Unreliable translation. Website will not allow any review less than 4 stars to be posted. Transcription & translation inaccurate, works horribly in a large open environment, even with no other noise there were times it just continied "listening" and never picked up what was said in close proximity to the microphone. Bad quality product
I received it only after 90 days. and received a totally different product that I ordered. I ordered sonabuds and received M8 translator buds,translation takes about 5 seconds ,sound quality is bad,no noise cancelation. I want a refund.!!

Das Produkt ist nicht wie beworben. Offline Modus nicht möglich. Online aber funktunal.
In der Verpackung ein Link für eine App (TeansKitt), sogar der Support schreibt das die nicht geeignet ist. Aber in der Verpackung drinnen 🤷♂️.
Über den Support einen Link für die Offizielle App auch nicht möglich.
Diese Angeblich AIP-App die ich gefunden habe braucht eine VIP- Berechtigung. Habe sogar einen Code bekommen aber was für eine Überraschung, war Ungültig.
Die 30 Tage Geld zurück auch nicht seriös.
Wenn man die zurück schicken will bleibt man auf die Kosten sitzen.
Nach über 14Tagen und über 100 Mails kein Ergebnis. Immer die gleichen unnötige KI antworten und nur hinhalte Taktik.
Es hat keine Kontakt Aufnahme gegeben. Nach zwei E-Mails hab ich es wieder aufgegeben. Schreiben das die Lieferung unterwegs ist. Da die Lieferung schon da ist und das Thema Offline Modus war. Typische Antwort von der KI. Schade um die Zeit. Daher ein Stern abgezogen und nur noch ein Stern.
Meine Empfehlung ist daher, nicht Kaufen.

I ordered some earbuds that were supposed to be $90 and the total come out to over $200 I called and canceled my order. The gentleman was very nice and said he would cancel it but they shipped them anyway and charged my account.

I expressed concerns that the buds I received had no identity logo saying they were SonaBuds.Joey had me send a pic to confirm what I received were a product from their company.I still wonder why the highest rated buds reviewed don’t have their logo displayed?So far customer service was good.I hope the buds I received live up to their highest rating.

Betrügerische Geschäfte ! Ich habe 2 Paar Übersezterkopfhörer …
Ich habe 2 Paar Übersezterkopfhörer bestellt, bei Bezahlung waren es aufeinmal 2 mehr, konnte nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr stornieren, da der Laden alles schon versendet hatte. Lieferung ist nach kurzer Zeit angekommen, aber keine Übersetzungsopfhörere drin, sindern billige normale Kopfhörer. Habe sofort nach Erhalt den Rücktritt vom Vertrag gefordert, darufhin wurden mir Angebote zu Minderpreisen gemacht.Rücksendung nach Australien (?) müsste ich selber bezahlen. Erst dann würde sonabuds die Kosten ersetzen. Bin nicht gewillt , noch mehr Geld durch diesen unseriösen Laden zu verlieren.
