyt Forenomin palveluita noin 5 vuotta ja ikävä kyllä on pakko todeta, että siivouksen taso ja muutenkin Forenomin palvelun taso on laskenut viime vuosina ainakin pääkaupunkiseudulla.

Aiemmin olen ollut tyytyväinen Forenomin asiakas. Enää en. Liian paljon huonoja kokemuksia puolentoista vuoden sisällä.

Usein asuntoon tullessa on roskaiset lattiat, vauhtiraidat vessanpöntössä tai ulko- oven lukko ei toimi kunnolla.

Sauna ei toimi kaikissa asunnoissa ja tasoilla/ tekstiileissä on tahroja ja pölyä. Viimeksi ei toiminut televisio.

Ovikoodin perään olen saanut soitella useampaan otteeseen, kun sitä ei ole toimitettu luvatusti.

Siivoojat ovat tulleet ajamaan minut ulos asunnosta muutamaan otteeseen, vaikka olet maksanut erikseen myöhäisestä uloskirjautumisesta.

Siivoojat tekevät myös raportin jokaisesta asiakkaan käynnistä
(väliaikaismajoitus) ja kaiken huippu oli nyt viime käynnin jälkeen tullut ylimääräinen lasku. Selvitystä pyytäessäni asiakaspalvelusta vastaus viipyi noin 2 viikkoa. Senkin perään sai kysellä.

Tämän jälkeen sain raportin, jossa siivooja oli valokuvannut joka ikisen virheen, jonka hänen mielestään olin majoittuessani tehnyt. Sain myös syytöksen kattilan pesemättömyydestä vaikken edes käyttänyt kattilaa. Kaipa tuokin oli mukana laskussa.

Asiakkaalta vaaditaan millintarkkuutta, mutta ilmeisesti sama vaatimustaso ei päde siivoojien työnlaatuun eikä Forenomin palveluun.

Ainoa hyvä asia, jonka keksin, on asuntojen sijainti.

Avoid Forenom Pikku Huopalahti

Had to stay at Forenom for several weeks during July and August. Stayed in four rooms altogether. Girst room the blinds and soap dispencer did not work. On several mornings some loud work was done above my room which start 7:30am. Cleaners broke my charger and I was not notified. Found out when I hot home after 7pm. Customer service did nothing. Their reply was that they can’t turn into a charger and that I should go buy pne from gigantti. closest one would have been 40-60 minutes away with public transportation. I had to later go buy a new charger. the charger was compensated but nothing for the trouble of having to go buy one. Second room had broken chair and batteries on the tv conrol had run out. Third room smelled like strong perfume. I got a new room quickly which was nice and was let i to several rooms to check that sere they ok. But in the lst room the tv control batteries were empty again. On thursday I was told the maintandncd was going to come and look at it the next day. no one came. then during the week there is no maintanence. They suggested again that I’d go buy new batteries myself and theid compensate them. I refused. I was offered a 20€ gift card for the inconvenience with the tv. One of this rooms windos was not properly closed so asked for key for that. Key was borought but who ever brought it didn’t care to close the window and left it for me to do. then the blinds bkoke again. I tried to fix them and openwd the window and it nearlh fell on the floor because the lower lever was broken as
well. I notified forenom about it but no on came to fix it in week and a half. there is no reseption or security in the building. if you need to contact them you need to call and queue to a pay number everytime. there is a smell of eet dirty dog in the lift and corridos and you can hear every conversation in other rooms through to ventiltion system. also at one point my door code stopped working. had to queue to the customer service again on the phone. This was the Forenom Pikku Huopalahti. Do not book this hotel!

Skøn hotellejlighed, lidt høje dagspriser

Fantastisk forlænget weekend i de splinternye lejligheder ved Midgårdsvej i Odense. Hurtig nem service, god betjening, alt i alt fantastisk lejlighedshotel - dog er dags priser lidt i den høje ende.

