Brilliant products especially the O gauge controller. The service when something goes wrong is both generous and rapid. You have a lifetime guarantee.

It works very well.’

i liked the vast range of products that they stock and at very attractive prices. the service i received was both quick and efficient with very good postage charges. in my opinion an all round excellent company, many thanks.

I primarily use the website to search for Heljan Spare Parts which to say at the least can be very difficult because there are no images or drawings of the parts, and in many cases descriptions, aided by the search facility not appearing to work as it displays completely irrelevant products. This may be because there is no common system deployed in cataloguing the items which makes the entire experience very poor, frustrating, time wasting. Oh then there are links to pages that no longer exist.

Visited the Gaugemaster shop at Ford, amazing selection of all scales model railways, the shop had changed interior since my last visit, were working layouts, enjoyable but can be expensive visit, staff were helpful, one big downside is lack of pricing on railway buildings and accessories.

A comprehensive stock of many different scales. The shop has been completely rearranged and nobody has much idea where things are and the placement of some items is confusing and illogical (a member of staffs comment). I model 0 gauge which as most know is about twice the size of 00 scale but it doesn't mean 0 gauge modellers are twice as tall as 00 modellers so putting the wagons and locos 3 metres off the floor isn't the cleverest thing to do. If the wagons were at least visible instead of only the labels on the box end which most can't read. You need to rethink this .

Great company and great service as always. If there is ever a problem (very rare) they always put it right

Superb customer service as always

The company is efficient, helpful, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. I particularly like their willingness to send out a partial order if some ordered items are out of stock.

I have been ordering products from Gaugemaster since 2004, I have always been extremely satisfied with this retailer.
My experiences with Gaugemaster have been a combination of online and personal visits to their shop.
I have always found them to be professional, polite and always helpful.
I thoroughly recommend Gaugemaster.

The items arrived quickly and were well packaged.

Excellent ordering/delivery process. Items ordered on Saturday morning, arrived Tuesday morning. Goods securely packaged.
