BTL remortgage
The underwriting part of the process was very good. The service level to that point was slower but I guess down to workload. If that had been better then it would have been a 5 star review.

This trustpilot has fairly obviously been plastered with self made reviews from this company. Dreadful service from start to finish. Reported for fraud to financial ombudsman and will be reporting to FCA.

A not so straight forward mortgage application for my client was underwritten using common sense. Always easy to communicate with and would have no issues submitting further business to them.

First Class Lender
I've submitted a few cases recently to FHL and each time the experience has been excellent. Great service, regular communication and most importantly working with a lender that wants to write the business. The broker desk are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Will be sending more cases your way soon.

great lending criteria
great lending criteria, no one else would look at this case as it had lots of quirks, very quick service from submission to processing, quick feedback, and fast turnaround to offer. The first time I have used you, but very impressed, and would use you again without hesitation

Flexibility when needed
I was really happy with this experience of using Foundation. The products may not be market leading but given my client's scenario, it was the best scenario and Fiona (my BDM), Keith (the National Account Manager) and the underwriters adopted a 'can do' attitude. Fiona was also on hand to provide regular updates which were very much appreciated.
