Worst renting company i have known. Very expensive tiny old apartment with low quality furniture. I was promised a 1.60 bed and got a 1.20 for 2 persons. Had to buy a full new bed and they rejected reimbursement. Customer service delay of minimum 2 weeks, made 6 petitions of things breaking down, had to repeat emails several times to get reparations. Strongly discourage renting with them!

Siivouspalvelu ei toimi ollenkaan sovitusti. Olemme jo useampana vuotena majoittuneet Keravalle (Palosenkatu) ja siivouksen PITÄISI olla 2 viikon välein (ostettu lisäpalvelu). Ei auta vaikka soittaa asiakaspalveluun. Lupaavat aina seuraavaksi päiväksi mutta eipä ole taaskaan näkynyt. WC paperit on loppu, astianpesuaine on loppu... Talonmies jättää likaiset ilmanvaihto suodattimet asiakkaiden roskiin vietäväksi terassin lattialle... Viime vuonna ehjiä kodinkoneita sai odotella useita viikkoja. Todella surkeaa palvelua. En suosittele kenellekkään. Ei ainakaan mitään lisäpalveluja koska rahoille et saa soitoista huolimatta mitään vastinetta, vaikka tällaisten asioiden pitäisi mielestämme hoitua sovitusti ilman soittamistakin!!!!

Vi bor nabo til et hus, der bliver udlejet af forenum.
Haven bliver ordnet 1 - 2 gange hen over sommeren, så alt gror til derinde.
Det resulterer i, at alt ukrudt vælter ind til os, og det hele ligner en urskov.
Utroligt at lejerene finder sig i det, men en flok østeuropæiske arbejdere er nok ligeglade, og det er forenum åbenbart også

Fruktansvärd upplevelse. Bokade lägenhet i Helsingfors i samband med min canceroperation för att min medföljande son skulle ha det bra när jag var på sjukhuset. När vi kom in i lägenhetshuset var flera ytterdörrar uppbrutna, påtända människor i trapphuset och lägenheten var smutsig och stank rök. Vi flydde hals över huvud och fick boka ett hotell. Jag kan inte komma i kontakt med kundtjänst då numret till det finska kontoret inte är i bruk och när jag mailade fick jag hänvisning till det avstängda numret. Undvik absolut detta!!
Several months ago, I made a reservation through Booking.com. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled, which was entirely beyond my control. I have contacted the accommodation multiple times to explain the situation, but they are unwilling to waive the cancellation fee.
I find it extremely unfair that I am being charged €330 due to circumstances I had no influence over. I informed them of the issue months ago, giving them ample time to rebook the room for those dates.

I live in an apartment below a Forenom rental, close to Copenhagen, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating.
The tenants frequently throw loud parties, play music at extreme volumes, and completely disregard quiet hours. Despite multiple complaints to Forenom, nothing has been done to stop the disturbance.
Forenom promises professional management, yet they ignore all reports of excessive noise. Their support team either makes empty promises or does not respond at all. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but the issue remains unchanged. Even the authorities haven’t been able to help.
If you live near a Forenom rental, be prepared for constant disturbance and zero accountability. They seem more interested in filling apartments than in ensuring a peaceful environment for neighbors.
Avoid them if you value your peace and quiet
I have contacted Forenom three times by phone and email regarding a rental apartment that is empty and has been empty for months. I gave my contact information and asked them to get to see the place and check the availability for the coming months. Nothing happened, they never came back. If you want to rent your place, I would not recommend to use Forenom, as their customer service is zero.

La mig i sängen, efter 15 minuter såg jag något som kröp intill mig. Det visade sig vara en vägglus. Lämnade rummet omedelbart. Forenoms kundtjänst visar inget större intresse av att lösa situationen, de svarar inte ens när man skriver reklamation till dem. Undvik!!

Our stay at Forenom Hotel in Stockholm was disappointing due to the lack of parking facilities. The hotel does not have its own car park, and the only available option is a paid parking lot across the street, which operates with a strict and unfriendly digital system.
We attempted to pay using the EasyPark app, but it repeatedly showed an error message during registration. As a result, there was a delay of just 9 minutes, and within that short time, a patrol car appeared out of nowhere and issued fines to all of us—more than five families staying at the hotel. Despite showing the officer our error messages as proof of our attempt to pay, we were still fined.
Adding to the frustration, the parking company’s communication was not in English, and even the fine notice was entirely in a foreign language, making it difficult to understand or appeal.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating due to the parking situation. If you’re traveling by car, be prepared for a stressful and unfair parking system with little to no support. I would not recommend this hotel for those who need reliable parking.

