Slick web site and painless ordering

Slick web site and painless ordering. But the overt pressure to purchase additional Sonabuds was unwelcome. And not at all convinced by the pantomime of "dropping numbers left on stock"... very Mickey Mouse and it cheapens your marketing in my view.

A dissatified customer

I ordered a product SONABUDS but received a product TRUE.
When following all instructions, downloaded an app calledTRANSKIT and proceeded to use the earbuds. They do not work as expected.
I am dissatified.
when i speak my language(english) to a spanish tradesman, that person hears the words in spanish but when he speaks back to me(spanish) I hear spanish not english. After several attemps to try to "fix" this I am unsuccessful and feel that the product is useless to me and would like a refund

Übersetzungskopfhöhrer von Sonabuds

Ich habe mir Übersetzungskopfhöhrer bestellt. Eine Rechnung gab es nicht. Was geliefert wurde gibt absolut keinen Hinweis, weder im Aufdruck oder Beschreibung, dass es sich um Sonabuds handelt. Meine Recherche ergab ein Produkt im Niedrigpreissegment welches bei Amazon für 1/3 des preises gibt. Service ? Was will man dann noch erwarten.
Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg !!!