Vi har allerede fået booket næste forlænget weekend i samme dejlige lejlighed i December

Efter en rigtig uheldig og skidt oplevelse med en lejlighed vi skulle have boet i Herlev - som endte med at vi aflyste kontrakten, skal jeg lige love for at det er vendt med den nye lejlighed i Søborg! KÆMPE ros til Sarah, Christine, Mohammed , Elisbeth, og resten af temaet i Danmark, som har hørt vores klager og rykket på at få vores nye midlertidige hjem til at spille max!. Der bliver rykket på tingene hurtigt. Ny bordplade ved køkken vasken - dette havde vi ikke forventet. Der er blevet indkøbt helt nyt tv, strygebræt, strygejern, rengøringsudstyr. De har været forbi og reperaret de små ting der ikke fungerede. Skulle den slags have været klaret fra starten ja - men synes stadig gerne jeg vil sende en stor tak fordi I har vist der bliver lyttet og I har rykket så hurtigt på tingene. HOLD - FORTSÆT denne standard og jeres 1.8 her på Trustpilot vil hurtigt vende til 5!!!

Bryr sig inte om lojala kunder.

No hot water

No hot water, so cold showers – despite repeated complaints to staff who were sometimes on-site, and their phone support, the problems were never fixed.
The first employee gave the most ridiculous excuse for why there was cold water when you turned on the hot tap: “It’s because otherwise people burn themselves.”

I don’t know how clueless their regular guests are, but I’d imagine they know how to turn on and adjust the water in a shower.

In the end, we had to go out and buy a thermometer so we could prove with videos and photos that something was seriously wrong.

After that, we were given a new explanation – and then yet another one.

The result of several hours of writing and calling was that we ended up with five days without the ability to take a shower, and now they want to give us a ridiculous 12% discount.

It’s truly disrespectful and shows a complete lack of responsibility.

Frygteligt at være nabo til deres…

Frygteligt at være nabo til deres lejligheder. Vold, støj og utryghed skabes af beboerne ved Forenom. Når Forenom kontaktes angående klage til deres beboere, bliver man mødt med man aldrig skal kontakte dem igen (trods det står på deres hjemmeside man ikke skal tøve hvis man opleve problemer som nabo.)

Tak for din feedback. Vi er virkelig kede af at høre, at du har oplevet utryghed og gener i forbindelse med nogle af vores beboere. Det er bestemt ikke den standard, vi ønsker for vores naboer.

Vi beklager også, hvis du ikke har følt dig ordentligt mødt i dialogen med os. Det skal selvfølgelig være muligt at kontakte os, når man som nabo oplever problemer.

Hold jer langt væk herfra.
Vi ankom til Stockholm på Forenom om aftenen og straks vi kom op på værelset kunne vi se der ikke var gjort rent i månedsvis gammelt støv alle steder, papir under sengen, fryseren var i stykker den kunne ikke bruges, vinduet i køkkenet kunne ikke åbnes. Vi gik i receptionen og hun gik med op i lejligheden og sagde hun godt kunne se der var meget beskidt. Hun ville bestille en grundig rengøring næste dag. Vi var ikke hjemme hele den næste dag og da vi kom hjem var der intet sket. Igen ned i receptionen og klage hun bestilte igen en grundig rengøring til næste dag. Da vi kom hjem var det eneste der var gjort rent gulvet intet andet var gjort. Vi opgav at gøre mere og sendte en skriftlig klage med vedhæftede billeder både fra første og anden dag der dokumenterede at der ikke var gjort rent den første dag.svaret tilbage til os har været at der blev gjort rent den første dag og at de har billeder at de har været i lejligheden. Sjovt nok kan jeg ikke få lov at se dem. Jeg bliver ekstra sur over at de ikke er ærlige, det er ikke i orden når de er en stor virksomhed. Nu har de så tilbudt os en 10% rabatkode til næste ophold 😩men vi kommer da aldrig tilbage og støtter dem med så dårlig kundeservice. Vi vil have penge tilbage. Det mest interessante er at det første der mødte os i lejligheden var en brochure hvori der stod at “rene værelser gør at ferien bliver meget rarere”. Så de lever ikke op til deres egen brochure 🤨
