I had my front tooth replaced fully with an implant. After about 20 years of living with what started as a chip, to a dead grey tooth, to a replacement that would wear and fall out, I took this opportunity to get a proper implant done.

I'm so happy I did, I feel confindent in my smile for the first time. Dr Hamid was someone who explained the issue and the process every step of the way, and treated his work like a craft. He wasn't happy until my implant was the best it could be, and that gave me a lot of confidence in the final result.

Nothing was rushed, we took the time between appointments to ensure the bone healed around my implant to ensure the best result, and every person at Fusion treated me with absolute professionalism and kindness. It made for a lovely and welcoming atmosphere at every visit.

My new tooth looks so natural, like part of my smile, it feels fine and I couldn't be happier.

I had completely lost my front tooth and decided on an implant as a secure choice, I reviewed Implant Dentists and at first chose to go with Bupa who are a well known name to me, I had a quote of £3800 for complete work, I was happy with this and went ahead with them. After a few poor communication problems between the dentist and staff, errors with impressions and dentures, I lost my confidence in Bupa and wanted somewhere more professional. I had been recommended North Cardiff Dental who wanted to do much more than an implant and wanted nearly triple the cost of Bupa, so back to searching I went and found online reviews for Fusion Dentistry. I felt confidence in the reviews and read that they make the implants and porcelain crowns themselves and it’s same day teeth, no having a denture or waiting months without a tooth. I contacted them and the service was excellent, health and safety top notch. Meg was wonderful in explaining everything and the girls were amazing and so caring, making you feel totally relaxed, making sure you’re comfortable and requesting favourite music you’d like hear. The Dentist was fabulous, explained everything and was extremely accomplished in what he does. I am thrilled with the work and so confident in this practice and it’s staff.

I had a root removal, front implant, bone graft and soft tissue graft, blood taken and a tooth shaved. I was so worried before hand as it sounds so invasive and painful, I had my procedure done yesterday and this morning am pain free. I do not even need paracetamol.

I highly recommend Fusion Dentistry it was a few hundred pounds more than Bupa but so worth the uncomplications, the stress relief, the care, the professionalism, everything is in one place, you have a lovely recovery room to wait in and excellent customer service.

Being an atypical nervous patient, it didn't ever quite hit the heights of feeling routine but that was me, not fusion.
Very prompt to answer queries via email or phone. From the receptionist to the hygenist to the consultant, everyone is incredibly welcoming and did everything to put me at ease. That was very much appreciated.

Fusion are extremely professional in their treatment and approach, especially when your feeling very anxious.

First of all I would like to thank the staff and everyone at Fusion dental clinic for the wonderful treatment i had from them during my implants.
Before having implants I had dentures and could not eat properly dinners meals out were always a problem as to what I could eat with out my dentures moving about. I would have fish instead of a steak not to be embarrassed removing them because food had stuck to them.know I can eat anything and no problems.
I can smile with confidence even bit an apple without any worries. I can say it’s a life change for me and thank you again to Fusion Dental Implants at Cardiff.

I found Fusion online and was impressed with their work and reviews, but who really wants to go to the dentist ? Fusion were far better than I could have expected, right throughout the clinic. All the staff I met were friendly and clearly explained everything that was going to happen regarding my dental surgery. The end result is perfect, and there was no pain anywhere in the treatment I went through, to my surprise.

It's not cheap, and people have said to me I could have saved money going overseas, but like everything you get what you pay for, and the clinic is twenty minutes from home, and I don't need to get on a plane to get there. The care and standard of work Fusion gave me would be value for money at twice the price. I have no hesitation at all in giving them my unreserved recommendation, and my deep gratitude for their excellent care.

I visited fusion to simply assess my options with regards to having implants. The staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable from the start. I was given the best advice and they tried to make my implants as affordable as possible. It was a very big procedure initially and I found that the staff were exceptionally supportive and empathetic to my nervousness. They all displayed a very caring nature. The dentists were very knowledgable and capable and were able to keep me comfortable throughout. I had my final teeth yesterday and I love them. Obviously, the people who work behind the scene in the labs producing the shape and style of your new teeth are very attentive to your needs and preferences and also extremely capable. I was given a large bunch of beautiful flowered yesterday from fusion. I was also given aids such as brush heads, mouth wash, water wick during my treatment. Overall this was a good experience for me and they have given me a new level of self confidence. Well done fusion.

I have been to the practice about 6 times and on every visit the staff have been very kind, caring and always available for advice,I have had my upper teeth extracted and replaced with a bridge, a process i was dreading but my fears were unfounded. I recently went to have impressions of by gums taken so that i could have my proper implants, however, before doing so i asked about having my lower teeth done. I was advised of the benefits of having both sets of implants done together, I considered this for 24 hours and informed them i would go ahead. I'm now waiting for my next appointment.
For people who have problem teeth i would ask you to consider having implants and would recommend Fusion Dentistry.

I found Fusion dentistry to be a very professional service. The place is calming, the staff are wonderful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% happy with your teeth. My final result is amazing. Although it is a long process, its worth it at the end.
A final thank you to all the Dentists and nurses but a special mention to Clare who is marvellous at her job and Coral for sorting out one really challenging moment !! and of course Olivia who always greeted you with a smile.