My friend had an experience with children, she paid for the stay for an extra day and then received an email from someone saying that they knew she had booked an extra day but that she would have to leave. This exact day has never been seen in Denmark. The woman who spoke to her was arrogant and even called my friend a liar and said that she had destroyed the apartments, even though my friend had always stayed with them and they had always accepted reservations, if she had been a bad customer they would no longer accept them... Having said that, she said she had not left and had children and an hour later a man was knocking on the door wanting to throw her out and he didn't care if she had the children. My friend called the police and the man did the same. However, she proved to the police that she had paid for everything by showing her bank accounts and they said that unfortunately they understood but that since she didn't have a contract there was nothing they could do except help her leave with the children. She left even though she had paid until the next day. She left shaken and was calmed down by the police, who were very attentive and understood that it was uncomfortable but could do nothing. So they kept her money and even tried to make it seem like she didn't pay. And she proved the police wrong. Some of the apartments were damaged, the cleaning was terrible, the carpets smelled bad and the woman said it was her dog's, even though I kept the dog in my house until December 18th and the woman called my friend a liar. I am sure that I, a Danish woman, feel ashamed of how it is possible for people like this to exist and for a man to intimidate a woman and then, when she left the house, tell her I wish you all the best (it can only be fun). I also know other people who have had problems with them and hated the service and arrogance they have on the phone. Let's all report the company to the appropriate authorities together. Because this was truly unbelievable and unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all. I feel sad for my friend who had to go through this bad experience at such a fragile moment in her life and the empathy of the customer service that did not refund the money she paid. They only talk about the rules but they themselves do not know what that is. And a proposal she received last month was also very illicit if she wanted to move to an apartment that they needed someone to register there, the CPR was dubious. My friend came out like a criminal, making it seem like she was in the wrong. I will do whatever I can against this company because it is not the first time I hear something wrong with them.

I booked an apartment in Oslo, and 3 days later I woke up that they are refusing the accommodation because there is a sales ban. No explanations given.
So I write an email and I ask why is there a sales ban. Meanwhile I decide to call and a lady answers, in a bored way, that they do not give explanations by the phone. As if she was annoyed that I was asking, as "other clients don't even ask". And the email was written by a robot, which makes them, in her opinion, "very efficient". And she also informed me they have staffing issues... what a surprise...
Minutes later I get an email saying the sales ban is related to a previous booking "xxx" and is due to "illegal activities". No further explanations.
Well, what are the illegal activities? Is it a secret or you should inform me? I don't know, maybe in Norway it's illegal to take a shower!
Still waiting for the explanation. Let's see, I am really curious with what I broke the law. I'am also curious if their staff is capable of writing a proper email

Jeg ble kontakta av Forenom ang. utleie av en leilighet jeg hadde liggende ute på finn.no. Jeg fikk inntrykk av at de hadde ting på stell og at dette var en god deal for meg. De ville bruke leiligheten min til å leie ut til et firma de hadde en avtale med. Jeg oppdaga fort at det var veldig vanskelig å få tak i min kontaktperson i Forenom og at de var dårlige på å svare på mail og tom. sms. Etter hvert fikk jeg en dato for overtakelse og tilsynelatende var denne avtalen i boks. Jeg stressa fælt, uka før overtakelse, med vasking og rydding. Jeg prøvde også å få tak i Forenom da de ikke hadde bekreftet at de hadde mottatt signert kontrakt, og de hadde heller ikke kommet med noe info til meg ang. overtakelse. Til slutt får jeg tak i dem, men da viser det seg at avtalen de fikk meg til å tro de hadde, egentlig ikke var i boks, og at datoen som var satt ikke ble noe av, men kanskje var det aktuelt måneden etter. Heldigvis har jeg funnet noen andre leietakere, og jeg er glad for at jeg slipper å forholde meg til Forenom noe videre.

Customer service, if you want to call it that, promises to bring some of it back, reimburse reluctantly for what they can't bring back.
Am just happy that it was paid by my company, not by myself.
Never again!

Customer service sucks. We were forced to drive to airport to pick keys after arriving the apartment (no info for key delivery provided in advance). No help is provided or money back. customer service just said sorry for not getting info on time but there is nothing they could do.
The apartment was rented us with a broken fridge and we were told that we should wait 3 days to get it repaired (terms and conditions say 3 days if it is broken during the stay, not renting an apartment with a broken fridge). But customer service does not care, they only read you conditions like a well trained parrot.

Nøgleboksen var svær at finde; meget vage instrukser på engelsk over telefonen som at jeg skulle lede efter nogle container bag en bygning på en stor parkeringsplads. Da jeg fandt nøgleboksen var der ingen nøgle.
Efter hjælp fra en ansat, fik jeg efter 4 timer en af deres service nøgler.
Ved checkout er der ingen information on hvordan man aflevere nøglen, der står blot det skal stå i det tilsendte materiale (det gør det ikke). Deres chat virker ikke.
Opholdet var fint, ren og velholdt lejlighed, men jeg tør ikke bruge dem igen, da checkin og checkout er så upålidelig. Det bliver solgt på at være let, men jeg vælger nok hotel en anden gang med en reception.
Vidrigt, smutsigt och jätteäckligt hotell. Har aldrig sett så mycket smuts i ett hotellrum någonsin. Trasiga saker och totalt eftersatt. Bo inte där om ni har andra alternativ.
Omöjligt att avboka. vårt att få tag på personal som förövrigt saknar kompetens och är otrevliga.
När jag kom till mitt rum i kista så gick inte kylen att stänga (jag kan ju tycka att den som städade rummet borde sett och sagt något om det) jag berättade det för receptionen och dom skulle ta dit någon som skulle kolla på det. Jag sa TYDLIGT att jag INTE VILL att någon går in i rummet om jag inte är där. Nu när man kom tillbaka, gissa vilka som har varit här nu när jag varit borta på jobbet? Nu får man gå igenom varenda pryl man hade med sig och kolla så inget är borta. Det kommer med all sannolikhet vara något som är borta!
