I have just had my crowns fitted and I am so happy with the final outcome. I spent many years not happy with my teeth and an accident which left me missing one of my front teeth was the push I needed to get something done about it. I researched numerous clinics and Fusion stood out amongst them. Having spoken to them on the phone they were very professional and answered everything honestly, giving me realistic time scales and what to expect.

From my first consultation to talk through treatments plans I already felt that I had made the right choice. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the level of care they give is amazing. I would 100% recommend, if you are looking to have work done give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Tim took the initial consultation and talked through several routes I could take and was very honest, never trying to push me in a certain direction but explaining everything fully to me. Throughout my appointments, everything was explained on where we were in the plan, what we were doing and how we were doing it. His work is outstanding, and I cannot thank him enough.

Coral, always happy and smiling, reassuring me, and always putting me at ease. The work they both do is very professional but always done with a smile and a laugh along the way and not forgetting a decent playlist to listen too. Thank you both

I was going to take down my last review after having a good talk with the co-ordinator. But after my appointment on wednesday they put so different stuff into my teeth. This i think i have reacted to and my mouth is a inferno. Tried calling to see if anyone could give me some advice and was told someone would ring me. After waiting a while i called back and the person answering the phone denied speaking to me. Once again will have to wait until Monday as we can not distrub their weekend. Will have to put up with the pain. Have enough going on in my life without this. |I am really struggling to have any confidence with this company even through they assured me this would not happen again and they are only here to help me. Do not see any help. Mrs Oconnor was trying to add to this review but at first was not able. I contacted the service which is available over the week end hopefull to get a call that might help me. Last call i was disconnected obviously they need their down time on the weekend. I am now going to suggest you look else where you may be ok if it is mon /frid but at the weekend forget it and you will just have to suffer. There is a good place in taffs well beginning to wish i went their and at least 7,000 cheaper. I am so annoyed after being assured my welbeing was paramont but obviousley not. In so much pain and i can not even speak to someone that may be able to help. Think carefully where you go.

After 6 month with my new teeth from Fusion dentistry, I am so pleased to report that I have had no problems whatsoever. I now feel confident enough to smile, laugh and eat anything I please. The staff were very attentive and allayed any anxieties I might have had. CHEERS with a SMILE.

From the first telephone contact to my final full set of all on 4, all the staff at fusion dentistry were amazing, I can not rate them highly enough, the whole team were professional, supportive, and so caring, I was so very anxious about a visit to the dentist having had some bad experiences in the past.But no more am so delighted with the final result got my confidence back and can’t stop smiling 😁one of the best decisions I have ever made. Hi all , I had my upper and lower all on 4 implants fitted on Friday , and I wanted to say a massive thank you to you all, I had a bad experience at the hospital dentist when I was 16 (had to go to hospital due to having 4 roots ) and from then on absolutely petrified of the dentist , this was 35 yrs ago , but recently the embarrassment of my teeth overtook my fear of the dentist , and I’m so glad I found you guys , from reading all the reviews knew you were the ones for me , I think for me the hardest part was making the phone call , making that call I knew for me there was no going back , I knew I was going to the best , you’ve all been absolutely amazing , not only is it going to change my life but also my family , I got to the point where I didn’t want to go on family outings , meals , parties and when COVID came think I was pleased to wear a mask , gave me confidence and as the masks started to ease realised I needed to do something about my teeth, I’ve missed out on so many occasions and the ones I went to didn’t enjoy anyway cos I was always too embarrassed, but you’ve changed all this , you’ve gave me coincidence in a dentist and your all so lovely , just wished I did it years ago ,
Everything is thought of from the thank you cad to the bag with everything I need for the next few days you’ve all turned my worst nightmare into a dream and I can’t thank you all enough .
I’ve sent a photo 2 hrs after I came home from my op , hope it make someone realise in just a few hours how different someone can look and change their life , see you on the next appointment. I couldn’t stop looking at them all the way home in car lol , I love them

Overall a pleasant experience and delighted with the end result,(keep smiling). All procedures comfortably completed. All excellent, receptionists sometimes unable to give next appointment when present also a number of appointments altered. Nursing staff very commendable. Practitioners were of the top order, and admin staff professional throughout.
The gold medal goes to the anaesthetist, who phoned the night before to put me at ease, explained every procedure, and popped into see after the operation. One down point, the length of time from start to finish, maybe a covid backlog

Fusion Dentistry were informative, reassuring and put me at ease both before and after the procedure. They where very kind and caring throughout.
The procedure was pain free throughout, and with the help of the medication and advice which they gave me, helped me through the recovery stage.

My entire experience with Fusion, from the original enquiry stages to the final set of teeth has been absolutely fantastic. I have had both upper and lower, including zygomatic, implants and all of the treatment I received was remarkable. I hardly had any bruising and didn't experience any pain at all. My experience at Fusion Dentistry has been excellent, everyone has been so kind and helpful.
My first visit I was extremely nervous as my teeth were failing badly I hadn’t seen a dentist in many years. I was put at ease from the start, no judgment only support and reassurance.
My treatment plan was Top and lower all on 4 implants, every detail was explained to me throughly.
My surgery was painless, I felt no pain at all not even the day after which blows my mind, I had all my teeth out with absolutely no pain at all. I was looked after so well.
I’ve just had my finals fitted and they look amazing I’m really pleased with them.

Fusion dentistry is a service that provides an excellent service for those who are anxious about taking the step to achieve the smile that you’ve dreamed about. All the staff are approachable , understanding and professional. They make the whole process easy and make you feel comfortable. They manage to create a very warm atmosphere and help you through the whole process to feel confident and satisfied with taking this big step in your life and it’s all absolutely worth it

I was so worried when my teeth started to become extremely loose, and then fall out... Twice I woke up with a tooth in my mouth, it was very traumatic... I had worked for elderly people with dentures, and the dentures seemed so troublesome, loose, and very uncomfortable. My friend had implants and also spoke about the loss of teeth as being very traumatic. My neighbour had dental implants, she also couldn't bear the thought of dentures, and was very pleased with the results , so I looked into the possibility on the internet, ''same day implants'' and spoke to Katy on the phone. She was so reassuring and kind and sympathetic. I decided to have the procedure done as soon as possible, and have been so happy with the results. My husband is a singer song writer and we sing together at open mikes. My partial dentures would sometimes drop down when the Fixodent dissolved away, this was so embarrassing, and it also happened when I laughed. Mortifying. I am so happy with the dental implants... What an amazing transformation, and many thanks to the staff, and all those whose skill and precision has enabled me to laugh and smile again. Many many thanks to the fusion team...

The whole experience with Fusion was very positive. Although the treatment is expensive I really felt that I was in the hands of people who were experts in their field. The professionalism of the whole team shone through from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Fusion to others.

This is an excellent surgery. The team are very professional and courteous. The surgery is modern and clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The treatment I received has been life changing. Both the treatment and the aftercare has been exemplary. I highly recommend this surgery and the treatments available.

If, like me, you have spent your whole life terrified of the dentist. Low self esteem, embarrassed to smile, lacking confidence that affects your whole life. Then you will understand how big a deal it is to have all your teeth removed in one go and over a few visits replace them all with implants. I have just completed my journey. I looked at many clinics in the UK and abroad. I ended up having a phone call with Rachel at Fusion. Within minutes I knew I had found my dentist. Fusion arranged for my treatment to start very soon after, which in itself was a relief. I then went through the whole process. They genuinely cared for me, looked after me. Comforted me. Demonstrated a level of professionalism, care, and a level of service I have never experienced anywhere else in my life. I am now proud of my smile, confident and am no longer worried about the dentist at all. This is a big decision, who to trust? Trust Fusion and you will be very glad you did. Have to admit to being a REALLY nervous patient when it comes to dentists. Fusion isn’t like any dentist I’ve been to before (does look like one or act like one). Kind, patient and understanding from start to finish. We got there and I now have a smile to be proud of. Highly recommended.

The care and professionalism from the staff here has been nothing but remarkable. I had major treatment to my teeth which involved implants, and was very worried about the process and the pain that I might suffer after the operation.
It was all explained in a professional and understanding manner, so I went ahead. After the operation which was a remarkable success, I didn't even have to take a pain killer; It was incredible!

The after care was as good as the whole process, nothing but caring and diligent. simply wonderful, If Carlsberg had a dentist, this would be it!!
